Comfortable, transfer-resistant colored cosmetic compositions containing a silsesquioxane wax

The present invention is directed to a composition comprising: (a) at least one alkyl-substituted propylsesquioxane wax having at least 30 carbons; (b) a liquid grease phase; (c) at least one emulsifier selected from an emulsifying silicone elastomer; (d) at least one dye; (and water; and (f) optionally, at least one filmogenic resin chosen from a propylphenyl sesquioxane resin having a molecular weight of approximately 2,000 to approximately 30,000 and comprising at least approximately 70 mol% propyl silox units, relative to the total molar% units. siloxide of the resin, and at most approximately 30 mole% phenyl units of siloxide, relative to the total molar% of units siloxide of the resin, and a silicone acrylate copolymer resin. The present invention also discloses a skin makeup method which involves applying the composition described above to the skin.
