Riveting machine riveting machines are known in various designs. The netting holes are cut out or drilled, fed to the kidney and then pressed or beaten. In order to improve the accessibility, one has also built portal versions. The invention relates to a riveting machine with arranged below the workpiece support Nietloohbohr- Nieteinführ- and impact device and with a rivet surrounding the surrounding Werk-. atückniederhaälter.
However, with only one vertically arranged workpiece hold-down, sheet metal bodies which are box-shaped, such as aircraft parts, containers, etc., can not be riveted in. Further, riveting machines are known which have a horizontally-oriented cantilever and workpiece hold-down, but which is rigidly arranged and of limited use.
The riveting machine according to the invention comprises each one selectively usable, vertically and horizontally arranged workpiece hold-down and a common actuator for both Werkatüokriederrhalter. As a result, the introduction and riveting of bulky workpieces is greatly facilitated.
The vertically arranged workpiece hold-down device is pivotally mounted about the rivet axis and asymmetrically formed in the workpiece area with respect to its pivot axis, so that both transversely and longitudinally to the machine stand can be riveted.
The subject invention is illustrated in the drawing schematically in exemplary embodiments, in fact Fig. 1 shows a side view of the riveting machine with a vertically arranged work piece holder, and Fig. II shows a side view with horizontally arranged workpiece hold-down means.
Fig. III, the outer end of the horizontally arranged Werkatückniederhalters in section.
Fig.IV the vertically arranged Werkstüekniederha1ter and rivet counterholder, Fig. V and VI each have a horizontal section through the vertically arranged, to facilitate dress longitudinal and Quernietens rotatable Werkstückniedarhalter with rivet counter holder. The section is under the reference 7 of Eig. I.
To Fig. I: The machine frame 1 carries in its lower part the drilling, Nieteinführ- and impact mechanism 2. At the upper end of the Maschinenlleste11s is designed as a carriage transducer 4 for the vertical Werkstückniederhalter 6 arranged by means of the solid Kolherns 5 at the slide 3 can be moved up or down. The pickup 4 actuates at the same time via a joint 8 ° Legesgesitänge 8, which moves the machine frame in the et, va in dorr rivet plane mounted pickup 9 for the horizontal workpiece holder 10.
The in the receiver 4 @sitzede workpiece hold-6 is formed unavmmetrisch and pivotable about the rivet axis AA. In this WerkstückniederhaAher the rivet counter holder 7 is mounted vertically displaceable.
To Fig. II: Here is the working with the horizontally angeardnemn workpiece restrainer 10 is shown. This holding-down device, which is adapted to the shape of the workpiece to be riveted, is introduced into the receptacle 9 and receives the movement required by the receptacle 4 to hold down the metal sheets. The vertically arranged workpiece retainer 6 is removed.
To Fig. III: For the sake of clarity, in this figure, the outer end of the horizontal workpiece lower holder 10 shown in Fig. II is shown in enlarged scale. While the hold-down sits with its tip 11 on the workpiece, the rivet is fed from below and with the help of the leaf spring 12 which carries the striker pin 13, compressed. The provided in the hold-down tip 11 Aungung 11 ° serves to accommodate the sheets, which are drawn by the coming from below Senkniet in this Anseikung.
To Fig. IV: This shows the lower end of the vertically arranged Werkstückniederhalters 6. In the hold-down, which produces the sheet metal closure during the entire riveting process, the Nietgegemhalter 7 is installed, which acts by its own weight. The bottom: end of this rivet, bers 7 forms an eccentrically arranged firing pin 14, through which the rivet raised from below after compression of the sheets is compressed. The recess 17 allows the riveting of such profiles, which protrude with overarching parts in the rivet axis AA. For Fig. V and VI: Dicist show different positions of this-perpendicular arranged Wex'kstückniederhaliers 6 in section. The cylindrical guide this hold down in the transducer 4 is indicated by circles:. The underneath its storage in the pickup 4 quadrangular aubiertes Niederhalfter 6 eats with eini narrow pressure surface 15, in order to rivet even the smallest profile 16 can.
Den- N.ietgegenhail.ter 7 with the eccentrically pressed Sahfagbolzen.14 has a round. Cross-section and is adapted in weight as to riveting rivet, so preferably out of sweehselbar.
