Smoothing agent for groutings
Abstract
Use of aqueous or alcoholic, in particular aqueous-alcoholic, solutions of water-soluble polymers from the group of polyethylene oxide, polyacrylamide, polyacrylic acids and cellulose derivatives having a molecular weight between 100,000 and 5,000,000 as an aid for the mechanical smoothing of not yet hardened surfaces of pasty materials such as jointing compounds.
