The invention relates to a drawer magazine, in particular for the storage and / or storage of small parts, consisting of a housing having at least one horizontal compartment and of drawers inserted into it. On the one hand, a stop surface is provided on the housing on or near the upper, front boundary edge of each compartment and, on the other hand, a counter stop surface is arranged on the upper, rear boundary edge of each drawer. The abutment surface of each compartment and the counter abutment surface of each drawer, in mutual contact, limit the horizontal extension path of the drawers, but also allow the drawer to be completely removed in a position tilted from front to back.
Such drawer magazines are already known. However, they have the disadvantage that their drawers must have a design that is precisely adapted to the housing or its compartments and can therefore only be used in combinatorial connection with the housing. However, using these drawers independently of the housing of the drawer magazine, in particular for independently stackable storage systems, is not possible.
This not only ensures that the <img file="EP0063250A2_D0001.tif" />Drawers still retain a secure support of their rear end on the associated shelf even in their limited pull-out position, but at the same time it is also possible to uncouple the drawers limited in the extended position by lifting their front end from the housing for the purpose of complete removal.
It has also proven useful, according to claim 3, to adjust the distance between the ends of the hook members directed away from one another to the clear width between the upwardly angled flanges of the side stacking edge sections of the storage boxes, in such a way that the storage boxes through their interaction with the hook members lateral stack edge sections receive an additional lateral guide during pulling out and pushing in.
The same purpose is also useful if, according to claim 4, the compartments of the housing are provided at least on the bottom side with separating and / or guiding webs running in the direction of the housing depth. If a high dimensional stability of the housing is desired, then the separating and / or guide webs can also be designed as guide walls which extend over the entire height of the compartment and are connected to the top and bottom of the compartment.
In the known, stackable storage systems, storage boxes are also often used which have edge strips protruding sideways on their bottom longitudinal edges. In this case, according to the innovation, it proves to be particularly appropriate if, according to the characterizing part of claim 6, the separating and / or guide webs or the stiffening walls are provided with support webs or tongues which overlap the edge strips of the storage boxes. Through the interaction of the support webs or tongues of the housing with the edge strips of the storage boxes, the guiding security for the drawers of the drawer magazine is the aim of the invention to create a drawer magazine of the generic type which also allows the use of its drawers as an independent, particularly stable stackable storage system allows and / or the use of standard, stackable storage boxes as drawer inserts.
This object is achieved in a simple manner according to the invention in that, according to the characterizing part of claim 1, the drawers consist of stackable storage boxes, in particular storage viewing boxes, with stacking edges arranged at least on three sides, angled sideways and upwards, and the stop surfaces on the housing are formed by webs pointing downwards from the upper boundary edge of each compartment, against which at least the upwardly angled flange of the rear stacking edge section of the storage boxes in the pull-out position can be brought into contact as a counter-stop.
The advantage of such a configuration is, on the one hand, that if existing storage systems are already in use from stackable storage boxes, in particular storage viewing boxes, only the housings have to be procured in addition to form drawer magazines and then these with storage boxes, in particular Storage boxes from the stackable storage system can be equipped as drawers. On the other hand, it is also advantageous that when a complete drawer magazine is procured, the associated drawers can be exchanged as required with an already existing storage system consisting of stackable storage boxes, in particular storage viewing boxes.
As particularly useful Has it turned out according to the invention if the webs at the upper boundary edge of each compartment consist of downward and backward-looking hook members, the depth of which corresponds to approximately three times the width of the angled stacking edges of the storage boxes.
further improved when pulling out and pushing into the housing.
It can also be advisable to equip the housing of the drawer magazines on the upper, front boundary edges of the compartments with hinged flaps or tabs, which cover at least one upper section on the front transverse side of the storage boxes. This further development is particularly useful when the drawers of the drawer magazines exist as storage viewing boxes which have the usual viewing opening in the upper part of their front transverse side.
According to claim 8, the possibility is given to make the flaps or tabs in their cover position on the housing, in particular on the housing side walls, lockable, so that unauthorized access to the drawers can be effectively prevented.
A particularly expedient embodiment of the drawer magazines according to the invention can also be achieved in that the housing cover is designed as a trough-shaped recessed storage compartment, for example for tools.
For portable drawer magazines it can further be recommended according to claim 10 to arrange a handle bar between the housing side walls, preferably above the storage compartment.
