The invention relates to a massage device, comprising:Aeus or a housing, optionally with subsequent thereto handle, a od by a swing weight, eccentric. like. unbalanced, can be connected to a power supply, electric drive motor, which the swing weight, eccentric od. like. opposite end by an elastic or pivotal mounting in the housing . handle is pivotally mounted, and one, optionally via a tool carrier mounted on the opposite end of the bracket of the motor and together with the latter oscillating Behandlungserkzeug that transmits the engine vibrations to a body to be massaged.
In a known massage device of the said type (DE-OS 2205031), the electrical drive motor at one end by a bracket pivotably mounted and oppositely by means of a gear transmission of a driven crankshaft eccentrically in a housing. The drive motor is thereby set in a tumbling like swinging motion, which is transmitted directly to the serving as the treatment tool housing and therefore causes an awkward handling of the device.
This disadvantage is in another known, formed as a vibrator device (DE-PS 958 865) eliminated by an intermediate piece disposed between said serving as a handle end portion of the housing and the further, the unbalanced drive motor and the treatment tool comprising a housing member made of a soft-is to rubber-elastic material. Effective body massages but can not be carried out so that, as the resilient or pivotable support alone is not able to absorb the pressure force required therefor. When using an elastic support in the event of pressure loading and natural oscillations may occur in this storage, which lead to a reduction or even an interruption of vibrations.
The invention is based on the object, a massager of the above-mentioned type such that allow for effective body massage with low drive power is feasible and that a vibration-free for easy handling of the device is guaranteed. According to the invention this is achieved in that the drive motor in the range of the flyweight, eccentric od. Like. Is supported by an additional resilient mount relative to the housing. The additional elastic support may thus take the necessary for an effective massage pressing force and prevent drifting of the treatment tool from massage body. Even so, the drive motor housing enclosing be kept completely free of vibration.
According to purpose, it is, if the additional resilient support of an oscillating element, for. Example, a rubber pin or a coil spring is, since such an effective vibration transmission ensured.
In development of the invention it can be provided that the additional resilient support is arranged between the housing and the treatment tool. Thus, a lower drive power is possible, because instead of the entire housing only the treatment tool mitschwingbar connected to the unbalanced drive motor must be driven.
Versatile massages can be ausgführt with the treatment tool carrying tool carrier, and it is advantageous if, according to another embodiment of the invention, the additional resilient support is arranged between the housing and the tool holder.
An advantageous-making for many applications further development of an embodiment of the invention is that the additional resilient holding-tion consists of two oppositely disposed resonant elements, wherein the center lines of the oscillating elements and preferably also the extension direction of the treatment tool are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the drive motor. The treatment tool is thus a elyp-. imposed tables orbit, the ratio of the semi-axes of the ellipse is very large, ie, that the orbit forms a flat ellipse. You may be the Mitel line of oscillation elements and the extension direction of the treatment tool to be rectified or another form an angle, for example, of about 90 °, so that by the longer axis of the flat ellipse is directed either parallel or perpendicular to the treatment body. Therefore, it is according to this embodiment of the invention also possible to make massage devices which are suitable either for a massage surface or also for a deep massage.
Another advantageous embodiment of a massaging device according to the invention is made possible by a further development of the invention characterized in that the additional flexible support is composed of at least three on or in the housing in the direction perpendicular to the engine longitudinal axis distributed uniformly arranged oscillating elements. The expediently same direction arranged with the motor axis treatment tool is brought into a circular to swinging the pivot bearing orbit, so therefore a bidirectional massage movement, can be namely applied parallel and perpendicular to the massage body.
The invention will be explained in more detail by means of two differently acting embodiments: 1 shows in longitudinal section a erfinduntgsgemäßes Massage device with vertical massage motion, Figure 2 shows a cross-section along the lines II of Figure 1, Figure 3 is a variant of the additional elastic holder for.... Fig. 2, Fig. 4 shows a variant of the pivotable mount for Fig. 1, Fig. 5 in longitudinal section a further inventive massager u. Fig. 6 shows a treatment tool can be inserted for the device according to Fig. 5 in view.
In Fig. 1 u. 2 is the unbalanced electrical drive motor 1, which the flyweight 3 opposite end is pivotally supported by an elastic support 6 in the housing 4, supported in the region of the flyweight 3 by an additional flexible support 7 relative to the housing 4. As can be seen in Fig. 2, the additional flexible support 7 is formed from two oppositely disposed resonant elements and arranged between a tool carrier 15 and a screw-on housing 4 by the screws 17 housing part 4 fastened to the drive motor 1 '. They consist of rubber bolt 7 'in the middle of the tapered diameter, which is screwed on the one hand by vulcanized threaded bolts 14 on the hub 19 of the tool carrier 15 and the other by vulcanized nuts 16 and screws 18 to the housing part 4' are connected. The swing weight 3 enclosing tool carrier 15 is connected to the drive motor 1 by the two screws 16 with a double arm bracket 5, which the flexible support 6 is arranged for pivotable mounting of the drive motor 1 between the end of the bracket 5 and the housing. 4 For the elastic holder 6, a rubber pin 9 is provided on both sides with vulcanized threaded pins 14, wherein a threaded pin is screwed to the bracket 5 and the other is connected by means of the formed with a female screw 13 to the housing 4th The toolholder 15 has at the treatment side part located another, from the housing 4 somewhat projecting tab 15 ', in which the treatment tool 12 is screwed. The housing 4 is further formed with a half-shell-shaped attachment which "the handle 8 forms, together with another, can be screwed by means of the screws 24 and 25 on the housing 4 half-shell-shaped housing part 4th In this three nickel-cadmium batteries 10 are arranged, which on the on-off switch 11 to drive the engine 1. By means of the device socket 26 and a charger not shown to be 10 charged the batteries.
