p0001The invention relates to a data transmission line according to the preamble of claim l.
p0002Such line made famous by the brochure "Peritelevision Interconnecting Cables" the company Pope BV, NL. This prior art round lines whose ends are connected to 20-pin shielded connectors. Such plugs are standardized by the standard DIN EN 50049 (Draft September l98l). This standard refers to this four line types. More particularly, the invention relates to the line type U (universal), which includes all the connecting lines listed in the standard, namely video, audio and digital signals.
p0003The above lines are complicated, especially by hand, be connected to the corresponding connectors, as special care must be taken to avoid Leitervertauschungen. Due to the existing relatively poor electrical properties, they are suitable only for short links. To become familiar with plugs fitted lines only in lengths up to 1.50 m. Finally, the practice of summary results of completely different structures lead single elements to complete cabling unit to the fact that after some time, especially under bending or vibration load, break the weakest elements. Then, the connecting line and thus also the use of the corresponding device fails.
p0004The invention has for its object to provide a combined data transmission line of the type mentioned, which is particularly easy to assemble in the sense that it can be set automatically, mechanically connected to the standard plug.
p0005This object is achieved by a line with the features of claim l protection. Advantageous variants of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.
p0006The invention provides a line due to their kostruktiven structure is characterized by low production costs, great ease of installation, excellent electrical properties and long life for the specific application.
p0007In the drawing an embodiment of the invention is shown, which will be described in greater detail below.
p0008The single figure shows a flat line l in cross-section, in a greatly enlarged scale. The Pitch, which is the distance between the mid-centered individual lines, not the dielectric center, is 3.28 mm. The flat cable l consists of six insulated and shielded coaxial 2 to 2e. The coaxial 2 to 2e are down to the color of the insulation in the same structural design, so that only the coaxial cable 2 is described. The coaxial line 2 consists of a central conductor 3, which is stranded from seven copper wires with 0, l2 mm in diameter and tinned. The insulation consists of 4 verzelltem polyethylene, which have the insulation of the respective lines 2 to 2e different colors, namely blue, yellow, orange, red, brown and black. In addition to the insulation 4 extends a bare drain wire 5, whose structure is identical to that of the conductor 3rd To shield 6 comprises a longitudinally running, which is arranged with overlap and coated with polyethylene terephthalate aluminum strip the insulation 4 and the drain wire 5 so that the aluminum side of the strip 6 is on the inside and contacts the bare drain wire fifth The dimensions of the coaxial line is 2 l, 48 l × 84 mm.
p0009In addition to the coaxial line 2 to 2e a three-wire data line 7 is arranged, whose isolated and stranded wires 8 each consist of a conductor 9, whose structure corresponds to that of the conductor 3, and of an insulation l0 from unverzelltem polyethylene. The colors of the insulation l0 are blue, white and red. The diameter of the data line 7 is l, 52 mm.
p0010In addition to the data line 7, a four-wire supervisor ll is arranged whose identical and are stranded together wires l2 consist of a conductor L3, whose structure corresponds to that of the conductor 3, and of an insulation l4 from unverzelltem polyethylene. To identify them, the isolations l4 in shades of blue, white, colored red and orange. In an outer gusset, a bare drain wire l5 is arranged, the structure is identical to that of the conductor 3rd To shield a longitudinally running, arranged with overlapping and coated with aluminum tape Polyesterterephtalat includes l6 l4 the insulation and the sheath wire l5 so that the aluminum side of the strip 6 is on the inside and the bare drain wire l5 contacted. The diameter of the supervisor is ll l, 78 mm.
p0011All lines 2 to 2e, 7 and ll are surrounded by a common inner sheath l7 black polyvinyl chloride, which is applied by means of extrusion in the manner of a ridge line and having an approximately constant wall thickness. The total thickness of the line is now 2, l8 mm. In addition to the outer coaxial line 2 is a longitudinally extending smooth drain wire l8 is arranged, whose structure corresponds to that of the conductor 3rd All conductors are either in the longitudinal center plane X - X of the line l or are symmetrically arranged about this is, see line 7 and ll.
p0012The inner jacket l7 and l8 are additional wire from a longitudinal, overlapped aluminum strip l9 comprises the structure in the belts 6 and l6 equivalent and represents a common shield for all lines; while the drain wire is contacted l8 of the aluminum side of the tape l9.
p0013At the conclusion is as outer sheath 20, a black, grooved polyvinyl chloride extruded hose which surrounds the band l9 and the entire inner structure with approximately the same wall thickness. The final dimension of the flat cable is 2.6 × 26.78 mm.