According to claim 11, the invention further proposes to provide the rear wall and / or side walls of the housing with suspension devices, for example molded-in holes. The hanging devices on the rear wall can be used to fasten the drawer magazine to a wall or other supporting element, while holding elements, for example wire hooks, can be used in the hanging devices on the side walls, which allow tools to be hung on the drawer magazine .
Stackable drawer magazines are further characterized according to claim 12, further characterized in that notches are formed at the lower end of the housing side walls and tongues are formed at the upper end of the same, which mutually interlock in a plurality of superimposed housings for mutual position assurance. According to claim 13, the notches can be located in and the tongues on the circumferential webs of the housing sidewalls which are normal to the plane of the housing side walls.
If it is desired to set up or hang up several drawer magazines next to one another in a joint-tight manner, it is also advisable according to claim 14 to provide the peripheral webs of one housing side wall on the outside and the peripheral webs of the other housing side wall complementarily with chamfers or folds on the inside. that mutually interlock when several housings are arranged side by side to secure the position.
A material-saving and production-favorable design> of the drawer magazines is also achieved in that the rear wall of the housing in the area of each compartment has cutouts that start at a distance above each shelf, end directly under the compartment ceiling and extend over the entire light range of the compartment , whereby towering, strip-shaped rear wall sections arise from the shelves. Although such a housing is largely open on the back in the area of each compartment, the undesired pushing of the compartments through the strip-shaped rear wall sections is reliably prevented.
Another important feature of the invention is also seen according to claim 16 in that the housing and storage boxes consist of molded plastic parts.
For transpportable drawer magazines it turns out according to the AnsDruch 17 proposed development as particularly advantageous if at a distance in front of the counter stop surface provided on the rear, lower boundary edge of each compartment, locking cams are formed on the bottom and the storage boxes forming the drawers have a counter-locking at their rear end near the ground. Since the counter-latch engages with the latching cams when the drawers are pushed into the compartments, they are easily secured against undesired slipping out during transport. On the other hand, however, the storage boxes serving as drawers can be raised by appropriate force on their front end to such an extent that latching cams and counter-latches disengage and they can then be pulled out towards the front against the stop surfaces.
It has proven useful according to claim 18 to provide a plurality of latching cams next to one another at a distance on the bottom of each compartment, to form the counter-latching of the storage display cases as continuous strips over their width.
A reliable interaction of the latching cams and the counter-latches is achieved according to claim 19 if the latching cams have a steep flank which faces the counter-abutment surfaces and preferably runs parallel to them. The insertion of the storage boxes into the latching position is supported, however, by the fact that the latching cams are also provided with a flat, inclined flank that faces away from the counter-stop surfaces, while the counter-latch has a chamfer or rounding on the outside and an engagement surface that is normal to the floor level on the inside.
In terms of production technology, it has proven to be expedient if the latching cams are formed on the shelves in the region of window cutouts of the counter-abutment surfaces.
Another feature of the invention according to claim 21 is that the side walls, preferably in the circumferential webs, have openings as fastening engagements for hinges and / or as eyelets for the shackle of padlocks. In this case, the hinges could then be latched and / or braced in the openings via molded-on lugs.
With the help of a pair of hinges, two structurally identical drawer magazines can be connected to one another in an articulated manner in such a way that their front side can be pivoted either towards or away from one another. When the two drawer magazines are swiveled relative to one another, they can then be locked against one another by inserting padlocks.
If a mold with a multi-part main shape for the outer contours of the housing is used to manufacture the housings for the drawer magazines, which are assigned core colors that determine the inner contours of the housing and the compartments, which consist of trains that can be displaced relative to the main shape, then it proves to be of the invention as particularly important that - according to the characterizing part of claim 23 - in the molding area for each compartment two trains which are displaceable one above the other form the core shape, the upper, backwards displaceable train having at its front end the inner contour of the hook links, while the lower, backwards displaceable train at its rear end has the outer contour of the hook members and at its front end the inner contour of the strip-shaped rear wall sections is adapted, and that both trains on their long sides together the inner contour for the separating and / or guide webs or for the stiffening walls of the Form compartments as well as for the support bars or tongues attached to them.
Due to DE-GM 19 24 532, a built-in shelf that can be inserted into a wall opening belongs to the prior art, in which stackable storage boxes, in particular storage viewing boxes, can be inserted in a drawer-like manner. However, the criterion of this built-in shelf is that the storage boxes can only be inserted into the individual compartments from the rear of the shelf and that they can only be partially pulled out of the compartments from the front of the shelf. The stops forming the extension for the storage boxes are essentially designed as U-shaped brackets with their two legs pointing downwards and are designed in such a way that they make it impossible to disengage the storage boxes from the standard front.