The orbit of the treatment tool 12 is characterized in that the extension direction thereof and the center lines of the swing members 7 extend perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis 2 of the engine 1, flat elliptical. Is the same as arrow A indicates in Fig. 2, directed mainly perpendicular to the treatment body, as well as the center lines of the vibrating members 7 and those of the treatment tool 12 at least approximately form an angle of 90 °. This angle can Noting that the oscillating moving mass causes a displacement of the elliptical orbit in the direction of rotation of the flyweight, also be smaller or greater than 90 °.
In Fig. 3, instead of oscillating elements 7 used in Fig. 21 , Those made of coil springs 7 "disposed made of rubber, which is drawn not only to a possible use of other materials for the additional elastic holder 7, but above all to the fact that thereby a firm connection of this to the housing 4 and the tool carrier 15 or the unbalanced drive motor 1 is not required.
In FIG. 4, which illustrates a further design variant of the invention, instead of an elastically functioning joint 6 for the pivotal mounting of the unbalanced drive motor 1, a ball joint is provided. see which inelastic in communication with the housing 4th The spherical plain bearing 20, which is mounted in the housing 4, at the end of a plurality of radial slits 21 through which the ball head in one piece connected to the double-bracket 5 can be introduced 22nd This natural oscillations in the joint can be prevented.
The illustrated in Fig. 5 embodiment of the invention is that u in FIG. 1. Fig. 4 similar to the tool-carrier 15 but outside of the housing of the parts 4, 4 'u. 4 "existing. The tool carrier 15 is for a partial use designed as Behanldungswerkzeug 12th the additional elastic support 7 consists of three on the housing part 4 'in the zurMotorlängsachse 2 vertical plane uniformly distributed Schwingelemten 71Which are arranged between the housing part 4 'and formed partly as a treatment tool toolholder 12th In this case, the arrangement is such that the treatment tool 12 or the tool carrier 15 with a few millimeters distance to the lower edge of the housing part 41 followed. The housing parts 4, 4 'u.4 "are u by the screws 32. 33 - the former is indicated by lines of symmetry -, wherein the housing parts 4 u 4." Comprise lugs, which together form the handle 8. also rechargeable batteries 10 off 11 and the cable 29 with this energized associated to drive the unbalanced drive motor 1 are again provided which are fixed by means of the cage 34 in the housing part 4 and u through the inputs.. More cable connections 27 are between the batteries 10 and arranged to charge the same serving devices Receptacle 26th
The treatment tool 12 is formed with an annular projection 31 having the recesses, so that thus more treatment tools 12 '(Fig. 6) this can be arranged.
The tool carrier 15 is formed with bead-like bosses 30, thus this is also an essential treatment tool.
The operation of the created by inventive style massager - a vibrating perpendicular to the surface of the massage body in accordance with arrow A and a circular parallel to this according to the arrow-B - but also not changed when the vibrating elements used for additional support 7 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 2 of the unbalanced drive motor 1 are arranged or if they are stored too loosely between the housing part 4 'and the treatment tool 12 and the tool holder 15th
The formations of the invention are not limited to the illustrated Ausführungsb% §; games, but it can also be the same arrangements interchanged or expanded. So 2 massager illustrated example, it is in the FIG. 1 u. Also possible to arrange or the treatment tool 12 or another, for example at the base 19 to store parallel to the longitudinal axis 2 of the unbalanced drive motor 1, so that three or more resonant elements 7 so that a reciprocating movement of massage can be applied to both perpendicular to the massage body, as well as parallel thereto. The trained according to the invention massager can also from a car battery or from the mains directly or via a
Transformer are driven. After the drive of the massaging device according to the invention only a small driving power is required, the drive motor can u. The like. In a sealed housing to be arranged, so that if necessary, a waterproof version of the same is possible. A therefor required rubber bellows can be the additional shock mount.
The rotational speed of the drive motor can also be controlled, or it can be stored in the swing weight tool carrier and possibly driven by an intermediate gear of a reduction gear.
It is also possible that the drive shaft of the opposite of this by an elastic or pivotal mounting in the housing pivoted drive motor instead of a flyweight receives an eccentric, which stored in the unit swing in housing supported by the inventive additional resilient support tool carrier or in the treatment tool is so characterized acts not only the mass of oscillating around its longitudinal axis drive motor, but also the driving force of the drive shaft to the tool carrier or the treatment tool,
The preferably arranged in a handset erfidungsgemäße drive for a serving for massage treatment works stuff can also be arranged in a stationary device.
