p0001The invention relates to a Münzschließvorrichtung having a housing and a (male) protruding element with a recess for receiving the element of an identical closure, interlocking devices in the recess, which are actuated by a device for insertion of a coin and means for solution of the coin at launch a male member in said recess.
p0002Such devices are known to finalize used cart in shops or public institutions and to encourage the user to make his car after use in a series. These known devices, are purely mechanical or electromechanical, are structurally complex, large-relying, not sufficiently reliable and of highGe-weight.
p0003The object of the invention is to provide a Münzschließvorrichtung that makes the lock only on an identical device, which in turn is locked already on an identical apparatus or on an identical with such devices support possible. Even a secure locking of a device is to be achieved, the unlocked by simply entering a coin of certain diameter. The dimensions and weight of the apparatus should be reduced, an excellent mechanical resistance to consist of.
p0004These objects are inventively achieved in that the projecting element profiled and / or with projections and recesses, in particular grooves is provided and is attached to the end of a sliding against the action of a spring slider that at the other end with a cylinder core with movable, transverse tumblers, said the cylinder core slides in the recess and under the action of a return spring of the slider to a rest position wherein the penetrating the tumblers in embedded in the outer surface of the cylinder core recesses from which they one by introducing a male, projecting Eleements second identical device are pushed back into the cylinder core.
p0005The device is simple, compact, reliable, durable, economical and lightweight. With simple means it is prevented that a device can be connected to a second when the second is not already connected to a third or a And6ckstation. Structurally simple parts, in particular customary lock cylinder or conventional cylinder cores can be used.
p0006Advantageous embodiments of the invention are listed in the dependent claims. In one embodiment, the device can easily be adapted to coins of different diameters and it can be easily eliminated interference. Also, the device can be designed such that the sensing lever exert no direct effect on the locking of the fin, which allows for their easy exchange for an adaptation to different coin sizes. In addition, a slider for additionally arranged closing rod is not absolutely necessary that the device is considerably simplified.
p0007An exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawings and will be described in more detail below. Show it:<ul><li>Figure 1 'is a longitudinal section through a first embodiment of a device, which is connected to an identical apparatus and locked. .</li><li>Fig. 2 is an identical apparatus, which is unlocked by the insertion of a coin;</li><li>Figure 3 is a plan view of a part of the apparatus of Figures 1 and 2 in partial section.</li><li>Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section through a device identical to a non-connected device;</li><li>Fig. 5 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of a second embodiment of a latched to an identical apparatus device.</li><li>. Fig. 6 is a section of Figure 5, while the device is locked by entering a coin;</li><li>Figure 7 shows the device of Figures 5 and 6, separated from one another identical device..;</li><li>Fig '. . 8 5-7 blocks the apparatus of FIG during troubleshooting and on an identical apparatus;</li><li>9 shows a section of Figure 8 at the end of the fault elimination..;</li><li>Fig. 10 is a schematic longitudinal sectional view of the apparatus of FIG. 5 to 9 in a state of modification for an adaptation to a coin diameter.</li></ul>
p0008The apparatus includes a frame 1 with an inlet 2 for a coin slide 18, which is mounted in front of the Münzaufnahmekammer. Behind the plate 2 is located in the chamber an elongated horizontal ejector 3, in the ejection direction urged by a spring 4. intermediate plate 2 and ejector 3 is for the coin a side brake 5 secured by a spring 6 (Fig. 3) slidably is. Two armed rocker 7 and 8, retracted on both sides by the springs 9 and 10, forming next to the plate 2 with both side guide rollers 11 and 12 and rotate about an axle 13. The free ends of Ausstoßvorrich device 3, levers 7, 8 and brake 5 protrude into the chamber.
p0009The housing 1 has under the plate 2 and the chamber comprises a recess 1a, in which a switching pawl 14 protrudes from the top, which is to the recess 14a by a spring 15 under pressure. The lever 7 is attached to a locking slide 16, lever 8 at a closing slide 17 to the opposite end of the coin articulated.
