Vehicle (10) having a manual controller (40) for controlling driving functions of the vehicle and/or additional functions of the vehicle, the manual controller (40) having a base (42) and a handle (44) which can move in relation to the base (42) and is designed such that it can pivot at least about a substantially horizontal pivot axis (44a, 44b) for control purposes, characterized by a control unit (20 ) which controller (40) and by means least one manually operable and/or output data relating handle (44) control element (44) to in relation to the base unit (20) allowing the user to is connected to the manual of which output data from at control element (48a, 48b) to a pivot position of the (42) are processed, the assign the control of the handle (48a, 48b) and/or the pivot position a driving function and/or additional function;the control unit (20) has an output device (32) by means of which the output data from the manual controller (40);and the control unit (20) can be switched to an inspection mode in which operation of the manual controller (40) is reproduced by the output device (32), but the driving functions and/or additional functions are not influenced.
  2. 2
Vehicle according to Claim 1, characterized in that -the handle (48a, 48b) has a contact zone (46) which is to #1230587 CA 02628895 2014-11-05 H321984 be held by the inner surface of a the manual controller (40) has hand, and at least one touch sensor (50, 52) which is designed to detect that a user is touching the handle (44).
  3. 3
Vehicle according to Claim 1 or 2 characterized in that the handle (44) has a spherically curved central section for ergonomically supporting the inner surface of a hand, which central section forms an upper apex surface of the handle (44).
  4. 4
Vehicle according to Claim 2, characterized in that the touch sensor (50) is arranged in the region of the contact zone.
  5. 5
Vehicle according to Claim 4, characterized in that the touch sensor (50) is provided in the region of the central section.
  6. 6
Vehicle according to Claim 4, characterized in that the touch sensor (50) is in the form of a temperature sensor.
  7. 7
Vehicle according to Claim 2, # 1230587 CA 02628895 2014-11-05 H321984 - 22 characterized in that the touch sensor (52) is a force sensor or a pressure sensor which is designed to measure a force acting on the handle (44) in the vertical direction (52a) of the vehicle or a pressure acting on the handle (44) in the vertical direction (52a) of the vehicle.
  8. 8
Vehicle according to Claim 2, characterized by a control unit (20) which is connected to the manual controller (40) and, in order to process output data from the manual controller (40), is designed in such a way that the output data from the manual controller is converted into control signals for actuators and/or motors (12, 14, 16), which are connected to the controller (20), of the vehicle (10) as a function of sensor data from the touch sensor (50, 52) .
  9. 9
Vehicle according to Claim 8, characterized in that the control unit (20) is designed to switch actuators and/or motors (12, 14, 16), which are connected to the control unit (20) , to an inoperative position if the touch sensor (50, 52) does not detect any contact.
  10. 10
Vehicle according to Claim 8, characterized in that the control unit (20) is designed to output a warning signal if the touch sensor (50, 52) does not detect any # 1230587 CA 02628895 2014-11-05 H321984 - 23 contact.
  11. 11
Vehicle according to Claim 1 characterized in that the handle (44) is designed such that it can pivot about a substantially vertical pivot axis (44c) in relation to the base (42) for control purposes.
