The invention relates to an insulated container according to the preamble of claim 1.
In a known design of the jug this fastener slider is displaceable by a threaded spindle which is rotatable by the handle and engages in a corresponding threaded bore of the fastener slider. The handle to the threaded spindle against axial displacement is secured and the sliding shutter is secured against rotation in the circumferential direction in his leadership.
In the known embodiment of the closure slider is zwangsverschöben in both directions of movement. This means that the closing force with which the sliding shutter closes the opening, is determined by the operator. Improper handling is therefore possible that the sliding shutter is pressed with a high force against the closure, whereby damage to the threaded spindle or the seals of the sliding can occur. In addition, the known spindle drive builds due to the two-sided restricted guidance by adjacent threads are relatively high, which runs counter to the demands the lowest possible construction for jugs. The known exposed staltunq enables a mounting or assembly of the spindle drive by even one up or tightening the spindle drive parts, rotational movements are necessary in every case.
The invention is based on the Afugabe to simplify a jug of the type initially described embodiment moderately and simultaneously in such a way that a predeterminable, independent of the operator closing force can be brought into effect by turning the handle.
This object is achieved by the features contained in the claim. 1
In the embodiment of the invention, the closure slider is positively driven only during its displacement into the open position. In this direction of movement a positive guide is harmless because of the closure slider is lifted from its closure and stops can be provided, which limit the opening movement. In contrast, the closing movement of the closing slide member is not positively driven, it is controlled only by the inclined surface according to the invention. A closing force is not transmitted to the closing slide by turning the handle. This function performs a spring urging the shutter slide towards its locking position. By rotating the handle, the closing action of the spring is thus influenced. In this case, a desired surface pressure on the closure taking into account predetermined criteria such as materials or other provisionsGsgrößen be eg vapor pressure, taken into account. Moreover, the embodiment according to the invention also leads to a simplification of the embodiment, because no constraining guide is present. The driver is rather against an open inclined surface, whereby a mount by simply plugging together is possible.
The embodiment defined in claim 2 not only leads to ease of handling, because a sufficiently long actuating travel is available, but, in conjunction with the embodiment according to claim 15 a light detecting whether the handle or for the closure slider (6).<ul><li>7. jug according to claims 5 and 6, characterized, that the inclined surfaces (39) are formed on a shoulder (38) of a cross-sectionally substantially circular shaft (15) for the closure slider (6) and the carriers (41) on the inside on the longitudinal guide forming part (25) of the handle (18 are arranged) and the inclined surfaces under attack.</li><li>8. insulated container according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized, that the closure plug (5) is hollow and a plug bottom part (22) and a plug upper part (23) which are each latched and that the handle (18) in or on the plug upper part (23) is mounted.</li><li>9. jug according to claim 8, characterized, that the bearing is formed by a bore in the plug upper part (23) of the handle (18) and / or attachments thereof by bordered with motion and is parent and attacked.</li><li>10, Jug according to claim 8 or 9, characterized, that the shank (15) of the closure slide (6) driving part (25) of the handle (18) by a catch (26,27) and with positive rotation (28,29) releasably secured to the handle (18) can be fastened.</li><li>11. jug according to claim 9 or 10. characterized in daß.die abutting surface between the handle (18) and the guide (25) in the wall of the plug upper part (23) is arranged.</li><li>12. insulated container according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized, that in the lower region of the closure plug (5) is arranged at least one annular seal (57) for sealing the shaft (15).</li><li>13. insulated container according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized, that between the plug (5) and the housing (1) a seal is arranged and the spout is a closed spout (8).</li><li>14. insulated container according to one of claims 1 to 13, characterized, that the closure plug (5) is a screw plug and in seinervollends in the recess (11) screwed-in position releasably locks.</li><li>5. insulated container according to one of claims 2 to 14, Characterized in particular that äuf of the plug upper part (23) covering the top wall (53) of the handle (18) a marking (45) is mounted, which in the open position of the handle (18) over the handle (6) on the handle (18), or in the closed position of the handle (18) via the spout (8) is available.</li></ul>
The essential parts of the jug are made of plastic protective casing 1 with a top opening 2, a below the opening 2 in a manner not shown tensioned against an inner shoulder 3 insulating insert 4 with a coaxial to the opening 2 in the protective housing 1 opening with same cross section and a general 5 designated stopper, the underside features a sliding shutter. 6
