The invention relates to a device for gas heating of working devices, in particular of soldering iron, in which in a closed heating chamber, a heating part of a working device introduced into it is heated by a burner.
The invention aims to provide improvements to achieve a more intimate heating of the working equipment by the flame in order to avoid that flammable combustion gases or still burning gases from the working equipment on the environment or on the Arbeitssfläche itself, to which the working equipment is attached, as well on the side of the burner: hit parts.
Furthermore, this device is intended to provide a device that works outdoors even in strong winds. allows.
It is known ant, work tools, such as soldering iron u. Like. To heat by introducing it into a flame-heated chamber or to store a part of the implement in such a heating chamber and then to heat this part, by a gas burner.
For example, such devices have become known, which have a multiple perforated shell of the heating chamber, from which the combustion gases of ignited in the Innarm the heating chamber Heizflamme are able to escape to all sides. The Nachbeil these devices but is that the exiting hot gases and forced out by wind flames also wash around the workplace and heat inadmissible, at the working device, z. B. a soldering iron, cautery or paint scraper, to be recognized.
Due to the multiple arranged exit holes in the jacket of the heating chamber is able to work in the open air on the. Chamber windshield does not hit the wind, only push the heating flame away from the heating part of the tool or sitark out of the heating chamber, but the heating flame can also be pulled off the flame starting point and extinguished. The consequence in the first case is strong formation of carbon monoxide by imperfect combustion, in the second case the outflow, uninterrupted gases.
The invention is eliminated. the deficiencies of the known heating devices in that .the heating chamber, are stored in the burner and heating parts of the working equipment at a distance from each other and against each other, only in; near the inlets of the heating element, there are outlet openings for the combustion gases and these outlet openings outside the heating chamber are covered by a protective jacket which guides the combustion gases in the direction of the working equipment. This ensures, on the one hand, that the heating flame arising in the burner inevitably flows around the work tool heating element mounted in opposition to it and then. out. the heating chamber in the vicinity of the Einlagerungsstelle -des Arbeitsheizheizteils is deflected so that it is no longer able to flow to the work to which the implement is attached, as well as laterally of the burner located parts. Workplace and its environment at the level of the burner are not affected by flames or exhaust fumes. The effect of the implement is concentrated directly and intensively exclusively on the attachment point of the device. Furthermore, the efficiency of heat transfer from the flame to the; Arboitsgeräteheizte.il increased by the fact that the protective sheath absorbs heat from the combustion gases passing along it inside and through its metallic connection with the storage of the working equipment to this gives rise, the Verbren.nun.gsgase, the still essential Have heat content, useless. to fizzle out in the open. In particular, the reversal of direction of the gases behind their exit point at this point will give larger amounts of heat to the metallic fasteners of the protective jacket and can pass on to the implement. It is also essential that the combustion gases with their heat content along the outer wall of the heating chamber should be swept along by the inventive arrangement of the deflecting protective jacket, the protective jacket and the combustion gases not only: heat loss of the protective jacket covered part of the heating chamber bc; but, in addition, also a part of the heat content of the combustion gases, transferred back to the radiator interior: will. the larger the covered part of the radiator outer shell, the greater the protection, heat and heat transfer.
It is not zwingcn.d necessary to supply the flame chamber additional air, since, usually such burners after the injector principle ruled by own. Air intake in, the gas generate a flame. Nevertheless, it has proved to be advantageous. in the vicinity of the storage: the burner in your heating chamber openings, preferably below the Flammenaustrittsöff tion, the burner head, provided that serve both for ignition and for the air inlet.
By the flame stream directed into the heating part in the heating chamber, one opens through these openings; sucked in the Flammenumspülung supporting additional air ,. Especially, it has advantages. In the case of arrangement of such openings in the vicinity of the burner head, it is also possible to cover the chimney with the air inlet openings and, if appropriate, to design it as a closed housing, which in turn has its own outlet openings in the vicinity of the storage location of the burner. Reinforces .diese design against impinging wind still thereby be in effect that further protective coats cover the outlet openings of the next stored protective jacket at a distance and own outlet openings: have., So that the flame outlet Labyrinthwv2g for wind protection and heat recovery from the exhaust gases, instructed is.
By Ü er cover the exhaust port through the protective jacket or the mutual overlap of the exhaust ports in the arrangement of several protective coats and by the LUberdeckung the Zuluftöffnunggen blowing out the heating flame, the heating chamber or a total extinction is prevented, so. that the escape of unburned gases and carbon monoxide formation is made reliably impossible.
