New N-substituted polyglycidyl urazolverbindunger the general formulain which R1 Is hydrogen or an alkyl radical having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or two of the radicals R represent a glycidyl radical, and then the remaining radical R is a carbon. Hydrogen and optionally heteroatom-containing radical. The novel compounds are prepared by introducing the glycidyl group in suitable urazoles. The novel compounds can be used in pharmaceutical preparations with cytostatic activity.
