BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The invention relates to a support device for an overhead conveyor comprising an angle-bent overhead beam, the first arm of which is articulated on a carrier yoke guided by running rollers on the rail of the overhead conveyor track. Removably fastened support bars for direct or indirect suspension of conveyed material.
Supporting devices are known in which the support rods are formed from U-shaped bent forks, which are supported by bending on hook brackets, fastened by clamping screws on the second arm of the suspension beam. This method of securing the support rods is expensive and time-consuming when removing and adjusting the support rods.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to simplify the construction and handling of the support device for a suspension conveyor of the kind mentioned.
The object of the present invention is to provide each support rod through an aperture in the second arm of the pendant beam in which it is securely retained by its shaped end Z8 and from this end from a guide aperture extending substantially parallel to the first pendant arm. extensible.
By placing the support rod in the guide hole, the anchoring end of the support rod is well guided and supported, thereby enabling its positional securing, while the overall design is simple. An essential advantage is the direction of movement of the support rod when inserting or withdrawing it relative to the second arm of the suspension beam in terms of the working position of the inserted support rods. Each support rod is pulled out of the support region of the other support rods to the free side of the suspension beam. This area is free for the operator and for the overall handling of the support bars. Otherwise it would have to be intervened between the possibly still loaded support bars. The support rod is guided and supported during its entire pulling movement through the guide opening so that it only moves in the position it previously occupied. If the material to be conveyed is still suspended on the other support rods, it cannot be damaged by uncontrolled movements of the withdrawn support rod or interfere with its ejection movement.
The support bars can be suspended on the second arm of the suspension beam. in a respective guide opening in an approximately vertical rest position.
This means that support rods that are not needed need not be removed from the suspension beam. This is particularly useful when the suspension beam with support rods is to be moved to the standby position so that it occupies as little space as possible. However, even when the suspension beam is moved along the suspension conveyor path between different storage or workplaces where the type and amount of material to be conveyed frequently varies, it is expedient that the support bars do not have to be removed and stored, but can be left laterally suspended on the suspension beam. They are then available whenever they are needed to hang additional material. The advantage is also that the retracted rods must be stored at the collection point, from which they would have to be transferred to the place of use if necessary.
The support rods can be locked on their second suspension beam arm in their supporting position by using their shaped extension, which partially surrounds the second suspension beam arm. The shaped support rod extension is formed by bending the end portion of the support rod into a U-shape.
The handling and securing of the support rod is very simple. For this, no loose parts are required, which could be lost or worn during frequent adjustments of the support rod arrangement. The shaped support rod extension is formed by bending the end portion of the support rod into approximately U-shaped form. An approximately arcuate portion forming the handle is formed between the shaped extension and the other portions of the support rod. The shaped extension and the handle extend in two approximately perpendicular planes. The shaped extension and the handle have a smaller diameter relative to the other straight parts of the support rod.
On the first arm of the suspension beam, the support bracket is lockable at different distances2
CS 270 442 B2 from the free end of the first arm. In the first arm of the suspension beam, a plurality of clamping holes for the support bracket can be provided for this purpose. It is also possible that the support bracket is secured to the first arm of the suspension beam at different positions from the free end of the first arm by a clamping device in the longitudinal groove provided in the first arm of the suspension beam. .
The mutual arrangement of the shaped extension and the handle of the support rod, and in particular also the reduced diameter of this portion of the support rod, allows simple movement of the support rod when suspended in a vertical rest position into the guide hole in the second arm of the suspension beam. When pivoting the support rod, its handle is slidable into a guide hole in the second arm of the suspension beam so that the arm can serve to receive approximately the support rod hanging vertically therein. Although the support rod is not secured in this position, the bends on it, in particular the shaped extension, prevent the possibility of its spontaneous removal from the guide opening. .
By shifting the yoke hinge point on the first hinge beam arm, the ratio between the hinge point and the center of gravity determined by the suspended load and thus the angle of deflection of the second hinge beam arm from the vertical changes. For the most favorable load, i.e. the safest alignment of the position of the second arm of the suspension beam and thus of the 1 support bars, it is therefore possible to adjust very easily.
Hereinafter, the support device of the invention and its advantages will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows a support device according to the invention; FIG. 2 is an enlarged detail of the support device of FIG. 1; FIG. FIG. 3 shows a suitable arrangement of the support device of FIG. 1; 4 shows another suitable arrangement of a support device according to the invention.
The support device shown in FIG. 1 consists essentially of an angled suspension beam 4 with a shorter first arm 1a and a second longer arm, 1b, which is approximately perpendicular to the first arm 1a. The transition between the two arms ba, lb is arcuate. On a first arm 1 and Jc at a certain distance from its free end is attached a support yoke 4, suspended by traveling rollers 2on an inverted V-shaped rail 4 forming part of the overhead conveyor 2. The suspended beam 4 with the rollers 3 can be moved on the yoke 6 by moving it by hand or by forced drive. A fastening chain 6 is fastened in the region of the support bracket 2, which serves to connect the suspension beam 4 to another suspension beam and thus to form a set of two or more suspension beams 6 movable together on the rail 4.
