The invention relates to a process for stockpiling of bulk materials, particularly of quarry faces or tailings, in which is deposited in trucks or truck trailers or -aufliegern antransportierte bulk unloading the vehicles.
The invention relates to a prior art method in which the bulk material discharged by tilting and here preferably initially an embankment is formed. In this case, irregularities arise on the heap surface, which must be balanced with a bulldozer. Nachteilia of this is first of all that no, but in any case results in insufficient compression of the bulk material in the heap in this process. Therefore, the capacity of the piles produced by such a process is insufficient.
The previously known method must be operated as a rule, such vehicles which are authorized not only on building sites and dumps, but also for use on public roads on which they transport the usually muddy bulk to stockpile. These vehicles are therefore generally designed as background or as a way tipper. On the mound, the insufficiently compacted bulk surface provides these vehicles an uncertain footprint. When unloading also migrates the gravity of the load far upwards. This overturn the vehicles in the heap to often. These conditions together result in sharp satisfies the competent authorities, which relate in particular to the security and cleaning of streets.
The invention, as characterized in the claims, the task is based on the outset to perform assumed to be known processes in a simple manner so that increases the capacity of the relevant stockpile.
According to the invention this object is achieved in that the bulk material in thin layers applied to the pile top with a moving during unloading transport vehicle and drivable bulk surfaces are formed.
In the inventive method, the thickness of the fill layers can with the unloading and the speed of the vehicle Fahrgeschwindig determine. Since this result immediately trafficable bulk surfaces, one can optimally compress the bulk of driving, thereby increasing the capacity of its stockpile accordingly.
Preferably, the inventive method leads therefore so that bulk material shall result in a thickness of 10-20 cm. Here you can namely do without the use of bulldozers.
Furthermore, the inventive method is carried out with a bulk vehicle special kind. is used a vehicle with an assembly of an open-topped box with a designed as a pivotable flap rear end wall, through which the bulk material with a dozer blade can be discharged, which forms the other end wall and running in longitudinal guides of the box, and has a drive, which supported in an attached to the box on the thrust plate side frames.
In the following the invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment of such a vehicle; In the drawings

FIG. 1 in side view, omitting all details not necessary for understanding the invention, a semi-trailer according to the invention,

Fig. 2 is a plan view of the subject of FIG. 2, where only the trailer part is drawn,

Fig. 3 is a broken view of the construction in cross-section and

Fig. 4 is a hydraulic circuit diagram.

In the caliper 1 of a three-axle tractor 2, the semi-trailer 3 is a self-supporting body 4, which is 6 or 7 arranged at its rear end at 5 for receiving a double axle with single wheels 8 and 9 respectively. It is a box structure having parallel according to the plan view of FIG. 2, the longitudinal walls 10 and 11 and a flat bottom 12 on two parallel longitudinal members 13 and 14 and a plurality of transverse girders 15 having. The box thus forming a self-supporting structure. At its front end the box transmits a frame, generally designated by 16. This has a cross member 17, converging side portions 18 and 19 and parallel frame members 20 and 21, respectively, which are connected with the converging side parts 18 and 19 as well as the box itself. On the cross member 17 is a multi-cylinder piston assembly 23 is hinged on a horizontal joint 22nd
The end of the piston rod 24 of the assembly 23 is seated in turn on a horizontal pivot 25 in a thrust plate 26, which forms the front side of the box, the rear end wall is formed by a pivotable flap 28th
This flap 28 is mounted on the upper edge of the box 30 with its upper edge in two lateral joints 29 (FIG. 1). You can be just like the cylinder piston assembly 23 to pivot with a cylinder piston assembly 32 from its 1 shown in solid lines in Fig. Closed position to the open and dash-dot reproduced position. For this purpose the cylinder 33 is articulated to a horizontal joint 34, while the piston rod is articulated via a horizontal hinge 35 to the flap 28th In addition, the flap can be locked with a further hydraulic cylinder piston assembly 36th The locking cylinder 37 (FIG. 1) pivoted at 38 on the flap 28, while its piston rod 39 is hinged at 40 to a locking pin 41 which can engage in a corresponding recess 42 of an obliquely downward continuation 43 of the soil.
The thrust plate 26 consists of a rectangular frame consisting of hollow profiles 45, which is covered on both sides with a respective sheet 46 and 47 respectively. An upper-bracket 44 serves as a storage tray, ie, as a defense, the one about sources of the bulk material over the top - prevents (upper frame crossmember of the thrust plate 26). It is connected with a triangular cross-section further profile 45 'which forms a shield around the thrust 26 frame-shaped peripheral damming strip, so that the thrust plate 26 may compress the charge on its face.
The thrust plate 26 has according to FIG. 3 below on both sides a made of a low friction plastic block 50. The block slides in a longitudinal guide 51, which is formed by a box-section, the bottom 52 is connected to the side plate 53 of the respective side wall 10 of the structure. An obliquely outwardly extending from the upper side wall 54 of the box profile 51 from the inside to the side wall 10 guide plate 56 is used to reject the bulk material and is cleaned off a correspondingly shaped plate 57 of the dozer blade 26th
The reproduced in Fig. 4 differential pressure circuit shows that the various cylinder piston assemblies are controlled so that the multi-cylinder piston assembly 23 the thrust plate 26 can not drive against the closed rear wall flap 28. Namely, when the pump is turned 60 over the two-way valve 61, a low pressure initially builds up in the line 63, which must increase in cash in accordance with the illustrated embodiment 25 before loaded on the switch and safety valve assembly 64, the annular piston surface of the piston-cylinder assembly 37 and the unlocking pin is pulled. With further increase in pressure to 60 bar, the flap is pivoted up then by the piston-cylinder assembly 32 associated with circuit 65 before it can be made to respond by pressure increase to 100 bar, which the multi-cylinder piston assembly associated with controller 66 and the thrust plate 26 starts to move.
In operation, the vehicle is through its upper opening 67 (Fig. 1) loaded in a conventional manner. The rear door 28 is closed and the pusher plate 26 is located in the Figl 1 apparent front end position. After loading of the vehicle of the transport is carried out. At the end of transport, reproduced in Fig. 4 hydraulic circuit is operated in accordance with the differential pressures described above, so that first solved the lock of the rear door 28, then the door swung from her in Fig. 1 represented starting position in the dash-dot reproduced end position and finally the thrust plate 26 may be set 23 from left to right in the illustration of FIG. 1 in motion with the help of multi-cylinder piston assembly. Here, the charge is pushed out in the box 3 to the rear over the inclined surface 41st The vehicle can in this case are or move forward to apply a corresponding to the unloading and driving speed more or less thick layer.
