Component for horticultural use
To green a flat surface, such as a flat roof, various methods can be used to create a suitable sowing or planting pad. A very advantageous method is to apply to a covered with plastic material or asphalt flat roof construction, a drainage layer for rapid roof drainage, which are conventionally available in various designs as plates (or mats). In addition, a microfilter layer, for example a geotextile, should be arranged. This filter layer is laid out in the form of fiber webs over the drainage plates (eg from rolls). Subsequently, a vegetation plant is laid as a water and nutrient reservoir, for example in the form of prefabricated plates of decomposable fiber material, which is finally covered with a suitable vegetation substrate. This vegetation substrate serves as a primary root space and is geared to a balanced supply of air, water and nutrients to the vegetation.
Conventionally, as described, the layers were constructed individually, ie one after the other, from different elements. Special care had to be taken to ensure that no continuous gutters from the vegetation substrate were created directly to the flat roof cover. With different dimensions of the vegetation plates and the drainage mats and optionally the microfilter layer could such gutters, resp. Columns occur when careless laying.
The object of the present invention is now to avoid the problems described and to reduce the number of different steps and simplify.
This object is achieved by using a component according to claim 1.
It has been shown that in such a structure
uäücxemsn06Γ1, in particular with respect to Q6T vegetation plate offset offset drainage plate, can be dispensed with an additional filter layer often, since the function of the filter layer is taken from the built-up organic material vegetation plate. Of course, the separate filter layer between vegetation and drainage plate can be used if necessary.
Thanks to the connection of the layers to form a unit component can be created in one operation, the basis for greening a flat surface. This is followed by merely missing the application of the vegetation substrate, which takes place individually, ie according to the special requirements. Another advantage is to be seen in the fact that the storage is substantially simplified by a single product in a unit size.
Preferably, the connection of the layers, resp. Plates by selective bonding. This allows the water virtually unhindered by the different layers, resp. Penetrate plates.
In a preferred embodiment, the gluing points are arranged in the shape of a cross or a ring, for example two in each case in a rectangular plate. Thus, the connection is maintained even if the plate is reduced, for example halved.

A further preferred embodiment of the component provides for the integration of a backwater tub. This tub provides a water-impermeable cover of the bottom portion of the drainage plate over a portion of its thickness. This leaves a certain amount of residual water in this backwater tub. This has the advantage that under extreme conditions an additional long-term irrigation of the greening is achieved.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. Show it:

Fig. 4 is a plan view of a component with staggered vegetation plate with gluing pattern.
1 shows a plan view of a component consisting of a vegetation plate 1, a filter layer 2 and a drainage plate 3. In the illustrated embodiment, the vegetation plate 1 is translationally offset relative to the filter layer 2 and drainage plate 3 such that the displacement relative to the two abutting Plate sides is the same size.
Fig. 2 illustrates the structure of the component by a side view.
To create a substrate for greening, a corresponding number of these components on a flat surface, such as a flat roof, designed or. pushed together. At the boundaries, the components can be made according to the shape and dimension
be tailored to the area of In one operation, a basis for the greening is created, to which only a vegetation substrate has to be applied. This vegetation substrate or soil substrate is compiled according to the desired plant varieties for the greening, for example, iius terrestrial earth, lava sand, washed sand and white peat. The Dräiiiageplatten and filter mats required for the components are commercially available. As a vegetation plate is particularly well a dimensionally stable, consisting of natural organic material product, which as shown in Fig. 1, preferably longitudinal resp. Transverse grooves 1 'has. ("Pavagreen Vegetationsplatte", Gartenbau-Genossenschaft Zürich). Typical dimensions of the plates are:
Vegetation plate: 15-25 mm
Filter layer: 2 - 5 mm
Drainage plates: 20-60 mm
Outside dimensions: 1000 χ 500mm
The function of the individual layers is briefly described below. The vegetation plate 1 serves as a water and nutrient storage for the overlying vegetation substrate, which forms the primary root of the green plants. It preferably consists of pressed, rotting fiber material. The filter layer 2 prevents sludging of the finest Substratatteiichen in the underlying drainage plate 3, which counteracts obstruction of the roof drainage. The drainage plate 3 supplies excess water quickly to the roof drainage and prevents; thus a watering of the vegetation layer.
The backwater tank 4 shown in Fig. 3 is used as an addition of long-term watering in extreme conditions, this example, in the case of long periods of drought, which would dry out the greenery.
This backwater tub 4 causes the water is retained in the lower part of the drainage plate 3 and does not expire and thus can provide the overlying layers with moisture in drought. With accumulating large Meteorwassermengen enough water is still discharged through the drainage mat 3.
Fig. 4 shows preferred forms of Verleimungsspur 5, 6 of the plates resp. Documents. An area-wide gluing is out of the question because it would not let the water through the layers durchfHessen. Due to the arrangement of the glue tracks shown, both in the form of a cross 5 and in a circular shape 6, the function of the component is practically not affected. Characterized in that at least two such glue tracks are applied per component, the plates continue to be connected even with a division of the component. The glue trace consists of a sequence of punctiform adhesive.
The embodiment of the component without a separate filter layer is not shown. If the filter function is taken over by the vegetation plate itself, the separate filter layer is unimaginable. The remaining structure corresponds to the described embodiment.
