Impulse release reacting upon the advanced wear of a sliding carbon contact of current collectors forming part of sliding-contact lines.
Abstract
In sliding-contact line systems there is the requirement to change the sliding carbon contact (211) wear component forming part of the current collectors (21) with such promptness that an unmonitored failure of loads supplied via the current collectors (21) is avoided. For this purpose, it is proposed to assign a mechanical pulse trigger (31) to the sliding-contact line (11, 12), which trigger is acted upon by the corresponding current collector (21) in the case of advanced wear of the sliding carbon contact (211) and triggers an electric pulse which leads to an indication of the requirement for the sliding carbon contact (211) to be changed.

The invention relates to an advanced on the wear of the carbon brush of part of conductor lines forming pantographs responsive pulse trigger. to monitor the part of the current collector forming consumable grinding coal, whether it is still functional.
Such the current collector associated pulse trigger is known from DE-OS 30 13 758. The assignment of the pulse initiator for pantograph proves especially with larger conductor rail systems, such as monorails with a plurality of through such contact line powered monorail vehicles, insofar as disadvantageous, as each monorail vehicle must be equipped with such a pulse timer. Starting from the outlined in advance foregoing prior art, the Erfindund the object to solve the problem of displaying the advanced wear of the carbon brush of constituent of conductor lines pantographs on a pulse trigger rational.
The object is achieved with a forming the advanced wear of the carbon brush of part of conductor lines pantographs responsive pulse triggers the invention of a transversely extending to the back of the grinding line for grinding line shaft, a laterally projecting from the pantograph stop, one arranged on the shaft bolt past projects laterally on the contact line in the direction of the current collector side to a level on which the pantograph associated stop is at worn carbon brush, and an actuator that actuates a switch for known against the action of a restoring spring rotation of the shaft is formed.
If installed on the contact line pulse trigger to the invention of pantographs over with largely worn carbon brush, the correspondingly lowered, located at the pantographs attack against on the contact line projecting forming on the part of the pulse trigger shaft seated bolt runs on, whereby the shaft a rotational movement is mediated through which the still seated on the shaft actuating member interacts with a switch and so triggers a pulse which leads informational signal either to a maintenance personnel or causes a in the overhead conveyor provided behind the pulse trigger switch is actuated, through which the monorail vehicle with worn carbon brush reaches a repair track, where it then is ready to replace the coal.
The assignment of the pulse trigger to the grinding line to get even with a plurality of along the contact line movable monorail vehicles, which are powered via in operative engagement with the contact line pantograph individually with electricity, from advantageously with a single pulse trigger. Another advantage of this arises the possibility of uncomplicated forwarding a triggered pulse about to a central monitoring location.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention be provided pulse initiator result from the dependent claims, in particular from the explained in the description of the drawings embodiment.
In the drawing the invention using an exemplary embodiment is explained in more detail. Show it:

Figure 1 is a conductor line with their associated pulse initiator according to the invention in plan view,

Figure 2 shows the view of the conductor line, partially broken away in the direction of arrow II in Figure 1, with the conductor line associated working order pantograph,

Figure 3 is a representation of Figure 2 corresponding to a current collector with worn carbon brush.