p0010The has the plate 2 opposite end 19 of the ejector 3 a hooking or detent notch for a bolt 20, which is acted upon by a spring 21 to the device 3 out. This hook-up is accomplished by entering the coin 18, which pushes the ejector 3 against the action of its spring. 4 16 and 17 without the coin lock the lock slide one under the action of a spring 13 the closing rod 22 by co-operation of an aperture of the slider 16 with a rectangular recess 24 of the rod 22 and the locking position of the slider 17 before the web 22nd
p0011A central bolt 25 with a spring balancer cooperates with a rectangular recess of the rod 22 and is displaced against the action of its spring by a ramp-shaped inclined surface of the ejection device 3rd A pressure test to the ejector 3 without swinging of the swing lever 7 can be no displacement of the ejector 3, which is blocked by its shoulder 26 against the lock slide 16th
p0012The ejection device ends the coin towards a öff opening 27, so that the entry of a small coin, followed by another coin, a release of the ejection device 3 do not permit. These measures are intended to prevent unwanted blockages. In addition comes a pressure with a tool in the central part of the ejection device 3 against the fixed part 28 of the housing.
p0013The rear part of the housing forms a bulge (protrusion) 1b einmontiertem reversing lever 29, which rotates about an axle 30 and cooperates with one end connected to the end of the rod 22nd An elongated, in particular rod-shaped, horizontal (rod-shaped). Slide 31 is acted upon in the longitudinal direction by a spring 32 and forms a final paragraph piece 33 from. Inputting a coin 18 (Fig. 2) brings about a release of the lock rod 22, and a (mechanical) train to S causes rotation of the link lever 29 so far that the rod 22 opposite end of the link lever 29 'abuts against a shoulder 1c which protrudes out of the recess 1a 'of a previously locked to the device identical device. At the same time the piece 31 slides under the action of its spring 32 (Fig. 4) back, and paragraph 33 blocks the lever 29 in the unlocked position.
p0014The slider 31 ends against the lever 29 in a male profiled element 34 in function and manner of a key shank, in particular a flat key. The slider 31 carries at the end opposite the element 34 end adjacent the shoulder 29, a cylindrical slider 35 on the nature and function of an axially movable cylinder core of a locking cylinder, in the disc tumbler 36 transversely to the slide axis. The right-angle to the Zuhaltungsplättchen 36 disposed longitudinal axis of the sliding element 35, in the direction of the sliding member 35 is moved by the slider along, is coaxial with the longitudinal axis of the longitudinally displaceable sliding member 31. The sliding member 35 is in a cylindrical recess 40 having upper and lower recesses 37 slidably. When the device is seen in the position as shown in FIG. 4,,, each of the tumblers 36 of a recess 37 towards and engages therein one by gravity, so that the slide member 35 locked in its position and the slider 31 is immovable.
p0015Insertion of the male, profiled element or key 34 'of an identical device in the (key) longitudinal channel of the slider 35 causes the re-Sichheben of the tumblers 36 and the unlocking of the slide member 35. Under the action of the spring 32, the slider is moved 31 to the left (see Fig.), and the abutment of the element 34 'causes displacement of the element 35 and the slider 31. During this operation, the slider 31 has a locking pawl moves 38 the latch 20, which triggers the discharge device 3, and the shoulder 33 of the slider 31 triggers the changeover lever 29th
p0016Pushed by the rod 22 and its spring 23 it can again its locked position taking (Fig. 2) when the device is immersed in the foregoing. The apparatus, then, is by the pawl 14 'and the spring 15' of the preceding apparatus anaeschaltet so that a pressure on the reversing lever while the input coin is avoided. When the rod 22 has also assumed its locked position again, the lock slide 16 and 17 are released and the coin 18 is pushed by the ejector 3, the spring is stronger than the return springs of the slide 16, 17 is pushed back, but by the brake 5, pushed by the spring 6, detained.
p0017The construction causes a connecting or locking only at an identical device is possible, which in turn is locked already to a third device or on an as such an apparatus working conclusion carrier. If one wishes to switch on the device to a second, which is not in turn switched to a third identical apparatus, the slider 31 of the second device is in the position as shown in Fig. 4, and the introduction of the element 34 'of the first device in the sliding member 35 does not permit displacement of the slider 31 which is locked by the latch 20th
p0018The device is very flat and thus forms only a narrow margin. If it is mounted on a carriage, particularly a shopping cart for, example, this can happen on side or top.
