The invention relates to a machine for automatic filling of powdery or granular material, in which the feeders circulate together with the packings to be filled and in which within this common circulation path the packs by a free-flowing Füllgutstrom according to the principle the time-away dosage will be filled.
A known filling machine of this type provides with the packages to be filled together encircling, formed by screws feeders. With this arrangement, the screws provided for conveying the material have the task of determining the volume to be filled in the filling material to be filled. This arrangement makes due to the large number of rotating augers with the associated drive means a considerable amount of design resources required, so that this machine is involved in their design and also has the disadvantage of high production costs. In addition, an exact Füllgutmengenbestimmung makes difficulties because with the end of the filling process, ie with the stoppage of screw conveyors, a more or less strong uncontrollable Nachfließen the lying on the lower screw feed material is inevitable. Another disadvantage of this auger is the not always desired for certain contents compaction of the material.
The filling machine according to the invention eliminates these disadvantages in that serve for time-distance dosing known vibration troughs, which are arranged between the feed channels and the hoppers and rotate together with them. The use of vibrating chutes simplifies the design of the machine. In this case, at the same time made use of the known property of the vibrating troughs to produce a continuous and free-flowing Füllgutstrom that can flow continuously from the reservoirs via the feeders in the packs to be filled, the amount of the supplied contents of the controllable strength and the duration of the vibration is dependent.
The subject invention is described below in an embodiment and illustrated by a schematic drawing.
Fig. 1 shows a front view of the filling machine in section; Fig. 2 shows a plan view of the filling machine.
On the perpendicular to the table top 1 mounted drive shaft 2 of the packs to be filled 3 carrying and moving turntable 4 is arranged.
The package carriers 5 are mounted in the turntable movable up and down and are controlled by the mounted on the table top 1 curve 6.
During the filling process, the upper edge of the pack 3 is against the lower edge of the garbage. funnel 7 raised, which in turn are arranged in the turntable 8. The turntable 8 is also firmly connected to the rotating drive shaft 2. The upper end of the drive shaft 2 carries the reservoir 9, which is provided on its underside with a number of openings corresponding to the turntable pitch, to which the filling channels IO connect.
Between the outflow openings of the filling channels IO and the upper openings of the hopper 7, the product conveying the vibrating channels 11 are arranged. This with the filling channels 10 and the hoppers 7 advancing vibratory troughs are vibrated by the vibrators I2 whose vibration is controlled by a tap changer, whereby the intensity of Füllgutstromes is affected, while the strength of the Füllgutstromes by the cross section of the vibrating troughs changing control slide 13 is controlled, which can optionally be actuated by a central adjustment of a point.
Another way of regulating the filling material is given by sliding contacts, not shown, by their adjustment and arrangement, the vibrators I2 act a more or less long time within the circulation path on the vibrating troughs II, wherein a mutual influence of vibrating and non-vibrating vibratory troughs by suitable arrangement vibration damping elements is avoided.
The operation of the device is the following: The packs to be filled 3 are brought from the conveyor belt 14 on the package carrier 5 of the continuously rotating turntable 4 and raised so that its upper edge is pressed against the lower edge of the hopper 7, wherein the circuit closing Fühleer 16 sets the associated vibrator 12 in action. The contents in the storage container g now flows depending on the given type and the desired amount of the contents in an adjustable in strength and speed uniform and continuous Füllgutstrom in the container 3. With the container 3, the entire device including reservoir 9 is advanced, where necessary the reservoir can be vibrated by a separate vibrator to cause a loosening of the contents. After the circulation of the pack carrier 5 is lowered again with the filled pack and removed the pack of the filling device and transported away by the conveyor belt 15.
