The invention relates to a holder for a transducer according to the preamble of claim 1.
Some holders of the transducer is stuck with his sound piece in the sound hole of the housing of the hearing aid. This can lead to unwanted acoustic feedback. The adhesive can also bond the sound opening partially, so that the sound can not easily escape.
However, also already elastic tube holders already known (eg CH-PS 539 375, CH-PS 648 172, WO-A 85/03 185, US-PS 40 69 400 and DE-AS 12 22 116). The CH-PS 539 375 already describes, for example a holder of the aforementioned kind in which a handset or a microphone of a hearing aid as an acoustic transducer on the one hand by means of a biased pressure (dependent claim 4) are elastic hose portion inserted in the associated acoustic duct and on the other hand, the respective acoustic transducer at least partially seated in a pocket with elastic support knobs. The pressure, however, can unfortunately lead to undesirable shifts in the to be supported sound transducer in the hearing aid housing, which can only be countered by the fact that the transducer in question is additionally inserted into a movement limiting housing specialist.
Object of the present invention is to provide a holder which does not have this disadvantage.
The object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the transducer is now used fully elastic Zuger convincingly between sound hole and housing. Thus it is firmly seated (not irreversibly sliding) and thus resiliently in the holder. An accessible housing compartment, which is bulky, is no longer necessary. As supporting wall can be used directly, the inner wall of the hearing aid housing.
Further advantages and details of the invention will become apparent from the following description of an embodiment with reference to a figure and in conjunction with the subclaims.
The figure shows an in-the-ear hearing aid module with a receiver holder according to the invention, partly in longitudinal section.
In the figure, the housing 1 of the in-the-ear hearing module at its proximal end 2 a connecting piece designed in the form of a sound discharge opening 3. In the sound discharge opening 3 a proximally open annular groove 4 is incorporated comprises.
The annular side face 5 of the ring groove 4 is an abutment for an annular bead 6 of a flexible tube portion 7 (eg from hochtemperaturvernetzendem rubber).
The elastic hose part 7 sits with the bead 6 end facing away from the acoustic outlet connection 8 of an earpiece 9 and is glued to the handset-side end 10 with the handset 9 by adhesive 11 (eg, by a silicone adhesive).
The receiver 9 is about half even in a pocket 12 hochtemperaturvernetzendem of elastic plastic, for example rubber, embedded.
The assembly and subsequent mounting of the handset 9 is as follows:
The elastic tube part 7 is during the mounting part of a hose which is dashed in the figure indicated by the thirteenth The receiver 9 is drawn by means of over the sound outlet connecting piece 8 and the bonded hose 13 in the direction of arrow 14 threaded into the sound discharge opening 3 of the housing of the hearing aid module. Listeners can now be pushed into the position shown in the figure, so that the bead 6 of the tube 13 snaps behind the annular side face 5 of the ring groove. 4
Subsequently, the tube is 13 15 nor stretched in the direction of arrow something, so that the bead 6 is pulled out of the sound discharge opening 3rd
In this position, the drawn end of the hose 13 is then (indicated in the figure by the cutting plane SS) cut in front of the bead.
It now remains only the elastic hose part 7, after the expansion has ceased to contract again. Here, the receiver 9 is elastically held by the bead 6 of the elastic tube part 7 in interaction with the elastic bag 12, the annular resiliently abuts at the points 16 on the inner wall 17 of the housing of the hearing aid module, in the sound discharge opening 3rd
Acoustic feedback can be avoided. The sound discharge port is always open.
The (not shown) hearing aid microphone may be supported if necessary in a similar manner.