Further features and advantages of the subject matter of the invention are explained in detail below with reference to a drawing. It shows:<ul id="ul0001" list-style="none"><li>1 is a view from the front and partially broken away representation of a drawer magazine, consisting of a housing provided with several compartments and drawers which can be inserted into the compartments, only one drawer being shown,</li><li>2 shows a vertical section along the line II-II through the drawer magazine according to FIG. 1 with the drawer pushed into one of the compartments,</li><li>3 shows a partial section from FIG. 2 with the drawer pulled out of the compartment,</li><li>4 is a partial side view of a drawer magazine with two superimposed housings,</li><li>5 shows a section along the line VV through a side wall on the housing of the drawer magazine,</li><li>6 is a plan view of a side wall on the housing of the drawer magazine in the direction of arrow VI in FIG. 4,</li><li>7 shows a section corresponding to FIG. 5 through the mutually adjacent side walls of the housing of two drawer magazines set up next to one another,</li><li>8 shows a cutout area from the drawer magazine according to FIG. 1 in a somewhat modified embodiment,</li><li>9 shows a representation of a drawer magazine corresponding to FIG. 1 in a somewhat modified version,</li><li>10 shows a vertical section along the line XX through the drawer magazine according to FIG. 9,</li><li>11 shows a partial section from FIG. 10 with the drawer pulled out of the compartment,</li><li>Fig. 12 is a vertical section through a mold for producing the housing for the drawer magazine and</li><li>13 shows a section along the line XIII-XIII through the molding tool according to FIG. 12 in the cutout area corresponding to FIG. 8.</li></ul>

The housing 2 has two completely closed side walls 7 and 8, a likewise completely closed ceiling 9 and a likewise completely closed bottom 10.
The rear wall 11 of the housing 2 is not completely closed, but rather is formed by short wall sections 11 ′ and 11 ″, the wall section 11 ′ being connected upward to the ceiling 9, while each wall section 11 ″ is in the form of an upward, strip-shaped one Extension of the base 10 or of the shelves 12 formed between them and the ceiling 9 at a distance from one another.
The ceiling 9 of the housing 1 is between the two side walls 7 and 8 as a trough-shaped recessed storage compartment 13, for example for tools or the like. executed and above it a handle bar 14 is inserted between the side walls 7 and 8, which enables easy transport of the drawer magazine 1.
The strip-shaped wall sections 11 ″ at the rear end of the shelves 12 and the shelf 10 form insertion boundaries for the drawers -15 inserted into the individual compartments 6 of the compartments 3, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 2. 1 and 2 furthermore that the drawers 15 forming the drawer magazine 1 in connection with the housing 2 consist of known, standard storage boxes, in particular storage viewing boxes, which have an at least three-sided circumferential stacking edge 16 which is opposite the box body sideways outwards and upwards is angled profiled.
The upwardly angled flange 17 'of the rear stacking edge section 16' of the storage boxes used as drawers 15 cooperates with a stop web 18 which is directed downwards from the front, upper boundary edge of each compartment 3 or compartment 6 as soon as the drawer 15 comes out of the Housing 1 is pulled out, as can be seen from Fig. 3.
The stop web 18 has the shape of a downward and backward-facing hook member, the total depth of which corresponds approximately to three times the width of the angled stacking edges 16 'of the storage boxes used as drawers 15. This ensures that the drawers 15 pulled out of the housing 2 still retain a secure support on the shelf 12 or the floor 10 of the housing 3 which supports them, as can also be seen in FIG. 3.
Out Fig. 1 also shows that the stop webs 18 designed as hook members are designed with an entire length, 20, which is shorter than the width of the compartments 6 in the individual compartments 3, such that the ends of the stop webs 18 directed away from each other Have a distance 21 from the adjacent side walls 7 and 8 and from the stiffening walls 5.
The total length 20 of the stop webs 18 designed as hook members is matched to the clear width between the upwardly angled 17 "of the side stack edge sections 16" of the storage boxes used as drawers 15, so that these also have lateral guidance through the stop webs 18 receive.
