    An optical fiber connector comprising a plug (6) adhesively attached to an end of an optical fiber cable (1), a sleeve (10) threaded at each end (14) of an outer peripheral surface thereof and adapted to have said plug inserted from an end (12) into a center axial portion (11) thereof, a cap nut (15) threaded at one end (18) of an inner peripheral surface thereof for fixing the plug to the sleeve, and a spring (19) mounted on an outer peripheral portion of the plug so as to be located between the plug and the cap nut, the said plug and said sleeve both having been molded from a synthetic resin material containing an inorganic filler, characterised in that the filler comprises glass beads, glass balloons or silica glass in particle form, and in that the adhesive agent for adhesively attaching the fiber end to the plug comprises an epoxy resin base adhesive agent of below 20 poise in viscosity added as a filler with 40-60 wt% of alumina or aluminum hydroxide in particle form of mean particle size which is 50-70% of the clearance between an orifice of the plug and the optical fiber. 1. Connecteur pour fibres optiques comportant une broche (6) fixée par adhérence à une extrémité d'un câble à fibre optique (1), un manchon (10) fileté à chaque extrémité (14) de sa surface périphérique extérieure et adapté pour que la broche soit insérée depuis une extrémité (12) dans l'une de ses parties centrales axiales (11), un écrou à chapeau (15) taraudé au niveau d'une extrémité (18) de sa surface périphérique intérieure de manière à permettre la fixation de la broche au manchon, et un ressort (19) monté sur une partie périphérique extérieure de la broche de manière à être situé entre la broche et l'écrou à chapeau, ledit écrou à chapeau et ladite broche étant réalisés par moulage à partir d'un matériau formé d'une résine synthétique et contenant un organe de remplissage inorganique, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de remplissage comporte des billes de verre, des boules de verre ou du verre de silice sous forme particulaire, et que l'agent adhésif permettant de réaliser la fixation par adhérence de l'extrémité de la fibre à la broche est constitué par un agent adhésif à base de résine époxy possédant une viscosité inférieure à 20 poises, auquel est ajouté un produit de remplissage comportant 40 à 60% en poids d'alumine ou d'hydroxyde d'aluminium sous forme de particules d'une taille moyenne compris entre 50 et 70% du jeu existant entre l'orifice de la broche de la fibre optique. 1. Verbinder für optische Fasern, umfassend einen an einem Ende eines optischen Faserkabels (1) haftend angebrachten Stecker (6), eine an jedem Ende (14) einer äußeren Umfangsfläche mit Gewinde versehene Hülse (10), die so ausgelegt ist, daß sich der Stecker von einem Ende (12) her in einen zentrischen Axialabschnitt (11) der Hülse einführen läßt, eine an einem Ende (18) an einer inneren Umfangsfläche mit Gewinde versehene Überwurfmutter (15) zur Befestigung des Steckers an der Hülse, sowie eine Feder (19), die an einem äußeren Umfangsabschnitt des Steckers derart angebracht ist, daß sie sich zwischen dem Stecker und der Überwurfmutter befindet, wobei sowohl der Stecker als auch die Hülse aus einem einen anorganischen Füllstoff enthältenden Kunstharzmaterial geformt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Füllstoff Glaskügelchen, Glas-Hohlkügelchen oder Silikaglas in Teilchenform enthält, und daß der Klebstoff zum haftenden Anbringen des Faserendes an dem Stecker einen Klebstoff auf Epoxyharzbasis mit einer Viskosität unter 20 Poise umfaßt, der als Füllstoff mit 40 bis 60 Gew.-% Aluminiumoxid oder -hydroxid in Teilchenform einer mittleren Teilchengröße versetzt ist, die 50 bis 70% des Spiels zwischen einer Öffnung des Steckers und der optischen Faser beträgt.