When the suspension beam 4 is suspended on the suspension bracket 2, its second arm 1b is substantially vertically downward. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, six support rods 6 are mounted in the second arm 1b. A guide hole 2 is provided for each support rod 4 in the second arm 1b. As shown in FIG. 1 by the different positions of the support bars 4, each support rod 8 can be inserted into the guide hole 2 in the arrow direction A and retracted in the arrow direction. The support rod 4 inserted into the guide opening 2 is lockable on the second arm 1b in an approximately perpendicular position in a manner which will be explained in more detail below. In addition, each support rod 4 is hinged into the guide hole 2 with respect to the second arm 1b of the suspension beam 4 in a rest position, as shown above by the second support rod 4 in Fig. 1. In this position, the support rod 4 hangs approximately vertically downwards in the guide opening 2 and is held in this position.
Each support rod 8 comprises an end portion 8a serving to attach it to the second arm 1b of the suspension beam 4. This end portion 7a has a smaller diameter than the diameter of the straight portion of the support rod 6. The end portion 7a, together with a portion of the second arm 8b of the suspension beam 4, is shown in enlarged detail in FIG. The end portion 7a comprises an arcuate handle 9 extending in one plane and a straight portion of the support rod 7. The arc begins at the end of the support rod 8 and ends substantially parallel to the support rod 8. The handle 10 is connected by the extension 10 in the shape of 1) so that it occupies a position approximately perpendicular to the plane of the handle 9. The gap between the arms 10a of the extension 10 is dimensioned so that these arms 10a can surround the second arm 1b fitting.
CS 270 442 B2
The handle 9 serves mainly for handling 8 by the support rod 2, in particular when it is removed from the guide hole EL. In addition, the support rod 2, in its rest position, can be hung into the guide hole 8 in the second arm 1b of the suspension beam 2 by this handle. For securing in the working position, the support bar 2 is inserted into the guide hole 2 by gripping the handle 9 and rotated about its axis so that its arms 10a of the extension 10 surround the second arm 1b of the support 1 as shown in FIG. Thereby the support rod 2 is secured against both ejection and rotation and is ready for closing of the transported material. The material to be transported can have different shapes and sizes. An example of its rolling is shown in Fig. 4, where three spinning skeys 11 are rolled on all support bars 2. In addition, there is shown the use of two coupled dependent beams 2 connected by a connecting chain 6 to a two-piece common mobile train.
The material to be transported may also consist of objects stuck or carried on the support bars 2. The vertical spacing between the suspension bars 7 is variable in size by removing the individual support bars 2 or rolling them out to a rest position. Depending on the type of load, a more or less vertical position of the second arm 1b of the suspension beam 2 is desirable. For example, in the case of strung yarns 11 (Fig. 4), slightly up. This prevents slips 11 from sliding off the support bars 7. For other loads, it may be desirable to have the support bars 2 as horizontal as possible (Fig. 3). Position of suspension beam 2 JE This can be influenced by the fact that the suspension bracket 2 can be locked at different distances from its free end on the first arm 1a of the suspension beam 2. For this purpose, a plurality of holes 21 are provided on the first arm 1a of the suspension beam 2.in wherein the hinge bracket 2 is lockable by a plug pin 22 »insertable into a yoke 14 of the hinge bracket 2, encircling the first leg 1a and comprising holes aligned with the holes 12 of the first leg 1a. rods 2 on the second arm lb of the suspension beam 2 ·
A special application area of the support device according to the invention is shown in FIG. In this case, the roll 15 of the coiled sheet material is transported by using two longitudinally suspended suspension beams 2 traveling together on the rail D of the conveying conveyor 5. In this case, the suspension beams 2 are set to positions in which the free ends of their support bars 2 face each other. This is made possible by the swivel joint in the suspension bracket 2. In each roll 15, two opposing support bars 2 are inserted into its hollow center from both ends. Each roll 15 can be hung or removed individually, independently of the other shoulder of the support device. Na ot3, the intermediate position when removing the roll 22 is shown from below in the third roll 15 2 ro10 12 *l * fully pulled out in the direction £ of her pulling out. Left support bar 2nenI still completely pulled out. The method of supporting and gripping the scanned roll 15 is governed by its size and weight. In the same manner, a roll 15 between any two opposing support rods 2 can be suspended on the support arrangement so arranged.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated and described embodiments of the application 8. The essence is that each support rod 2.e svým can be inserted into the guide opening 4 in the second arm 1b of the suspension beam 2 by a free end 8 2 v it can be retracted in the opposite direction and can be simply locked in the retracted position. The shape of the respective end 7a of the support rod 7 can be changed in this case, in particular if it concerns the shaping of its part serving as a handle 2.00 the suspension bracket 2 is also possible within the scope of the invention in various ways, for example, this adjustable connection can be provided using a longitudinal groove in the first arm 1a of the suspension beam 2 0 clamping device.
