The invention relates to a soap dispenser for liquid soaps with a fastened to a wall base frame on which an assembly formed from soap container, flow means and handle lever for operating a delivery piston of the flow means is arranged, wherein the handle lever is pivotally connected to the module.
Known embodiments of such soap dispensers are what regards their operation as well as its function, is not optimal. It is, for. Example, in known embodiments necessary to handle with wet or dirty hands a handle lever, which is not only unpleasant, but also unhygienic. Furthermore, known embodiments have the disadvantage that they donate irregular soap amounts, ie either too much or too soap is output and often still takes place dripping soap liquid. Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a soap dispenser of the generic type, which is easy and hygienic to use and the independent constant of the operating force soap amounts donated. In addition, the device should be of robust construction and reliable in operation.
To achieve this object, the invention proposes that in a generic soap dispenser assembly is resiliently mounted pivotally on the base frame, wherein a stop is disposed on the base frame in the movement of the handle lever, the opposite the base frame causes a rotation of the handle lever towards the assembly in swing of the assembly ,
A significant advantage of the present invention formed soap dispenser is that a touch of the hand lever is for the operation of the device is no longer necessary, but the soap dispensers can be operated in such a way that from the front pressure on the assembly, which generally accommodated in a housing will be exerted. This pressure may preferably be carried out with his elbow, as virtually the entire front surface of the soap dispenser is available as actuating surface available. The possibility of operating directly on the handle lever remains also.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention the pivotable mounting of the module on the base frame in such a manner that the assembly is attached to an integral with the base frame spring clip made of elastic plastic is performed. This training, in which can be dispensed with a joint, represents a particularly simple and robust solution.
A further embodiment of the invention is that the handle lever is mounted laterally positionable in its pivot bearings and on the module for the handle lever several stops are provided, which allow a different size pivotal movement of the gripping lever relative to the assembly depending on the lateral positioning of the hand lever. This ensures that the directly operated by hand lever feed piston experiences a different displacement, depending on the pivoting movement of the handle lever, so that the output level of soap can be adjusted by the lateral adjustment of the handle lever.
Of the other embodiments of the invention as are indicated in the claims 4 to 8, is still training according to claim 6 highlight, with the dripping of the soap dispenser is after operating safely avoided by sliding back of the valve body in returning feed piston in the suction channel and characterized a hanging approximately at the outlet nozzle of the soap dispenser drop is sucked.
Further developments and improvements of the invention are explained with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.
In the drawings

Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a soap dispenser according to the invention,

Fig. 2 is a further cross-section, in which the fixing of the module is shown on the base frame,

FIG. 3a shows a cross section through the soap container of the soap dispenser in accordance with Figs. 1 and

Fig. 3b shows a section through the soap dispenser in accordance with section line IIIb of FIG. 3a, with inserted handle lever.

In the cross-sectional view of a soap dispenser of Fig. 1 is a base frame, with which it rests on a wall and is attached, designated 15. On the base frame 15 is a flow means with the valve housing 3, a delivery piston 6, an outlet nozzle 8 and a handle lever is a soap container-1, located 13 comprehensive assembly. For covering the assembly with the aforementioned items is a cover 14 which is hinged articulated in the illustrated embodiment in swivel bearings 24 on the assembly and secured with snapper 20th The mounting of the hand lever 13 to the module is in pivot bearings 33rd
Details of the mounting of the handle lever 13 to the assembly will be apparent from Fig. 3b. The handle lever 13 has a long bearing pins, which protrude into corresponding bearing bores of the soap container. 1 Thus, the grip lever 13 in the pivot bearings 33 is positioned laterally. As security against lateral displacement on one side spacers can be provided. This lateral positioning is a setting of the swing path of the handle lever 13 with respect to the assembly and thus an adjustment of the desired delivery volume of the feed plunger 6. In Fig. 3b, stoppers 23a, 23b and 23c at the soap container 1 provided with which, depending on the lateral positioning of the handle lever 13 interacts with its consoles. In Fig. 3b the grip lever 13 is shown in its central position as it rests just on the stops 23b. This position corresponds to a central pivoting of the handle lever 13. The stops 23a allow for a lower pivot path, ie they comply with a minimum delivery volume of the delivery piston 6, while the stops 23c which in ge recorded embodiment with a wall of the soap container 1 coincide, a maximum pivot path of the handle lever 13 and therefore correspond to a maximum delivery of the delivery piston. 6
The pivotable mounting of the module on the base frame 15 is illustrated in Fig. 2. The base frame 15 has integrally connected thereto a spring clip 25, with which the assembly is screwed together. The end positions of the spring clip 25 with the module attached to it are indicated in FIG. 2 and on the one hand determined by a hook-shaped stopper 9, on the other hand by the base plate of the base frame 15. The handle lever 13, of which FIG. 2 only the bearing point 33 on the module and the lower end are shown continually lies, against a stop 17 of the base frame, so that it in from this position only by the retaining wall gone forward arrow can be drawn. As shown in Fig. 1 seen, but a pivot movement of the handle lever 13 is relative to the module when from the front of the hood 14 in the direction of the retaining wall arrow x is applied, a pressure accordingly, and thus the entire assembly has a pivoting movement, as shown in FIG. 2 indicated, points out, since the handle lever 13 on the base frame 15 is present, and consequently performs the base frame against any relative movement.
Either by a pulling movement on the handle lever 13 in the arrow direction shown in FIG. 2 or by a pivoting movement according to arrow direction x of the whole assembly of the delivery piston 6 is pushed against the force of a return spring 12 in the valve housing 3. The soap liquid contained in the pumping chamber presses a valve ball 19 of an exhaust valve 19, which abuts on a valve piston 18 against the force of a compression spring of a valve seat 4 away in downward direction. However, since the valve ball 19 and the valve piston 18 to slide in a suction channel, a passage cross section for the soap liquid is only then released when the valve ball 19 has reached the lower edge of the suction duct 5, and is forced out of the suction channel. 5 The soap liquid can then flow out into the underlying chamber and from there through the outlet nozzle. 8 Once the delivery piston 6 has reached its bottom dead center in the valve housing 3 and is moved backwards again, the valve ball 19 and the valve piston 18 to slide under the action of a valve spring in the suction channel 5 is seated back to the valve ball 19 against the valve seat. 4 In this way a suction action on the outlet nozzle 8 is exerted, so that a suspended about the outlet nozzle to soap drop is sucked. Instead of 18 formed from ball valve 19 and valve piston two-piece valve body can be provided only one valve ball, or only one valve piston. After the seating of the valve ball 19 on the valve seat 4, the spring-loaded inlet valve 10 opens as a result of the further going back of the delivery piston 6, so that soap liquid from the soap container 1 can flow into the pumping chamber 7th
