Disposable absorbent underpants.

Abstract

Disposable absorbent pants are used for example as a training pants for babies, as underpants for Inkontinenzler or similar persons and have a main body (1) with a water-pervious topsheet (2), which comes into contact with the wearer's skin, a water-impermeable backsheet (3), which is arranged on the side which faces away from the topsheet, and an absorbent core (4) which is enclosed between these two sheets, elastic parts (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b, 6c) elastic pleats or crimps each in a waist band (10a, 10b) and a pair of leg openings (12) form.

A disposable absorbent underpants comprising a main body consisting of a water-permeable, coming in contact with the wearer's skin topsheet (2), a skin side of the top sheet facing away impermeable backsheet (3) and an enclosed between these two sheets absorbent core (4) marked by elastic parts (5a, 5b) (seen in plan view of the handling of the main body) to form elastic folds in each case in a waistband (5) and in mutually corresponding, in the lateral, in the crotch region opposed portions cut leg openings (11), wherein the leg openings (11) associated with elastic members (6a, 6b, 6c) surround the cut-out portions and wherein the main body is assembled divide-by successive folds of the handling of the main body along a body in two vertically adjacent halves center line XX and subsequent joining of the two superposed halves along lateral, mutually opposing side edges of the folded main body.