p0019You can provide that can be 25 re-aligned with the aid of a (not shown) key which is inserted into the housing 1, the slide 16, 17 and the latch to the rod 22 and the reversing lever 29 in case of abnormal blocking the solving system.
p0020Also you can get a (not illustrated) member for uncoupling the link lever 29 on the rod 22 provide to solve a defective device for repair.
p0021In the following, the one shown in Figures 5 to 10 the second embodiment will be described. The two oscillating levers 7 and 8 are on both sides by springs 9 and 10 withdrawn and end next to the plate 2 with bilateral above samplers. 11 and 12
p0022That the plate 2 opposite end 19 of the ejector 3 has another Einhakkerbe on a bolt 20, pushed by a spring 21. This hooking or latching operation is accomplished by entering the coin 18 (see Fig. 6) that the ejection device 3 against effect of its spring 4 pushes.
p0023Without the coin 18 (Fig. 5), the bolt 20 recessed in a rectangular recess 50 of the slider 31 is pushed by a spring 32. The latch 20 locks the slider 31. The slider 31 in turn in the direction of the recess 1a of the housing 1 extended by a male profiled element 34, with function of a key, which is dependent on displacement from the slider 31st
p0024At its opposite end has the slider 31, a slider 35 with function of a lock cylinder and the cylinder core in which tumblers 36 slide transversely. The sliding member 35 is mounted in a bore 40 with recesses 37th When the device is achieved as in the position of Fig. 8, after entry of the coin, each of the tumblers 36 of a recess 37 towards and engages therein one by gravity, so that the slide member 35 locked in its storage and the slider 31 immovably is.
p0025The apparatus also comprises a spring 51 the effect of an underlying lock slide 16, which in locking position (Fig. 5) on the end 19 of the ejector 3 exerts pressure. During the entry of the coin 18 has a bevel 52 has the discharge device 3, the slider 16 is pushed back against the action of the spring 51, and at the end of this operation, the slider 16 is resiliently mounted in a rectangular recess 53 of the ejector 3, the so their against the action spring 4 is locked (Fig. 6).
p0026The introduction of the male element or key 34 'of an identical device in the lock cylinder 35 of a device in the position as shown in Fig. 7 causes the re Sichheben of the tumblers 36 and the unlocking of the sliding member / cylinder core 35. The slider 31 is connected to the lock cylinder 35 , pushed by the key or element 34, moved to the left. During this process, a locking pawl on the slider 31 moves 38 the slide 16 downwardly, against the action of the spring 51, which the ejector 3 dissolves, the 4, the coin 18 again presses under the action of its spring to the outside, which the scanners 11 and 12 straddles and the turning of the rocking lever 7 and 8 caused. The coin 18 is ejected, and the apparatus is in the state of locking as in Fig. 5.
p0027The input of the coin 18 unlocks the latch 20, and the device can be removed at random from an identical device or a carrier with male member 34 ', where it was attached (Fig. 6).
p0028shown in the locking position as shown in Fig. 7, it is impossible for the key or the member 34'a fully introduce ago direction in the same locking position, because the element 34 'is not sufficient in the recess 1a' extends to fully penetrate into the lock cylinder and the cylinder core. Thus, preventing the formation of disordered snakes.
p0029In the case of a blockage of the apparatus, while the absence of a coin can be inserted, leaving a gap 54 in the recess 1a, the input of a profiled key 55 (Fig. 8), the end of which penetrates into a recess of the locking bar 20, too. Tilting of this key 55 (Fig. 9) raises the latch 20 and allows to separate the device for repair.
p0030(Illustrated in Fig. 10) According to another important embodiment of the invention, the rocker 7 and 8 are mounted with their springs 9 and 10 by pivot pins 13 on an independent support 57 articulated, which bears the inlet plate 2 and the ejector 3 and spring 4 , This ensemble 58, which allows a replaceable cartridge for adaptation to different diameters of coins is loosely mounted in a recess 59 of the carrier housing first The cassette 58 is mounted in the recess 59 by means of a special screw (not shown), which requires a special tool to unscrew. This screw penetrates a recess 60 of the carrier 57 and an internal thread of the support casing 1. This cartridge device can be in addition to the modification of an existing apparatus, the disassembly for repair, and especially the use of, aside from the cassette, identical ensembles for different coins.
