The invention relates to a walk-in shelter against unwanted heat, radiation, gas and ingress of water and other mechanical stresses, in particular for data carriers.
There has long been a need, important documents, data carriers, Chemikälien or the like to be stored so that they like in unwanted external influence, for example, the increased exposure to heat in a fire or exposure to radiation or, are not destroyed. That goods to be stored is usually kept in locked safes or cabinets, where it is protected against unauthorized access, provision for the case of fire but mostly not taken.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide an accessible shelter for storage of documents, in particular disk or -Of chemicals or the like, in which the articles against undesirable effect of heat, for example, during a fire, radiation, gas or water exposure or against other mechanical stresses are safe and non-destructive protected, where the shelter should have a simple structure, which can easily be adapted in size to the required conditions.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of the main claim in conjunction with the features of the preamble.
Characterized in that the walls seen from outside to inside of a closed metal outer sheath, one or more insulating layers, a support station, a further or several further insulating layers and an inner closed metal sleeve are constructed, is a safe protection. given in particular against fire or exposure to radiation, wherein the protection is increased by the fact that the individual layers are constructed independently and self-supporting and mechanically interconnected. Each part fulfills its function assigned without the help of others. The inner and outer metal shell form a double Faraday cage, so that a malicious or accidental demagnetization of tapes or the like as a magnetic floppy or
formed magnetic media is not possible.
By-in measures indicated in the dependent claims, advantageous refinements and improvements are possible.
The modular structure allows it to form shelters in any size, without the structure or the individual elements must be changed.
Characterized in that the heat storage capacity and / or mass of the individual layers increasing from the outside inwards, the shelter is adapted to the temperature behavior of a fire, in which the temperatures rise rapidly at the beginning and after a certain period of time is in the range of one hour , nearly exponential cutoff. The heat transfer is delayed by the structure of the invention inside, and after the temperatures in the outer space has subsided, the heat transfer can take place from the inside out again. The interior therefore heat up less Staak that the documents or data carriers are destroyed.
By staggering the pillars of support work and the joints of the sheet members the hot zones are staggered, so that the heat is evenly distributed and no thermal bridges.
The seals between the sheet members of the inner metal shell together with the sheet metal elements a vapor barrier, so that the moisture that is released, for example, during a fire or which is present due to Partialdruckunterschieden, does not enter the interior. Because magnetic media are demagnetized at 100% humidity, this measure is essential.
The structure of the door with the Mehrfachfalzen ensures safe completion of the necessary opening in the shelter. The parallel moving out and the subsequent pivoting does not have to resort to the laborious Two doors system.
The invention is illustrated in the drawing and is explained in more detail in the following description. Show it:

FIG. 1 shows a section through the shelter parallel to the ceiling or the floor,

Fig. 2 is an enlarged sectional view through one of the walls of the protective house, and

Fig. 3 is a view of the door with the outward movement and pivoting of the controlling levers.

As can be seen from Figs. 1 and 2, the shelter of several layers, wherein the construction of the walls, the ceiling and the floor is the same. The outer layer of the protective house 1 consists of a continuous metal sheath 2, which is formed by individual interconnected sheet metal elements. 3 The sheet metal elements 3 are bent twice at right angles at their edges, so that in these marginal areas results in a cross-sectionally U-shaped profile. On the vertical bent to the outer hull elbows 4 the sheet metal elements 3 by screws, rivets, welding or the like are connected. In the sheet metal elements 3, an insulating layer each 5 with high thermal insulation and mechanical strength, for example, rock wool, inserted, which is held by the U-section of the edge regions of the sheet metal elements. 3 a further insulating layer 6 adjoins the held in the sheet metal elements 3 insulating layer 5 of the same or similar material as the insulating layer 5 at which the mechanical strength of the thermal insulating must be sufficient so that the insulating layer 6, parallel to the outer surface of the sheet metal elements 3 lying bent edge regions 7 of the plate members 3 bears, wears itself. supports a work of girders 8 adjoins the insulating layer 6, the support 8 having a U-shaped profile and are connected together by welding, rivets or screws, that results in an H-profile. also support other profiles can of course be used. Like the other layers 2, 5, 6 which supports plant is self-supporting and not mechanically connected with the insulating layer 6 or the sheet metal elements. 3 In the U-profiles of the carrier 8 thermal insulation panels 9 are inserted. In the direction of the interior, a further insulating layer 10, a layer of plasterboard 11 and in turn an insulation layer 12 is provided. According to the outer metal shell 2, the protective block, and an inner metal shell 13 made of sheet metal elements 3, wherein, however, the continuous metal layer of the insulating layer 12 is facing, while the angled regions show the interior. Between the joints of the sheet metal elements, that is, between the vertically bent angle ranges, respectively seals 14 are arranged. As with the outer sheet metal elements engage around the bent regions 4, 7, thermal insulation boards 15. As shown in Fig. 2, in the interior of a casing 16 may be provided in wood and plasterboard or the like.
The individual layers of the sandwich structure of the walls are not connected to each other and stand alone, so that the heat transfer can not take place on any fasteners. The heat insulating material used for the layers 5, 6, 9, 10, 12 and 15 has a high thermal insulation, and in particular in the outer region a low storage capacity, in a preferred embodiment, the heat storage capacity of all the layers increases from the outside inwards. According to the mass from outside to inside is growing, for example, the thickness of the formed from the sheet metal elements inner metal sleeve 13 is greater than that of the outer metal shell 2. The joints between the sheet members of the inner and outer metal shell 13, 2 wind added to the carriers 8 disposed of props plant, so that the hot zones are offset. Due to the individual sheet metal elements 3 results in a modular design, so that the size of the protection house 1 by providing a greater or lesser number of sheet metal elements 3 and corresponding carriers 8 of props plant can be changed.
As can be seen from Fig. 1, a feed pipe 17 for a C02- Or Halon fire extinguishing system and so on is provided, which projects through the individual layers. The feed tube is deflected several times and is in the outer layers 2, 5, 6 surrounded by a sleeve which is coated with fireproof material. In case of fire the fire protection material foams up and forms a secure seal between the metallic outer skin 2 and insulating layers 5, 6th
The refuge is accessible through a lockable door with a 18 opening. The door 18 is shown in more detail in Fig. 3. It consists according to the inner and outer metal shell 2, 13 of the sheet metal elements 3 with inserted thermal insulation material, which are provided corresponding interconnected fire protection boards between the inner and outer layer of the thickness of the wall and thus the door. For better sealing, the door is folded several times, wherein at the location of the fold 19 is formed such that a cavity 20 yields, in which a seal 21 is arranged. A steel lip 22 presses in the closed state of the door 18 against the gasket 21. The door fitting for opening and closing the door 18 is arranged in the interior and has, as can be seen from Fig. 3, a pivot lever 23 and a steering lever 24. The steering lever 24 prevents the initial pivoting of the door and provides a parallel moving out until a pivoting of the door 18 is possible, which can not be performed from the very beginning due to the thickness of the door and its storage. Such as. 3, it is seen from FIG describing the lever 23, 24 different ranges of motion. The position of the lever in the fully open door 18 is shown in phantom. The pivot lever 23 executes a pivoting movement of 90 °, while the steering arm 24 describes a smaller swing angle. The steering lever 24 is shorter than the swivel lever 23 and the pivot points of the steering lever 24 lie inBewegungsrichtung front of the pivot points of the pivot lever. Furthermore, the pivots of the levers 24, 23 are laterally offset.
In the refuge 1 more openings may be provided, which are provided with the door 18 corresponding locking elements.
