The invention relates to a process for preparing a package of layered laminations for electrical machines and devices according to the preamble of claim 1; Such a method is known from DE-AS 14 33 774th
The known method for the production of rotor and / or stator laminations of electric machines by annealing after punching the sheets in a reducing atmosphere is characterized in that from a sheet steel punched with higher electrical losses than conventional dynamo sheets of cheaper punched technically hardness stand - or rotor laminations with the spacing between them, hung on mandrels, brought in a continuous furnace in a reducing atmosphere of about 800 ° C, then cooled to about 550 to 650 ° C and then provided from this temperature in an oxidizing gas atmosphere with an insulating coating will; then such electrically processed sheets are stacked according to a predetermined sheet packet header size as zBder number of laminations per sheet package, weight or height of the laminated core, compressed with plane-parallel end faces and secured zBdurch riveting, bolting or welding of the laminated core in place.
It is also already known (eg US Patent No. 32 02 851) to provide the laminations during stamping with mutually corresponding elevations and depressions, by means of which the individual laminations of a packet can be compressed at a fixed association, by the elevations of a sheet each mutually form-fitting and / or interlocked positively in the recesses of the other pressed-sheet.
It is also known (eg, DE-GM 18 82 073), at least between define the layers of laminations on reaching the prescribed core stack height in each case a plate, which takes each survey has only enlarged hole so that this intermediate plate adjacent sheets not clawing each other werwerden and in a Paketiervorrichtung the laminated cores are separated automatically after reaching its pre Protruded size.
Object of the present invention is the production of packages of laminated sheet-metal laminates which still an annealing treatment with the surface of the laminations bestreichenden gas atmosphere must be subjected after stamping, in particular to simplify the effect that in view of the automation of the manufacturing process, the number of individual processing or assembly steps can be reduced.
The solution of this problem is possible according to the invention in a method of the type mentioned by the teaching of claim 1; advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject matter of the subclaims.
The inventive method allows the use of the known punch-packet assembly process with its easy way of laminated core formation and retention of the laminations to each other immediately after punching the laminations without reason in the use of cheap sheets and the resulting changes to the treatment of the punched laminations a redu ornamental atmosphere that requires free access to the entire surface of the laminations, needs to be dispensed; a sufficiently secure bond is the primary pressures on the one hand already reached between the laminations of a laminated core and on the other hand can be guaranteed a sufficient enough distance between the individual laminations of the secure access to a reducing atmosphere for electrical processing of plates and possibly an additional oxidizing gas setting for an insulating coating permits. The subsequent reprints the core stack is then compressed axially to its final design through andrückende at both ends, mutually plane parallel guided ram.
For simple guarantee of the minimum distance between the laminations while pushing forward without extensive monitoring or Steuerungsmaßnehmen of one hand sufficient other hand, but not too large axial pressure is provided according to an embodiment of the invention in an advantageous manner that in addition such distance attacks axially punched in the slats and / or be impressed that the inlet pressures dimensionally stable distance fuses between the laminations forming the one hand, but are zurückformbar the final pressures in the levels of their respective lamination; expediently made to the distance from attacks related to the outer periphery of a lamination to the radially inner lamination and otherwise peripherally punched free and bent out flaps. A distance securing means of distance attacks is only possible if this does not lie congruently one above the other in the packetized core stack, but expediently alternately placed in two successive laminations of Bl echpaketes stamped or imprinted are.
To reduce the complexity of the process of the invention further provides that the laminations of a laminated core are layered without an envelope; which do so according to the plane-parallel end faces compressing the laminated core on one side of this package optionally devoted due to different thickness of material intended for punching sheet metal strip gaps are filled by resin. Such filling can be carried out in per se conventional Gießharztränkung the finished laminated core.
The invention and further advantageous embodiments of the invention are described below with reference to an embodiment schematically shown in the drawing. Therein:

1 is a partial plan view of a first lamination,

2 is a partial plan view of a second lamination,

Figure 3 shows an enlarged detail view of a layered, precompressed plate package,

4 shows an enlarged detail view of a layered, endgedrückten laminated core.

Fig.1, 2 respectively show the top view of a lamination 1 or 2 for a stator core. About the circumference of the bore 3 grooves are punched for receiving the stator winding, of which only the grooves are N1 to N5 indicated here.
distributed over the circumference of the laminations 1, 2 are to form elevations and depressions for assembling the laminations after punching packet assembly process sheet metal tongues 11,12 or 21,22 stamped or imprinted. seen in particular from Figure 3, 4, the sheet metal tongues 11,12 bzw.21,22 punched on its longitudinal sides, while remaining connected at their short end sides in the plane of the laminations 1 and 2 in one piece with this. In addition, the sheet metal tongues 11,12 or 21,22 pushed out in their free punched area between the faces conically axially from the plane of the laminations 1 and 2 respectively.
When packaging the individual laminations to a lamination stack to the type of punch-packet assembly process, the pressed-out sheet metal tongue engages 12 of a lamination 1 in the resulting by pressing out the metal tongue 22 of the following lamination 2 slotted hole and digs positively and / or non-positive with the side walls of this opening. The same type of connection is repeated - as shown in Figure 3 - by clawing the top of the sheet metal tongue 22 of the lamination 2 by interfering with the opening of the underlying lamination, which is configured identically to the lamination. 1
3 shows a section of a laminated core, whose laminations 1, 2, 1 joined by inlet pressures up to a mutual minimum distance a and which can be brought into this state as an association in an annealing furnace for the treatment in a reducing gas atmosphere. Just For easy securing of the minimum distance is for distance attacks on the outer periphery of each lamination 1 and 2 to the radially inner lamination cohesive and otherwise peripherally stamped free and axially bent out flaps 13-17 and 23-27 respectively. The flaps 13-17 of the lamination 1 are over the tabs 23-27 of succeeding in the laminated core lamination 2 offset such the extent that - as shown in Figure 3 - in each case the edge of the plane of the laminations axially bent out portions of distance attacks only can get a flat, not bent out of the next lamination to rest.
4 shows the precompressed Association of the laminated core according to Figure 3 after final pressures. When final vacuum pressure of at both ends of the laminated core plan parallel pressing printing apparatus is increased so that the bent out flaps 13-17 and 23-27 bend back into the plane of its lamination 1 to 2.
Since the sheet metal strips or metal sheets from which the laminations 1, 2 are punched, may not be over its entire width have the same material thickness, and secondly according to an embodiment of the invention to simplify the Stanzpaketierens the laminations of a laminated core are layered without an envelope, it can happen that - as shown in Figure 4 in the right part of the sectional image -. formed between the laminations gaps, while the laminations are on the left outside of the laminations close together. According to one embodiment of the invention that the annealed and stanzpaketierte so in the simplest manner, the laminated core of an impregnation with thermosetting resin is subjected, so that filling the gaps with resin and a solid cast resin intermediate layer 4 is formed between the laminations. In this manner, the end faces of the laminated core of the solid dressing is additionally secured also under pressure from the axially tensioned against in the final assembly of the motor end shields only the simplest of production and-assured parallelism.