On the protective housing 1, a handle 7 and a closed spout 8 are integrally formed. The stopper 5 is screwed by means of threads 9 in an above the opening 2 extending circular recess 11 in the protective housing 1, of the pouring channel 12 extends radially and obliquely upward in the spout. 8
In the position shown, the stopper 5 is in its closed position. That is, the stopper 5 itself is completely screwed into the recess 11 in which it sealingly rests with a shoulder 13 on the top 14 of the protective housing 1, and the closure slide 6, which is guided with its shaft 15 vertically slidably in the stopper 5, lies with an elastic ring seal 16 on a sealing on the edge of the opening 17. 2
The closing slide 6 can be moved between its closed position shown and a raised from the edge 17 of the opening 2 open position by a handle 18, which is rotatable about the vertical axis 19 of the jug. Between the handle 18 and the closure slider 6 generally at 21, designated adjusting mechanism is arranged with a transmission which converts the rotational movement of the handle in the longitudinal movement of the sliding 6th
The round in cross-section sealing plugs is hollow and consists of a trough-shaped plug bottom part 22 and a lid-shaped plug shell 23 which forms a bearing for the rotatable handle 18 at 24th The handle 18 is torsion-locked with a Mitnehmertrommel 25 which surrounds the shaft 15 and along the vertical axis takes 19th The locking is formed by an outer annular projection 26 which is engaged in an internal annular groove 27 in the handle 18th The rotational drive is effected by two end journals 28 at the Mitnehmertrommel 25, the holes 29 in a wall 31 of the handle by take 18th The hollow cylindrical Mitnehmertrommel 25 is mounted with a longitudinal section 32 in a central bore 33 of the plug shell 23, wherein the plug shell is received 23 with slight play for movement between a shoulder 34 of the Mitnehmertrommel 25 and an axial annular projection 35 of the handle 18th This bearing 24 is formed.
The stem 15 is a cup-shaped component, in which the lower end of a compression spring 36 is accommodated, which is supported with its upper end to a wall 37 of the Mitnehmertrommel 25 and the closure slider 6 applied in the direction of the opening of the second Moving from the cylindrical outer surface of the shaft 15 diametrically opposite two segment-shaped projections 38 against which the opening 2 facing surfaces 39 for the opening 2 opposite side are inclined. The slope extends -in the plan view as seen in a counterclockwise direction. The inclined surfaces 39 are bordered by two of the inside of the Mitnehmertrommel 25 projecting, diametrically opposed drive lugs 41st the closing slide Consequently 6 is lifted when rotating the handle 18 in the counterclockwise direction by the action of the inclined surfaces 39 from the edge 17 of the opening 2 and moves into the non-turned Darge open position, the compression spring 36 is compressed. When turning the handle clockwise to the fastener slider lowers 6 under the tension of the compression spring 36 and passes into its illustrated closed position. In Fig. 1, only one driver pin 41 is indicated by dash-dotted lines.
The opening bzw- closing movement of the handle 18 is half a turn. The opening movement is limited by stops 42 which extend from dengeneigten faces 39 downward. The closing movement is limited by the placement of the closing slide member 6 to the edge 17 of the opening second In order also using the off stopper 5 to be able to limit the closing movement, stops 43 are provided which however do not come into the illustrated closed position of the stopper 5 into effect, so as not to hinder the sealing of the closure slide. 6 The respective position of the handle 18 is indicated by a hint of designated 45 mark that on the top of the stopper 5 is and is for the purpose of clearly marking, preferably by a red dot or a red circle, formed. In the closed position shown, the marking is 45 above the spout 8 and in the open position, not shown, to the handle. 7
For the purpose of security against rotation of the shaft 15, the latter has on its cylindrical outer surface two diametrically opposite projections 46, which represent radial extensions of the stops 42,43 and are received at one inner side, optionally the annular projection 49 of the plug bottom part 22 between the vertical guide surfaces 48th
From Fig. 2 and 3, is best seen in that the stops 42,43 and the projections 46 are formed by axial ribs 47, which extend on the cylindrical outer surface of the shank 15 of the segmented paragraphs 38 vertically downwards. The the webs 47 opposite ends of the segmental approaches 38 end at a distance a before the attacks 43 that is sized larger than the width b of the carrier pin 41 is in the broken lines in Fig. 3 illustrated position of the driver pin 41 of these in the closed position of the closure slide 6. It is clear that not cooperating in this position, the driving pin 41 with the stop 43, so that the tight closure of the opening 2 is not impeded. On the top side is also the question segmental approach 38 unexploded with the driver pin 41 because the extension 38 ends in front of the driver pin 41st Consequently, the force applied by the compression spring 36 clamping force comes to the shaft 15 and thus the closure slide 6 full effect.
