The present invention relates to welded rotor bodies for electric machines, consisting of an annular iron sheet package and two adjacent only to the iron sheet package, connected by a hub body pressure plates, which carry the iron sheet package and are connected directly to the shaft. The invention consists in that the hub body connecting the pressure plates is composed of an annular disk mounted on the shaft and intermediate pieces arranged around the shaft, the intermediate pieces being welded to the disk. Furthermore, the free ends of the intermediate pieces with the one pressure plate are firmly welded, while the hub body is connected to the other pressure plate releasably anchored by bolts in the plate. Finally, to increase the strength of the rotor still tubular studs are welded between the printing plates.
In the Fig. Ι and 2, the embodiment of a constructed according to the invention rotor body is shown.
Fig. 1 shows the side view of such a rotor and Fig. 2 shows two seen in the direction of the arrow cutting planes, which are indicated in Fig. 1 by the broken line H-II.
The disk-shaped, lateral pressure pieces 1 and 2 provided with a bore corresponding to the diameter of the rotor shaft carry on their circumference the wheel rim 4 consisting of laminations 11.
They are held together by the spacers 5 which surround the shaft like a hub in its entirety. These spacers 5 are welded on one side with the side piece 2 directly, on the other hand, with an intermediate disc 16. The washer 16 in turn is then only by means of the bolts 19 with the side piece ι firmly connected. It rests in a specially provided recess 17 of the side piece i, whereby both a perfect centering and easy disassembly of the rotor body is ensured in case of damage to the rim.
In one of the spacers 5 and at the same time in the intermediate plate 16 and the two side pieces 1 and 2, a keyway 6 is cut. However, this groove is not required in all circumstances; the rotor body can also be connected by pressing or by shrinking with the shaft.
To further stiffen the rotor body 1 and 2 tubular connecting pieces 21 are provided between the side pieces. These tubes are inserted into tight fitting openings 22 and 23 of the side pieces 1 and 2 and welded at their ends with these.
The laminations ii of the between the side pieces ι and 2 held by pressing wheel rim 4 are secured by the provided between the side pieces 1 and 2 screw ■ 5 bolt 13, which are in groove-like, provided on the inner edge of the Radkranzlamellen 11 recesses 12.
In the side pieces 1 and 2 ventilation openings 29 are provided.
Finally, the support rings 25 and 26 are still connected to the winding heads of the rotor winding with the interposition of axially arranged short pipe sections 27 with the side pieces 1 and 2 by welding. The short tube pieces 27 are at the same time - and this by the fact that they receive radial bores 28, can be filled by the bearing metal - - used in an appropriate manner for balancing the rotor.
The invention makes it possible to design rotor body of electrical machines whose iron package is held between pressure plates particularly easily. The new rotor design also has an extremely high strength, which is achieved in particular by the welded-studs. If necessary, the entire rotor body but also relatively easily be taken apart again, since the one pressure plate with the hub body is detachably connected and the rigid connection of the printing plates can be solved by the studs, such as by cutting with the oxygen burner, or repealed by suitable tools can be.