While it is sufficient in many cases, on the individual shelves 12 or to provide on the bottom 10 of the housing 1 separating and / or guiding webs 4, which have a lower height than the strip-shaped wall sections 11 "of the rear wall 11, it is advisable when the housing 2 is required to be highly stable, the separating and / or to design guide webs as stiffening walls 5 extending over the entire height of the compartments 3, each connected to the compartment ceiling and the compartment floor, as can be seen from FIG. 2. However, the stiffening walls 5 do not need to be connected to the compartment ceiling over the entire compartment depth, but it is also sufficient if they are connected to the respective compartment ceiling only in the area in which the stop webs 18 are located. This design of the stiffening walls 5 is shown in Fig. 2.
It can also prove to be advantageous to link flaps or tabs 22 to the upper, front boundary edges of the individual compartments, which flaps or tabs 22 cover at least one upper section on the front transverse side of the storage boxes used as drawers 15. The length of the individual flaps or tabs 22 is preferably dimensioned such that they completely overlap the viewing opening used as drawers 15.
If it is desired to secure the drawers 15 inserted into the housing 2 of the drawer magazine against unauthorized access, then it is possible to lock each flap or tab 22 into its cover position on the housing, in particular on the side walls 7 and 8 of the same . This is possible in a simple manner, for example, by inserting security rods through holes in both side walls 7 and 8, which can be fixed in position, for example, by means of small padlocks or other security elements.
So that the drawer magazine 1 can be easily used or hung on other supports, the upper wall section 11 'of the rear wall 11 of the housing 2 is equipped with keyhole-like, per filed, narrowed holes 23 into which are attached to the wall or on the support Retaining links with a thickened headboard can be indented.
In each of the two side walls 7 and 8 of the housing 2, a plurality of holes 24 can also be provided, which offer engagement possibilities for wire hooks 25, on which tools or other parts can in turn be suspended if necessary. If it is desired to arrange several drawer magazines 1 one above the other, as shown in Fig. 4th it can be seen that it is advisable to arrange a notch 26 on the lower transverse edge of each side wall 7 and 8 and a tongue 27 on the upper transverse edge of each side wall 7 and 8 (FIGS. 1, 2 and 4 to 6), which then engage in one another, if the housing 2, as shown in Fig. 4, are placed one on the other. A mutual, positive locking of the two housing 2 is then guaranteed.
It is advisable to equip the side walls 7 and 8 of the housing 2 with stiffening webs 28 which are oriented normal to their plane in order to increase their dimensional stability and to partially design these as circumferential webs 28 '. The notches 26 can then be located in the circumferential web 28 ′ assigned to the lower transverse edge of the side walls 7 and 8, as shown in FIG. 5 shows, while the tongues 27 sit on the circumferential web 28 'assigned to the upper transverse edge of the side walls 7 and 8, as can be seen from FIG. 6.
In many cases it is also desirable to set up or hang up several drawer magazines 1 directly next to one another. To ensure that the drawer magazines 1 can be strung together in a sealed manner in this case and that mutual alignment of the layers can also be achieved, according to FIG. 7 the circumferential webs 28 'of one side wall 7 are provided with chamfers or folds 29' on the inside, while the other side wall is complementary with chamfers or folds 29 "on the outside of the circumferential webs 28 '. If several drawer magazines are placed side by side, the chamfers or folds 29', 29 "in mutual positive engagement, as shown in Fig. 7.
It also proves to be essential to produce both the housing 2 and the drawers 15 of the drawer magazines 1 as molded plastic parts. It is important for the shape of the housing 2 that its rear wall 11 is not designed to be closed over the entire height of the housing, but instead has openings between the wall sections 11 'and 11 "which extend across the entire width of the individual compartments 3.
The drawer magazine 1 according to FIGS. 9 to 11 has essentially the same design as that according to FIGS. 1 to 3. For this reason, the corresponding components or configurations are also provided with the same reference symbols.
An important further development compared to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, however, consists first of all in that on the floor 10 and each of the shelves 12 formed one above the other at a distance from one another at a distance of 36 in front of the as insertion limits for the compartments 3 inserted drawers 15 serving wall sections 11 "and locking cams 37 are provided. With these latching cams 37, counter-latches 38 can engage which are located on the bottom of the individual drawers 15 in an extension of their rear wall 15 'behind an arcuate bottom connection 15 ".
A larger number of locking cams 37 are arranged in each compartment 3 on the base 10 or the shelves 12. Thus, in Fig. 9 in the left compartments 6 of all compartments 3 there is a locking cam 37, while in the middle and in the right compartment 6 of each compartment 3 there are two locking cams 37 on the bottom 10 and the shelves 12, respectively.