    An optical fiber connector as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the synthetic resin material comprises polycarbonate, and the filler is present as from 10 to 30 wt%. 2.     An optical fiber connector as claimed in claim 2, characterised in that the plug and the sleeve have been molded from a composition containing 5-30 wt% of polytetrafluoroethylene as a lubricant. 3. Connecteur pour fibres optiques selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la broche et le manchon ont été réalisés par moulage à partir d'une composition contenant 5 à 30% en poids de polytétrafluoroéthylène servant de lubrifiant. 3.     An optical fiber connector as claimed in claim 2 characterized in that the plug and the sleeve have. been molded from a composition containing 1-5 wt% of molybdenum disulfide as a lubricant. 4. Connecteur pour fibres optiques selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la broche et le manchon ont été réalisés par moulage à partir d'une composition contenant 1 à 5% en poids de bisulfure de molybdène en tant que lubrifiant. 4. Verbinder für optische Fasern nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker und die Hülse aus einer 1 bis 5 Gew.-% Molybdändisulfid als Schmiermittel enthaltenden Verbindung geformt sind.

    An optical fiber connecter as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the synthetic resin material comprises an epoxy resin, and the filler is present as from 30-80 wt%, preferably in 50―80 wt%. 5. Connecteur pour fibres optiques selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau de la résine synthétique comporte une résine époxy et que le produit de remplissage est présent en un pourcentage compris entre 30 et 80% en poids et de préférence entre 50 et 80% en poids. 5.     An optical fiber connector as claimed in claim 5, characterised in that the plug and the sleeve have been molded from a composition containing 1-5 wt% of polytetrafluoroethylene, molybdenum disulfide or graphite as a lubricant. 6. Connecteur pour fibres optiques selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la broche et le manchon sont réalisés par moulage à partir d'une composition contenant 1 à 5% en poids de polytétrafluoroéthylène, de bisulfure de molybdène ou de graphite en tant que lubrifiant. 6. Verbinder für optische Fasern nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker und die Hülse aus einer 1 bis 5 Gew.-% Polytetrafluoräthylen, Molybdändisulfid oder Graphit als Schmiermittel enthaltenden Verbindung geformt sind.

    An optical fiber connector as claimed in any preceding claim characterised in that said plug (6) has an outer diameter greater than the inner diameter of said sleeve (10) by +3 to -2 µm. 7. Connecteur pour fibres optiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite broche (6) possède un diamètre extérieur supérieur au diamètre intérieur dudit manchon (10), d'une valeur de +3 à -2 um. 7.     An optical fiber connector as claimed in any preceding claim characterised in that a glass tube (25) is inserted onto the root of the optical fiber (2) and inserted together with the optical fiber (2) into the plug (6), thereby to secure the glass tube to the plug together with the optical fiber. 8. Connecteur pour fibres optiques selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube de verre (25) est inséré sur le bout de la fibre optique (2), dans la broche (6), ce qui a pour effet de fixer le tube de verre à la broche ainsi qu'à la fibre optique. 8. Verbinder für optische Fasern nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Glasrohr (25) in die Wurzel der optischen Faser (2) eingefügt und zusammen mit der optischen Faser (2) in den Stecker (6) eingefügt ist, wodurch das Glasrohr zusammen mit der optischen Faser an dem Stecker befestigt ist.