In order to prevent the combustion gases which have deflected from the workstation through the one or more protective sheaths from undesirably heating the handgrip or the supply pipe of the burner, if appropriate:. In this case, the handle or supply tube of the burner can be shielded against the opening of the protective sheath by a protective shield. As an advantageous embodiment, the invention proposes varzuschalten the burner head in the heating chamber, a combustion chamber, which summarizes the resulting flame bundle before the heating element above the flame starting point and, now in this Zusammenfasswng .die heating flame, the heating part concentrated bounces, leaves.
Here, the upstream heating chamber can be configured cylindrical, if it should be directed to the top of the embedded heating part of the implement; but it may equally well shape its outlet as an elongated rectangle, if it is to direct the flame to a broad side of the one-piece heating part of Jej's work tool.
A particular advantage of the device according to the invention is achieved when the implement is stored interchangeable with his heating in the heating chamber against other tools of the same or other kind.
In the drawings, the invention is illustrated in embodiments, without the invention being limited to all details of the structural embodiments of the illustrations. FIG. 1 shows a heating device according to the invention with a short protective sheath attached; Fig. 2 shows a device with trained as a chamber protective jacket and the outlet openings covering other open protective coats.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, a burner head 2 of any known type is placed on a feed mixing tube i, by means of which the cup-shaped heating chamber 3 is attached to the inlet feed pipe i.
At the opposite end of the heating chamber 3, a sealing bush 4 is inserted, in the bore of the implements 5 replaceable, z. As a soldering iron, a cautery od. Like., Used with a pin-shaped heating element 6, rotatable in this bore and are arretierhar by the locking screw 7.
At this point, the storage of Arbeitsgeräteheizteils 6 with a spacer ring part S a protective jacket 9 is fixed so that the Schutzmantelwandung kept at a distance from the wall of the heating chamber 3 and created by this distance annulus is completely completed with the Heizkammermantel at the Einlagerungsstelle Arbeitsgeräteheizteils 6 ,
In the jacket of the heating chamber 4 4 exhaust ports io are provided for the exhaust gases in the vicinity of the closure ring, which can escape the combustion gases from the heating chamber 3 in the annular space between the protective jacket g and the outer jacket 3 of the heating chamber.
The protective jacket 9 in FIG. 1, which now opens its annular space in the direction of the point of storage of the burner head 2, covers not only the outflow openings 10 but also a majority of the outer jacket surfaces of the heating chamber 3.
According to Fig. 2, the protective jacket is preferably so far on the burner head extends that the flame formation serving space in the heating chamber 3 is secured by the protective jacket 9 against cooling. This can best be achieved by contracting it at the point of storage of the burner head so that it almost or firmly touches the jacket of the heating chamber 3. Conveniently, a sliding seat is used.
In order to achieve a suitable flushing of the heating part 6 of the working device 5, 3 air inlet and ignition openings ii are provided in the vicinity of the storage location of the burner 2 in the jacket of the heating chamber, which are slightly below the flame outlet opening 12 of the Bnennerkopfes 2.
By the inflamed flame around the burner head 2 upstream combustion chamber 13 flowing around additional air is sucked in and swirled in the combustion chamber 3 with.
It has been found that the gases entering through these bores ii contribute substantially to the intimate flushing of the heating element 6 with the flame jacket and to intimate heating within the combustion chamber 3.
Is, as shown in Figure 2, the protective jacket 9 extends to the storage point of the burner head 2 in the heating chamber 3 over this and contracted towards the heating jacket at the end and are still provided in the .Nurmehr closed protective jacket 9 outlet openings 14 for the exhaust gases, so Care must be taken that these outlet openings 14 are offset from the air inlet openings ii for the ignition and supply air.
This can be done in different height arrangement of the openings ii and 14, as shown in Fig. 2. But it can also be in the same plane, but offset, against each other, the holes to be used ii and 14 in the walls. These gas outlet openings 14 are again covered in the embodiment of FIG. 2 by a protective jacket 15 at a distance, as in a similar form to cover the outlet openings io in the embodiment of FIG. i already described.
The arrows entered in FIG. 2 explain the path of the combustion gases of the flame-rinsing and the exhaust gases.
A: Shield r6 mounted below the combustion chamber 3 on the supply pipe prevents the combustion gases from undesirably spreading over the area of the supply pipe i or the handle which usually eats as a handle on such devices on the supply pipe. In order to obtain a summary of the individual flames starting in the individual outlet bores 17 of the burner head 2, the brewer head 2 in: the heating chamber 3 has a conical or rectangularly drawn combustion chamber 13 as an inverted pot-shaped attachment with conical (FIG. 2) or cylindrical (FIG. Fig. I) Flame outlet opening 12 is placed.
