Head clip for reversibly fixing earphones
Technical field
The invention relates to earphones, in particular to a head clip for reversibly fixing earphones.
Background technique
So-called earphones are used in various audio communication situations, for example, audio communication between individuals and communication networks. In a typical situation, the headset worn by the caller includes a microphone and a transducer, and the headset is connected to the telephone network through them. The caller can make calls and answer incoming calls without having to hold a conventional handset. The caller can free up both hands to take notes, tap the computer keyboard, etc.
Conventional earphones basically consist of a head clip fixed on the top of the wearer's head, at least one converter close to the wearer's ear, and a microphone. The microphone is usually suspended from the part with the converter on the earphone, or at the end of a boom extending from the head clip.
The latest development in the field of earphones has brought about a category of earphones that hang on the wearer's ears and do not include a head clip on the top of the wearer's head. Some of these earphones have suspension parts, and the curved shape of the suspension parts basically matches a certain part of the wearer's ear. The suspension part is part of the main earphone part or connected to the main earphone part. The main headphone components usually include converters and microphones, as well as circuits. The other part of the earphone (usually the sound converter) is close to the wearer's ear so that a good sound perception can be achieved when the earphone is used. In other examples of earphones, a form-fitting component is used, which basically conforms to the shape of the opening of the ear canal, so as to fix the earphone in the correct working position.
However, the above-mentioned earphones without a head clip have disadvantages. Compared to headsets with head clips, they are more difficult to be firmly fixed to the wearer's head. The consequence is that the wearer accidentally drops the headset, which occurs, for example, when the head is shaken, when the headset hits a fixed object, or when the headset cord is entangled. Usually, the headset will fall off, which will undoubtedly be a very annoying experience, especially when the wearer is talking through the headset. In addition, if earphones with sensitive electronic devices fall from the wearer's head to the floor, there is a risk of damage or destruction. Therefore, it can be seen that the headset still needs a head clip, and by fixing the headset on the head clip, the safety and accuracy of the operation can be increased.
Another disadvantage of some existing earphones is that they are only suitable for use on the side of the wearer's head. For example, the headset can be designed to be worn only on the wearer's right ear, while the microphone of the headset protrudes toward the wearer's right cheek or right jaw. Since the earphone extends on one side of the head and cannot be changed to the other side, this long-term unadjustable position will make the wearer feel distressed, anxious and annoyed. Moreover, in some cases, the working position of the wearer determines that the headset must be worn on a specific side of the head. For example, in a customer service location, the wearer of the headset may need to communicate directly with the customer and communicate electronically through the headset. Therefore, the wearer hopes to wear the earphone away from the side of the head that directly faces the customer, so as to prevent face-to-face communication from being affected by the earphone.
Summary of the invention
Therefore, there is a need for a headset that is designed to be used without a headband and can be used with a headband if required. It can be seen that there is a need for a head clip that can reversibly fix the earphone, so that the earphone can be worn on any side of the wearer's head.
The present invention generally relates to earphones, and specifically relates to a head clip capable of reversibly fixing the earphone on any side of the head.
A head clip for earphones includes parts that can be positioned on the head of the wearer. The component is provided with a fitting piece for the earphone, and the fitting piece includes a plurality of supporting pieces. The plurality of support members surround and form a cavity to accommodate a part of the earphone, wherein through the support member, the earphone is releasably fixed on the fitting member, so that the earphone can be worn on either side of the wearer's head folder. The support member may have a protrusion radially facing the cavity at its end.
The position of a supporting member is opposite to the joint of the mating member and the head clamp. There is a space between two adjacent support members so that the earphones can protrude therefrom. There is a space between the two adjacent support members so that the position of the earphone can be adjusted between them.
A head clip for earphones includes at least first and second parts that can be positioned on the wearer's head. In order to adjust the relative position of the headband and the wearer's head, the two parts are adjustably connected to each other. The headband also includes a fitting piece for earphones on the first part and a head support on the second part. The matching piece is fixed on the first part through a rotary joint. The head support includes an extension part rotatably fixed in the transverse direction of the second part. The fitting includes a housing with a substantially circular opening, and three protrusions surround the housing. The protrusion partially covers the housing, wherein the earphone is adjustably fixed inside the housing and is held in place by the protrusion. A protrusion is opposite to the rotary joint, so that the earphone is fixed in the fitting part, so that the headband can be worn when the earphone is on either side of the wearer's head.
An earphone carrier including a head clip is used to support the earphone close to the wearer's head. The earphone carrier also includes a device that can reversibly fix the earphone on the head clip, wherein the earphone carrier can be used on any side of the wearer's head.
In order to better understand the present invention, its advantages, and other purposes obtained by its application, reference should be made to the drawings that constitute a part of the present invention, as well as the accompanying explanatory text, in which the preferred embodiments of the present invention are illustrated and described. .
Description of the drawings
The present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which the same reference symbols represent corresponding or the same components, in which: FIG. 1 is a three-dimensional exploded view of an embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 2 shows the reversible and adjustable fixation of the earphone Partial view.
