Device for carrying out two different movements by means of a single lever control under continuous automatic locking, characterized in that a handle sits on a divided with the interposition of a removable claw foot axis whose other end is rigidly connected to a plate thread, which serves to guide a device causing a movement type while the front, carrying the handle, disengageable by disengaging the jaw clutch disconnectable axis part when switching off in a lever that sets in dissolved jaw clutch by angling the off axis part in an axis lying in the plane of the other movement type in motion. 2. Apparatus according to claim i, characterized in that the disconnectable dog clutch is replaced by a ball joint, in which the latching away. Third Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that. the plate thread the headrest of a examination or. Treatment chair is brought from the vertical to the horizontal position and vice versa, while the height of the chair by an intermediate gear or a hydraulic press o. The like. Can be changed by the optionally after switching off the dog clutch to be actuated lever. PATENTANSPRACHE: i.

The device of the invention is a device for carrying out two different movements with the aid of only one single london grip, which is rigidly attached to an axle, which is divided by an interchangeable claw shaft. is and the other end is rigidly connected to a plate thread, which serves to carry out a movement-causing component, while the front, the Ilandgrift carrying axle part engages when disengaging the dog clutch in a lever, the disengaged jaw clutch by bending these front, disengaged axle parts in an axis lying in the plane of the second movement in Gang sets.
The availability of the device is a general one; she can z. 13. be used for the switching device of cars, but also for the setting of medical examination chairs, especially of chairs for the dental practice.
The subject of the invention should be described in more detail, in particular, in the latter example and the figures.
In Fig. 1, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown schematically, while Fig. 2 to d to illustrate the engagement and disengagement and the operation of the disc thread and the mentioned eal very schematically.
In Fig. I, A represents the split axis, which is fixedly mounted in Fig. 13 and rigidly connected to the plate thread C. In the plate thread C runs a pin D, which is fixed in E at the headrest F of the examination chair. The headrest is rotatably mounted with lugs G and G 'in an axis H mounted in the housing I. The axis A is rotatably mounted in the housing 1 in K (Fig. 2) and t 'it at its other end a jaw clutch r. 11 L, in which the other part of the dog clutch L 'can engage, which is firmly seated on the axle part M and is pressed by the spring N in L or by means of the handle O on and can be disengaged. The handle O is rotatable with the axis and allowed at Einkupplung of I_, L ', the inclination adjustment of the headrest, which is mediated by the rotation of the plate thread C on the element E. When disengaging the jaw clutch is by pressing up or down in the vertical direction, the X'äi-iierung the height adjustment of the entire device, ie the examination chair allows, as explained in more detail below. Instead of the dog clutch can also be used a ball joint. In this case, the latching continues. The axis M with the spring N and the Kreuzkuppelteil L 'is rotatably mounted on the support S, which in turn is rigidly fixed to the plate R. The plate R is firmly connected to the Geliäuse I.
The lever P, by means of which the height adjustment of the device, already mentioned above, causes Nv-ird, is rigidly connected to a cross piece Q, the latter being pivoted to the support S. The other, lower end of the lever P terminates in a disc T, which moves in a claw U. This claw U is firmly connected to the tube V. By moving up or down the disengaged axis t'II by means of the handle O, V is moved down or up. The Umlenkungsgehänge W is firmly connected to the Izolir l "and transmits its movement to the piston X, which moves in the cylinder Y. The entire lower mechanism is enclosed in an oil-filled housing. The piston X is hollow and decreases when moving down by opening the Oil from the housing Z, which is pressed into the inner tube 3 when the valve is closed, closing the valve i and opening the valve 2. The tube 3 is firmly embedded in the cylinder Y, and the 01 is driven via the tube 3 through the housing bore 4, 5, 6 in the lifting cylinder 7, in which the piston 8 plays. The piston rod 9 of this piston 8 is firmly anchored in the housing Z in order, so that when the inflow of 0I in FIG. 7, the entire upper housing I is lifted or lowered when it flows out of oil. The lowering of the housing 1 is done by moving upwardly O, wherein the opening ii in the tube 3 coincides with a corresponding opening 12 in the tube V, so that the oil can flow back from 7 into the housing Z again. The lowering of the housing is supported by two tension springs (in Fig. I, only one of them can be seen), the springs 13 are fixed to the bottom 15 of the device and on the other hand on the cylinder. 7
In the bottom of the housing Z is still free to move the guide plate 14, which holds all the internal parts in the cylinder Z in position. The springs 16 and 17 ensure that the serving as a lever axis M is always returned to the center position, so that at any time the claw coupling L, L 'can engage again. The housing Z is closed at the top by a plate 18 in which the cylinder 7 and the tube V are movably guided.
From Fig. 2, the operation of the device with activated dog clutch for actuating the plate thread is visible, while from Figs. 3 and 4, the operation of the lever P after switching off the dog clutch is recognizable.
