Push and tear-off fastener and apparatus for manufacturing same

The fastener has several wave-formed strips of a fixed width arranged in parallel, each of the strips being made of plastics and having curved ridges and grooves of the same form alternately in a continuous manner, the ridges and grooves in any two adjoining wave-formed strips being staggered in position in a fixed relationship so that when two of the fasteners are placed by force one on top of the other, the ridges of one fastener pass between the ridges of the other fastener, and fall over the grooves to close one fastener on the other on the contacting surfaces.
