The present invention relates to an awning system, in particular a folding roof awning, with a height-adjustable roof curb.
Awnings are often used as a sunscreen and are available, for example as a joint awnings, drop-arm awnings or folding roof awnings in different variants. Examples of such awnings can be found in the<patcit><text>DE 10 2004 057 045 B3</text></patcit> or the <patcit><text>DE 20 2011 107 353 U1</text></patcit>, Such awnings include an awning cloth winding possibly on a cloth shaft and unwound. A disadvantage, however, is often the water flow when unrolled awning fabrics. The<patcit><text>DE 10 2004 057 045 B3</text></patcit> proposes to improved water flow, that a holder is arranged with an above the inner articulated arm adjustable height arranged additional crossbar on the support member.
However, especially in the summer is also the aeration of awnings systems a problem. To form beneath the awning cloth standing, warm air blocks that do not or only slightly circulate and therefore lead to an accumulation of heat underneath the awning.
Against this background, the object of the present invention to provide an awning system in which the airflow can be adjusted during the summer months and the rain run in bad weather by the user.
This object is achieved according to the invention by an awning system with the features of claim 1. Preferred embodiments can be found in the dependent claims again.
The awnings inventive system consists of a height-adjustable roof top which is vertically movable via vertically extensible piston or piston rods. The awning includes an awning cloth and an awning cloth holder, which preferably includes a cloth shaft, in which the awning fabric is wound up or unwound. In a preferred variant, when the awning is a folding roof awning, but other types of awnings are encompassed by the invention, for example, an articulated awning.
two mutually parallel vertical carrier according to the invention are provided in which a vertically movable piston rod is integrated at least. The piston rod is moved out over the head of the wearer. At the head of the piston rod is a cross anlenkbares for piston rod end piece to compensate for the different distances of the arranged transversely to the piston rod awning cloth holder in an inclined position or an upright position.
The joint piece is preferably connected to the awning cloth holder or another crossmember of the awning system to effect a unilateral vertical offset of the roof attachment of the awning system. In two parallel vertical beams of the roof top is unilaterally moved up and down, ie. From an inclined position to a straight position or vice versa
According to the invention it is further provided that the piston rod of a hydraulic or electric drive within the carrier is adjustable in height. The effected via a hydraulic drive adjustable height of the roof attachment is preferred, with the run in the support rod may be adjustable via an electric motor.
In order to stabilize the at least two parallel carriers are connected to one another by the crossmember. Here own piston rod is guided and hydraulically via a drive for vertical movement in each of the carriers.
Preferably, the piston rods via a crossbar with the awning fabric guide are connected. Preferably, in the cross-member to a side guide for the awning fabric and the folding roof.
The joint piece can be fitted in a preferred variant of the piston rod and, if required (for example, for maintenance) of this removable.
In a preferred embodiment, additional support brackets are provided in addition to the carriers with the movable therein piston rods, having an articulated arm at the top end. The articulated arm is connected to a cross member or the awning cloth holder and allows a tilt or raise the roof attachment, when the piston rods are retracted or extended in the carrier. In order to stabilize the support beams are preferably connected by a crosspiece with the carrier.
The inventive construction permits inclination angle of up to 60 °.
The invention is further illustrated in the following drawings, in which:
<figref>1</figref> the awning system of the invention in the extended position,
<figref>2</figref> the awning system of the invention with an inclined roof attachment.
In <figref>1</figref> the operating principle and the individual elements of the awning system of the invention are shown. The actual awning cloth<figref>8th</figref> is from an awning fabric holder <figref>5</figref> maintained and can be extended or folded out when needed. In the variant shown is a folding roof awning that in corresponding lateral guides of the awning fabric guide<figref>9</figref> be conducted. The awning fabric holder<figref>5</figref> usually by a cover <figref>4</figref> completely covered, which looks more visually appealing and offers protection.
When awnings system according to the invention are two carriers <figref>11</figref> provided, which are spaced parallel to each other and in each of which a piston rod <figref>7</figref> is performed. The piston rod<figref>7</figref> is height adjustable, preferably effected by a hydraulic drive or an electro-hydraulic drive. The two carriers<figref>11</figref> are connected via a crossmember <figref>10</figref> bonded together to impart the necessary stability to the structure. At the head of the piston rod<figref>7</figref> is a joint piece <figref>6</figref> provided that the transverse rod <figref>7</figref> is linkable. The joint piece<figref>6</figref> is necessary to meet the different distances for the different angles of inclination of the roof attachment, especially the awning cloth holder <figref>5</figref> compensate.
At the other end of the awning cloth holder <figref>5</figref> is an articulated arm <figref>12</figref> provided, which allows the different angle of inclination. According to the invention an angle of up to 60 ° are sought.
On the back of the awning system to recognize additional support beam <figref>1</figref>That the awning cloth holder <figref>5</figref> are connected. An additional crossmember<figref>3</figref> connects the carrier <figref>11</figref> to the support beam <figref>1</figref>, At the foot of the carrier<figref>11</figref> or the support beam <figref>1</figref> There are floor panels <figref>2</figref> for assembly.
In the variant shown you can see that between the awning fabric holder <figref>5</figref> and the cross-beam <figref>3</figref> an additional space for air circulation is created. Also sets the awning fabric<figref>8th</figref> upwards, which additionally reduces or prevents heat buildup.
In <figref>2</figref> Awnings system of the invention is shown in an inclined position. Here are the piston rods<figref>7</figref> in vehicles <figref>11</figref> retracted. This causes the awning cloth holder<figref>5</figref> is inclined downwards. The distance variations occurring due to the different angles of inclination of the joint piece<figref>6</figref> collected. For many users, this variant is the optically preferred variant, however, which allows a lower air circulation. However, this variant allows an improved water flow at an unwrapped awning cloth<figref>8th</figref>, If necessary, for example if the air circulation is to be increased, the piston rods<figref>7</figref> via the hydraulic actuator moves upwards again. this one control unit is preferably provided which, for example, on a carrier<figref>11</figref> or a support beam <figref>1</figref> may be located. Also electromechanical control of the piston rod<figref>7</figref> is conceivable.
The awning according to the invention is compared with known awnings systems more flexible and causes in addition to optical improvements or variations, if necessary, improved air circulation and an improved water flow at the same time comfortable handling.
