p0001The invention relates to a sports shoe with a composed of an insole, a sole body and a profiled outsole shoe bottom having a arranged in a recess of the sole body use of elastically yielding material for shock-absorbing support for the heel in the heel area of the sole body.
p0002In one known sports shoe of the aforementioned type (DE-OS 21 52 465) is the sole body (heel part) of an elastic, but relatively solid or hard plastic which is deformed only slightly under the loads occurring. Heel side, the sole body a recess into which an insert made of an elastic cushioning material is used, which is much softer compared to the sole body, so that it can exert a cushioning effect. The insert is fixed to the edges of the recess, for example glued. This design is intended to give the heel area of the foot by the relatively firm sole body a secure grip, on the other hand the heel in the area of the heel bone soft support, are so steamed when stepping on the floor load surges. The use of this results in a locally increased compliance of the harder for the rest sole body.
p0003It is also an athletic shoe is known (DE-OS 29 04 540) whose shoe bottom has a very soft, flexible sole body and the solidified locally in the heel by approximately parallel to the sole tread supporting body in the form of rods. The supporting bodies are arranged in an exchangeable and thus form an individually adjustable by the athlete on the weight and running style and the track conditions reduce the heel-side sole resilience. It is therefore possible, soft to adjust the damping capacity of the sole in the heel over a very wide range of hard.
p0004A similar procedure in the known sports shoe of the type mentioned is not possible. On the one hand prevents the there existing relatively hard sole body on which the runner's heel at least still supported on the edges of the recess, a marked increase in the resilience of the sole, which is increased only by the insert pad under the heel bone. On the other hand, an exchange of the insert is neither intended nor possible due to the necessarily fixed connection between the soft cushion insert and the heel wedge.
p0005The invention has for its object to provide a sports shoe, in the sports shoe similarly known as on the equipped with supporting bodies the sole flexibility in the heel area from soft to be hard set individually, but an area contiguous region of the variable compliance is achieved. It will be possible without a significant by falling, structurally simple and robust solution.
p0006erfindungsgemäss this object is achieved on the basis of the initially described kind of sports shoes in that the sole body is in a conventional manner from a soft flexible plastic material and that the use of renewable and through an opening provided in the heel region of the insole opening of the - shoe inner side in the is used recess.
p0007The fact that the damping insert can be used by the shoe inner side through the insole and into an opening provided in the sole body or heel wedge recess, it is firstly possible to use large and therefore to choose the heel area supportive. On the other hand persist despite caused by this major expansion of the use or provided for in the sole body recess no mounting difficulties because of the use of and below is detained by the sides in to get closed recess, while from above when using the foot of athlete but fixed use.
p0008Usefully, is - even to avoid oppressive Rändern- provided for in the insole opening sealed after insertion of the insert. According to a preferred embodiment thereof, the opening in the insole by the insole nor coherent, cut in the recess portion of the insole itself is closable. This results in the chosen area of inserts exactly into the insole segment and thus forms a quasi jointless unit.
p0009The insert may have any desired shape. It is expedient to use to choose bordered circular, because this simplifies both production and also distributes the load evenly on the load center (heel bone) to the outside is.
p0010The existing of a rather soft material sole body for example has a Shore hardness of 35, surrounds the use due to its soft resilience and expressed in these even under load, so that shifts can not occur. but can additionally be provided that the insert below the heel bone has an opening in which any residual material from the bottom of the sole body protrudes and use holds in this way. Moreover, thereby a locally soft support for the heel bone protrusion is achieved.
p0011The setting of the various compliance and damping performance can be carried out both by the choice of the material for use, as well as through its thickness dimensions. A combination of both measures is also possible. If, for example, the thickness desEinsatzes only part of the thickness of the sole body, so that below the insert even sole body material is present (or the corresponding available space of the recess filled with such a material below the insert is), it can thereby the degree of resilience very sensitively be adjusted.
p0012To easily replace the insert is provided by an expedient further that both the application and where the recess closing off part of the insole a tension member, for example, provided a flat band, through which pulled the insole part and thus opened the recess or the use of the recess can be brought out..
p0013Further advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings:<ul><li>FIG. 1 is a side view, partly in section along the line II in Figure 2, a sports shoe according to the invention.</li><li>Fig. 2 is a plan view of the inside of the shoe bottom in the heel area, where for reasons of clarity, the shaft is omitted, and</li><li>FIG. 3 shows cross-sectional and top view of an insert.</li></ul>
p0014The athletic shoe shown in FIG. 1 consists essentially of a shoe upper 1, an insole 2, a sole body 3 and a profiled outsole 4 to the insole can only indicated in chained lines insole 5 can be provided.
p0015The insole 2 consists of the usual Preßfasermaterial; the sole body 3 is formed of a relatively soft resilient foamed polyurethane material having a Shore hardness of 35, for example, while being selected as the material of the outsole 4 an abrasion resistant rubber material.
p0016As is evident from Fig. 2, is by a circular section 6, of about 3400 runs, part 7 excised from the insole 2, which is still the insole 2 in connection over a narrow bridge. 8 By raising the arm part 7 is a breakthrough in the fire sole 2 provided below which the sole body 3 has an annular recess 10 is provided. In the recess 10 a of the recess is used in size and dimensions adapted use 12 that central to the recess 10 are retarded "post" 13 of the sole body 3 protrudes into a central hole 14 of the insert 12 and this fills. The thickness dimension of the insert 12 is matched to the depth of the recess 10 that the top of the insert is flush with the surface of the sole body. 3 By pressing the insole member 7 in the associated opening of the insert 12 can be covered. . Figure 1 shows the athletic shoe fully extended in the so ready for use; dashed the insole part 7 is indicated in the raised position.
p0017The insert 12 consists of a cushion material, for example also of a foamed polyurethane, whose Shore hardness is greater than that of the sole body. 3 Thereby, the flexibility of the heel portion of the shoe bottom can be varied individually in the manner described above. In the embodiment shown, the thickness of the insert 12 is only about half that of the sole body 3 around the heel. Hereby is achieved that the normally harder insert 12 is supported on the underlying thinner part of the sole body. 3 But it can also be thought to near outsole 4 form the recess 10 throughout and must conform to use 12th The vote of Sohlehnachgiebigkeit is then accomplished by appropriate choice of material for the insert 12, which can be selected up to a Shore hardness 65th birthday. It is also conceivable for a plurality of inserts 12 of differing hardness and having an overall thickness corresponding to the depth der.Ausnehmung 10, above each other in the recess 1U.
p0018To facilitate the lifting of the insole part 7, a flat textile tape 15 is provided on its underside as traction element which remains in the closed state of the portion 7 on the upper side of the insole 2 and can be detected with the fingers. For the same reason the insert 12 carries a corresponding traction element 16 in the form of a strip which is accessible on its upper side after the insertion of the insert.
p0019The described design of pressure-causing edges are avoided in the heel area of the insole. 2 This can be further supported by the fact that 5 is provided at the bottom of the insole above the recess 10 away extending reinforcing ribs. Since the material of the insole 5 is soft and it has only a small thickness, these reinforcing ribs do not noticeable in the damping of the shoe bottom.
p0020The inventive athletic shoe can thus be changed in the heel area of the sole with respect to compliance in a simple manner, without the requirement of an manufacturing comparatively large expense. Also the weight of the sport shoe is not increased by the proposed solution. The Shore hardness of the sole are in the range of 3o to 45, those for use may be in the range of 35 to 65th