    A method of producing an optical fiber connector comprising the steps of:removing in a predetermined length each of a secondary coat (4) and a primary coat (3) of an optical fiber cable (1) at one end portion thereof and cleaning the outer peripheries of the exposed portions of the primary coat (3) and an optical fiber (2) with an organic solvent;fitting a cap nut (15) and a spring (19) over the optical fiber (2) at its end portion from which the coats have been removed;introducing a predetermined amount of adhesive agent into an orifice of a plug;inserting the optical fiber cable (1) into the plug until the optical fiber (2) sticks out of the forward end face of the plug (6) before the adhesive agent inserted in the plug sets;and cutting off the length of the optical fiber (2) sticking out of the forward end face of the plug after the plug and the optical fiber are fixed to each other as a unit following setting of the adhesive agent and lapping the end faces of the plug and the optical fiber to provide mirror-like surfaces, characterised in that the plug is molded in a mold which comprises a core (34) for defining the forward end face of the plug (6), a core pin (37) of a diameter larger by 1 to several um than the diameter of the optical fiber (2) attached to the center of said core and projecting therefrom, and a movable core (43) extending from the rear end of the plug for abutting one end of said core pin (37). 9. Procédé pour fabriquer un connecteur pour fibres optiques, incluant les phases opératoires consistant à: retirer sur une longueur prédéterminée à la fois un revêtement secondaire (4) et un revêtement primaire (3) d'un câble à fibre optique (1) au niveau de l'une de ses extrémités et à nettoyer les pourtours extérieurs des parties à nu du revêtement primaire (3) et de la fibre optique (2) à l'aide d'un solvant organique, à monter un écrou à chapeau (15) et un ressort (16) par dessus la fibre optique (2) au niveau de son extrémité, dont les revêtements ont été retirés, à introduire une quantité prédéterminée d'un produit adhésif dans un orifice de la broche, à insérer le câble à un fibre optique (1) dans la broche jusqu'à ce que le fibre optique (2) sorte au niveau de la face d'extrémité avant de la broche (6) avant que le produit adhésif introduit dans la broche ne durcisse, et à découper l'élément de la fibre optique (2) dépassant la face d'extrémité avant de la broche une fois que la broche et la fibre optique sont fixées l'une à l'autre sous la forme d'une unité après durcissement du produit adhésif et rodage des faces d'extrémité de la tige et de la fibre optique de manière à fournir des surfaces semblables à des miroirs, caractérisé en ce que la broche est moulée dans un moule qui comporte un noyau (34) servant à définir la face d'extrémité avant de la broche (6), une pointe pour noyaux (37) possédant un diamètre supérieur de un à quelques um, au diamètre de la fibre optique (2) fixé au centre dudit noyau et faisant saillie à partir de ce dernier, et un noyau mobile (43) s'étendant depuis l'extrémité arrière de la broche en vue de venir en aboutement contre une extrémité de ladite pointe pour noyaux (37). 9. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verbinders für optische Fasern, umfassend die Schritte: Entfernen einer sekundären Ummantelung (4) und einer primären Ummantelung (3) eines optischen Faserkabels (1) an dessen einem Endabschnitt über eine vorgegebene Länge und Reinigen der Außenflächen der freigelegten Abschnitte der primären Ummantelung (3) und einer optischen Faser (2) mit einem organischen Lösungsmittel;Schieben einer Überwurfmutter (15) und einer Feder (19) über die optische Faser (2) an deren Endabschnitt, von dem die Ummantelungen entfernt worden sind;Einbringen einer vorgegebenen Menge eines Klebstoffs in eine Öffnung eines Steckers;Einfügen des optischen Faserkabels (1) in den Stecker, bis die optische Faser (2) an der vorderen Stirnfläche des Steckers (6) austritt, bevor der in den Stecker eingebrachte Klebstoff aushärtet;und Abschneiden der aus der vorderen Stirnfläche des Steckers austretenden Länge der optischen Faser (2), nachdem der Stecker und die optische Faser nach Aushärten des Klebstoffs zu einer Einheit aneinander befestigt sind, und Läppen der Stirnflächen des Steckers und der optischen Faser zur Erzeugung von spiegelartigen Oberflächen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stecker in einer Form geformt wird, die einen Kern (34) zur Ausbildung der vorderen Stirnfläche des Steckers (6), einen Kernstift (37) mit einem Durchmesser, der um ein bis mehrere pm größer ist als der Durchmesser der an der Mitte des Kerns angebrachten und von diesem abstehenden optischen Faser (2), sowie einen vom hinteren Ende des Steckers ausgehenden, zur Anlage an einem Ende des Kernstiftes (37) dienenden bewegbaren Kern (43), umfaßt.
