Multivalent single chain antibodies

Abstract

The present invention disclosesmultivalent single chain antibodieswhich have two or more biologicallyactive antigen binding sites. Themultivalent single chain antibodiesare formed by using a peptide linkerto covalently link two or more singlechain antibodies, each single chainantibody having a variable light domainlinked to a variable heavy chain domainby a peptide linker.
