"Inductive energy and data transmission"
The invention relates to an inductive energy and data transmission according to the preamble of claim 1.
For the monitoring of elongated structures, for example, a rc strand, which leads from a ship to the seabed, where the overall arrangement can be used to produce hydrocarbons or minerals, numerous measurement stations are required. With them, in particular at high water depths, the direction of the pipe string and, if appropriate, the mechanical stress stresses in certain pipe sections are determined. The measuring stations can be individually connected via cables to a central station or connected to a common cable to save Uerkabelungskosten over which energy and commands to the individual stations are transmitted (see the publication of the company SPERRY1 Publ. N 510-2M / AA / 1.76). For arrangements of this kind, the electrical connections required at each individual metering static result in a significant reduction in operational safety.

Finally, in the German patent application P 34 02 3B6.0 the proposal warden to make the energy and data transmission thereby 9icherer that a pluggable transformer used uiird, the plug and socket part is constructed of dynamo sheets and provided with magnetically separated coils. This is a safe, independent of the state of metallic contact surfaces transmission possible.
The object of the invention is to simplify the data and energy transfer along a pipeline created by non-mechanical connections or only a mechanical connection with at least the same security.
This object is achieved by means of the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
With this inductive transmission uird achieved that already built with the mating of the individual pieces of pipe to a pipeline, the transmission line for data and energy and secured with the already present at the coupling points locking elements. In contrast to the known arrangement, a radial alignment is not required.
In the drawing an Ausführjngsbeispiel according to the invention is shown. It shows
Fig. 1 shows a circuit arrangement for an inductive data transmission
Fig. 2 is a pipe coupling with the Übertragerelementen
It can be seen from the circuit arrangement according to FIG. 1 that a three-phase AC voltage, which is taken from a transformer, is rectified in a block 1 and then supplied to an inverter 2. The frequency of the
Inverter is chosen so that with sufficient transmitted power losses are minimal. The frequency can be for example 16 1/3 Hz. With the output of the inverter, the primary winding 3 of a transformer Ü is connected. The AC voltage taken from the secondary winding k of the transformer is converted into a DC voltage in an output rectifier, which is converted into the battery voltage in a further black 6. A constant current circuit block 7 ensures a constant
1G charging current of the battery 8. For reactive current compensation of the secondary winding k of the transformer Ü the series connection of an inductor 9 and a capacitor 10 is assigned in parallel. This energy transmission path for supporting the battery 8 is used simultaneously for transmitting switching signals in both directions. The signal transmission is designed so that logical states (for example, a potential-free Hantaktes) are transmitted. For this purpose, a Einschaltkantakt 11 is provided on the encoder side, the switching state via an FM modulator 12, the inverter 2, the transformer Ü is transmitted to an FM demodulator 13 on the receiver side, where then by means of a timing block 1if the output contact is set accordingly ,
In order to be able to control, for example, logical switching states on the front side, active feedback is provided. With the appearance of an output signal on the FM demodulator 13, a time control 15 is triggered, whereby after varetermined time the state of the lagoon reaches an FM modulator 15. The feedback signal runs again via the transformer Ü to an FM demodulator 17 and a feedback contact on the encoder side.
In Fig. 2, the compound of the last riser tube 20 is enlarged with the end tube 21 of a wellhead enlarged. With

a ring 22 fastened in the flange of the riser tube 20 a Übertragerring 23 set before the connection to the tube 21, which is also a sealing ring. The Übertragerring 23 usually in a resin-molded coil 2k and sealing rings 25. In the opposite surface of the tail pipe 21 is also a molded counter coil 26 is inserted lines 27 for data and energy transmission are connected to the coil 2k and out through the flange to the outside. After placing the riser tube 20 on the tail pipe 21 is the usual a pipe section 28 moves hydraulically down and presses with a wedge-shaped surface 29 of an interchangeable pressure piece 30 on a mating surface of a verschschenkbaren by an axis 31 bolt 32, with appropriately trained surfaces 33, 3k the flanges of the tubes 20, 21 contracts. Plungers 30 and bolt 32 are arranged at intervals against each other and star-shaped distributed around the flange.
In the assembled state around running outside along the riser tube 20 extending line 27 energy and switching commands given to the coil 2 k, inductively transferred to the counter coil 26 and the tailpipe 21 as a core material, for example, electromagnetically actuated valves to close or to open an oil flow through the Riser tube ruuiendet. The execution of such switching commands will, in connection with FIG. 1 described, also reported back inductively about this transfer means to the command post.
