The present invention relates to equipment for diving with a breathing apparatus, in particular to a diving jacket.

For breathing underwater, the diver usually uses the primary second stage (PZS) of the regulator, which is connected to the first stage of the regulator via the medium pressure hose (MDS).

From the pamphlet <de-docref CY="DE" DNUM="9317579" KI="U1">DE 93 17 579 U1</de-docref> a diving jacket with a back part is known which has at least one chamber that can be filled with a gaseous medium. For the diver, it does not offer increased safety if the PZS falls out of the mouth.

The pamphlet <de-docref CY="DE" DNUM="19504545" KI="A1">DE 195 04 545 A1</de-docref> provides a diving jacket with a back plate for the safety of the diver, which is connected to a belt to make it easier to carry the breathing air cylinders. However, this construction does not guarantee safety if the PZS falls out of the mouth.

Also from the <de-docref CY="DE" DNUM="69802488" KI="T2">DE 698 02 488 T2</de-docref> emerges a diving jacket with hydrostatic compensation. So that the wearer is not hindered in his movements, the diving jacket has a rational construction of the straps and buckles, which limits the possibility of confusing the diving equipment with foreign objects. This increases the diver's safety. But even this construction does not make it possible to control the position of the PZS in the event that it falls out of the mouth and does not guarantee the safety of the diver if the PZS is lost.

The <de-docref CY="US" DNUM="4778307" KI="A">U.S. 4,778,307 A</de-docref>, the <de-docref CY="US" DNUM="5249890" KI="A">U.S. 5,249,890 A</de-docref> and the <de-docref CY="US" DNUM="6966726" KI="B2">US 6,966,726 B2</de-docref> show other diving jackets with adjustable brackets.

Because the PZS of the regulator or the MDS cannot be found quickly in known solutions, the diver's safety is reduced if the PZS is lost or intentionally removed from the mouth.

The lack of known constructions can be eliminated by supplementing the construction of the diving jacket with the help of a movable, fixable line (BFL).

The present invention - diving jacket with BFL - increases the safety of the diver and the ease of use of the PZS of the regulator in the event of loss or deliberate removal of the regulator from the mouth due to the possibility of quick and reliable finding of the PZS both underwater and on the surface .

The movable fixable leash (<b>1</b>), the scheme of which is in <figref>1</figref> and <figref>2</figref> shown is a strap made of sturdy and water-resistant man-made material with a thickness of 0.5 to 5 mm and a width of 10 to 50 mm. At one end of the tape on the surface (<b>10</b>) with a length of 5 to 15 mm, the movable, fixable ring (<b>2</b>) sewn on, made from the same tape and consisting of the same ring with a diameter (<b>8</b>) from 12 to 30 mm, from a fast-opening fastener, for example of the Velcro type (<b>3</b>), with a length of 10 to 20 mm and a width of about 0.5 to 2 mm narrower than the width of the band of this ring, but also of the free end (<b>4</b>), the length of which can be determined by hand with thick gloves depending on the appropriate access and is between 10 and 40 mm.

The other end of the tape is put into the "double gap buckle" (5), which is made of metal or another robust material, with a length of the gap of at least the width of this tape, with the help of a fastening strap (<b>6</b>) on the shoulder strap of the diving jacket so that the adjustment end piece (<b>7</b>) remains free with a length of 10 to 50 mm.

The length of the main part of the tape of the BFL (<b>1</b>) between the ring (<b>2</b>) and the buckle (<b>5</b>) is set by pulling in or out the free adjustment end (<b>7</b>) and is 150 to 300 mm.

The one in the buckle (<b>5</b>) threaded fastening straps (<b>6</b>) is through water-resistant seams at its two ends in the upper part of the shoulder strap (<b>9</b>) of the diving jacket and made of the same tape as the movable, fixable line (<b>1</b>) made.

The device works in the following way:<ul list-style="none" id="ul_0001"><li id="ul_0001_0001">The MDS is closed by means of the quick-opening lock (<b>3</b>) into the movable, fixable ring (<b>2</b>) introduced. The required length of the BFL (<b>1</b>) is used by the diver with the regulating end piece (<b>7</b>) set. The comfortable position for the diver's breathing is ensured by the possibility of axial movement of the MDS in the movable, fixable ring (<b>2</b>) and according to the free spatial movement of the BFL (<b>1</b>) itself. The fixation of the MDS is maintained in a relatively small space around the diver, limited by the length of the BFL. This ensures that the MDS and the PZS of the regulator can be found quickly and reliably even in an emergency, but it is also easy to use when using the PZS.</li></ul>

The quick-opening closure (<b>3</b>) enables the MDS to be released quickly in an emergency at any time and the PZS to be handed over to the diving partner. Other types of buckles, which enable it to be fixed and regulated, can also be used as the holding element of the movable, fixable line for the shoulder strap of the diving jacket.

The movable fixable leash (<b>1</b>) can be integrated with good results in the suspension system (back plate) or in any other harness fastening system for the breathing air cylinders, for example in the side mount.