The screwing in or unscrewing of the plug 5 by turning the handle 18. When screwing the drive lugs are 41 on the stops 43 and the unscrewing of the attacks on 42. Thus 5 is not moved from its illustrated closed position upon rotation of the handle 18 in the direction of opening the stopper, it is held by a reinforced pressure point generating locking in this its closed position. Such locking can be formed by an optionally acted upon by a spring force and suggestively illustrated pin 51 or the like, the 6 a cam 52 passes over into the closed position of the sliding cover.
The plug shell 23 is completely covered by a 18 outgoing from the handle top wall 53, on the hollow cylindrical wall portion 54 of the plug lower part 23 preferably sealingly aufliegt.Die further cavities of the plug 5 are also sealed. The cavity 55 in the handle 18 is sealed by a locked cap 56, which can also be glued, if necessary. The guide between the plug base 22 and the shaft 15 is also sealed by a suggestively depicted ring seal 57 which is received in a groove in the plug base 22 and cooperates with the cylindrical wall of the shaft 15th The seal between the stopper 5 and the protective housing 1 in the area of the shoulder 13 may also be formed by a arranged in the usual way ring seal.
Moreover, two further seals are provided in FiG, are 1 generally designated 58 and 59th The seal 58 is between the inner wall of the plug lower part 22 and the shoulder surface 3 designated only in FIG. 61, and has a sealing lip 62 which can be formed by a groove in the shoulder surface 61. The seal 58.62 can be provided at this point in addition to the ring seal 57 or as well as single seal. The seal 58 has proved to be very inexpensive to produce and functional. Their effect, however, depends on the investment of the shoulder surface 61 at the stopper base 22nd This system has been ensured in the normal case.
The seal 59 corresponds in its embodiment of the seal 58 and it cooperates with the inner surface of the plug upper part 23rd It is the purpose of the seal 59 seal 22 penetrated liquid at 63 between the top wall 53 and the hollow cylindrical wall portion 54 of the plug lower part.
The installation of the plug 5 can be carried out as follows. First, the Mitnehmertrommel 25 and the handle 18 with the interposition of the plug shell 23 are locked together. A second assembly step, which may also take place in parallel, is the introduction of the stem neck 64 into the bore 65 in the plug lower part 22, which Having now described the compression spring is also shown a guide been 36 is inserted into the cup-shaped cavity in the shaft 15, the plug shell 23 may and said plug bottom part 22 can be latched to one another, wherein the Mitnehmertrommel 25 on the underside 53 can be supported on the hollow cylindrical wall portion 54 of the stopper base 22 in a preferred manner on the hollow cylindrical projection 49 and the top wall.
The sliding shutter 6 can be attached by means of a formed by a bead-like projection and this receiving groove latching 66 on the shaft neck 64 after this assembly. In case of replacement of the sliding "6 Thus it requires no disassembly of the plug 5, for the releasable latching 66 allows such an exchange.
Except for the compression spring 36, which is made of spring steel, and the insulating insert 4 made of double-walled, evacuated glass, made the items of vorbe signed jug plastic. This simplifies the manufacture of the parts is not only easier, but especially in the cases where items verrastetwerden each other, to plastic parts are suitable because of their elasticity.