Preferred Embodiment Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a head clamp 100 according to the present invention. The headband 100 can be worn on the head of the wearer so that the wearer can use the headset. The head clamp 100 includes a first part 101. The portion 101 has a curved shape to match the shape of the head, and includes a sheet-shaped member 102 protruding from one end thereof. The sheet member 102 is adjustably connected to the second part 103 of the head clamp 100. As indicated by arrow 104, the adjustable connection between the two parts allows the size of the head clamp 100 to be adjusted.
The head clamp 100 also includes a headrest 106 connected to the first part 101. The headrest 106 is used to make the head clip 100 more comfortable and firmly fixed on the wearer's head. As indicated by the arrow 108, the headrest 106 is rotatably fixed on the first part 101. For example, a rotary joint 107 can be used to fix the headrest 106.
The head clamp 100 further includes a fitting 110 connected to the second part 103. The fitting 110 is used to fix the earphone 150 on the headband 100 and allow the wearer to use the earphone 150 and the headband 100 together. As indicated by the arrow 112, the fitting 110 is rotatably connected to the second part 103. For example, the mating member 110 may be connected by a rotary joint, such as a swivel 111.
The matching piece 110 includes three supporting pieces 114. In the illustrated embodiment, the three support members 114 together form a substantially circular housing. In other embodiments, the support 114 may have a different structure. When the earphone 150 is mounted on the headband 100, the support 114 is used to fix the earphone 150. In a special application, the shape and/or structure of the three supports 114 enable them to fit tightly around a part of the earphone 150.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the supporting member 114 is slightly curved, so that it can fit tightly on the circular portion 157 of the converter end 151 of the earphone 150. As described below, the close fit between the supporting member 114 and the circular portion 157 provides conditions for the firm fixation of the earphone 150 and allows the earphone 150 to be adjustably fixed in the fitting member 110.
It can be seen from FIG. 1 that when the headband 100 is worn, the fitting 110 has a substantially symmetrical structure with respect to the longitudinal axis. A cavity 115 is formed between the three support members 114, and one of the support members 114 is located at a position substantially opposite to the rotating joint 111.
The matching piece 110 has an earphone pad 120. In the illustrated embodiment, when the cavity 115 passes through the entire fitting 110, the earphone 150 can be guaranteed to transmit sound to the wearer's ears well. In order to make the headband 100 more comfortable, the earphone cushion 120 covers the fitting part and the opening of the cavity 115.
The illustrated earphone 150 is only one of many examples of earphones that can be used with the headband 100. The earphone 150 includes a converter terminal 151 and a microphone terminal 153. The converter terminal 151 and the microphone terminal 153 are connected through the main body 152. The illustrated earphone 150 further includes an ear hook 155 that is adjustably fixed in the coupling 156 in the main body 152. By fixing the ear hook 155 on the wearer's ear, the illustrated earphone 150 may not be used with the headband 100. The converter end 151 is attached to the outer auricle, and the position of the earphone 150 can be adjusted by the coupling 156. However, as described in the background art section, it is desirable that the aforementioned earphone 150 be used with the headband 100. The earphone 150 can be conveniently fixed to the head clip 100 through the fitting 110.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a protrusion 116 is provided at the end of the support 114. The protrusion 116 faces the cavity 115 radially inward, and thus can hold the earphone 150 in place. The size and/or structure of the protrusion 116 can be selected in consideration of the application of the head clamp 100. In particular, the protrusion 116 can be adapted to the special shape of the converter end 151 of the earphone 150 used. In some applications, the supports 114 rely on their elastic force and/or surface friction to fix the converter end 151.
FIG. 2 shows a partial view of the embodiment in which the earphone 150 is fixed in the fitting 110. The converter end 151 is located in the cavity 115 such that the main body 152 protrudes from between the two supports 114. The earphone can be gradually adjusted between the position A shown by the arrow 125 and the position A1 (virtual image). The circular portion 157 of the converter end 151 is slidably held in the cavity 115.
The main body 152 extends from the passage between the two support members 114. In the illustrated embodiment, the width of the main body 152 is smaller than the width of the passage between the supporting members 114, so that the earphone 150 can be adjusted. In other embodiments, the channel between the main body 152 and the support 114 may have approximately the same width, so that it cannot be adjusted therebetween.
As shown in the virtual image position B, the earphone 150 can be fixed in the fitting 110 from another direction. In the illustrated embodiment, the fitting parts 110 are symmetrically distributed with respect to the longitudinal axis, and the main body 152 can be fixed between the two supporting parts 114, and its structure is symmetrical to the position A. Therefore, the headband 100 and the earphone 150 can be worn on either side of the wearer's head. In the virtual image B, the main body 152 protrudes from between the two support members 114, similar to the positions A and A1. By setting the positions of the two support members 114, the earphone 150 can be gradually adjusted between the two support members 114.
Therefore, the head clip 100 provides convenience for fixing the earphone (for example, the earphone 150). The earphone is adjustablely supported by the headband and can be fixed from different directions, so the headphone can be worn when the earphone is on any side of the head.
Although the present invention is explained through one embodiment, it should be understood that the content of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. All changes, improvements and equivalent substitutions made under the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the appended claims should be included in the present invention.