The counter-catch 38 on the drawers 15, on the other hand, preferably consists of strips running across the entire width thereof, which ensures that it can interact with any possible arrangement of catch cams 37.
10 that the latching cams 37 have a steep flank 39 which faces the wall sections 11 ″, in particular parallel to this flank 39 and also have a flank 40 which faces away from it, but on the other hand, from FIG. 10th and FIG. 11 also shows that the counter-catch 38 on the drawers 15 is provided on the outside with a chamfer or rounding 41, while on the inside it has an engagement surface 42 which is normal to the bottom plane of the drawer 15.
This configuration ensures that when the drawers 15 are pushed into the compartments 3 or the compartments 6, their counter-latching 38 slides easily onto the latching cams 37
and then comes under the weight of the drawers 15 with them in holding engagement. When the drawer magazines 1 are being transported, this automatically prevents the drawers 15 from being pushed out of the compartments 3 or the compartments 6 automatically. However, if the drawers are to be pulled out, it is necessary to raise their rear end somewhat by appropriate pressure on their front end so that the counter-catch 38 disengages from the catch cams 37.
For the shape of the locking cams 37 on the floor 10 or the shelves 12 with the aid of a molding tool shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, it is important that they lie in the area of window cutouts 43 of the wall sections 11 ". In the area of these window cutouts 43 then namely mutually associated mold sections of the two cooperating core molds 33 and 34 of the mold 31 according to FIG. 12th be provided with shaped sections that achieve the problem-free design of the locking cams 37.
9 and 10 of the drawing it can further be seen that the two side walls 7 and 8 of the housing 2 can have openings 44 in their circumferential webs 28 ', specifically in the region of the housing front. These openings 44 are arranged and designed so that they can be used on the one hand as fastening interventions for hinges 45, but on the other hand are also useful for the formation of hanging eyes for the shackles of padlocks 46.
With the help of the hinges 45, two structurally identical drawer magazines 1 can then be articulatedly connected in such a way that their housing front sides can be pivoted either against one another or away from one another. The drawer magazines 1 pivoted against one another can then be fixed against one another via the padlocks 46 and thus made inaccessible.
In Fig. 10 it is indicated that the hinges can be locked and / or braced in the openings 44 via molded projections 47.
Forming tools 31 such as are shown in FIGS. 12 and 13 can then be used to produce the housings 2. These molds 31 are formed by a multi-part main mold 32 for the outer contours of the housing 2 and by associated core molds 33 and 34, the latter the inner contours of the housing 2 with the compartments 3, the separating and / or guide webs 4 or stiffening walls 5, determine the wall sections 11 "and the stop bars 18.
The two core molds 33 and 34 are designed as trains which can be moved to opposite sides relative to the multi-part main mold 32, in such a way that the core mold 34 forms the upper trains which can be moved backwards, while the core mold 33 forms the lower trains which can be moved forward having.
It is important in this embodiment of the core molds 33 and 34 that the upper, rearwardly displaceable trains of the core mold 34 have at their front end the inner contour of the stop webs 18 designed as hook members, while their rear end of the outer contour for the wall sections 11 'and 11 " corresponds to the rear wall 11. On the other hand, the lower, forward-moving trains located on the core mold 33 have at their rear end the outer contour of the stop webs 18 designed as hook members, while their front end is adapted to the inner contour of the strip-shaped rear wall sections 11 ″.
The trains of both core shapes 33 and 34, as shown in FIG. 13, are also designed such that they form the inner contour for the separating and / or guide webs 4 or for the stiffening walls 5 of the compartments 3 on their long sides.
In Fig. 8 a section of a drawer magazine is shown in a representation corresponding to Fig. 1, from which it follows that storage drawers can be used as drawers 15, which have sideways overhanging edge strips 34 on their bottom longitudinal edges. In this case, it proves to be expedient to provide the separating and / or guide webs 4 or stiffening walls 5 with support webs 35 which overlap the edge strips 34 of the drawers 15. Due to the interaction of the edge strips 34 and the support webs 35, the guiding security of the latter is significantly improved when the drawers 15 are pulled out and pushed in.
Fig. 13 shows that the cavities necessary for forming the support webs 35 can be created in the mold 31 by appropriate profiling of the trains on the core mold 33.
