Non-terrestrial cellular mobile telecommunication station

The cellular, non-terrestrial telecommunications center uses a number of non-interference techniques to extend the use of existing mobile, cellular, telecommunications radio frequencies allocated for land-based communications to the non-terrestrial domain. For example, the polarization of the signals produced by the antenna elements of the mobile, cellular, non-terrestrial telecommunications center is different than and preferably substantially orthogonal to the polarization of the cellular radio signals produced by the ground-based antennas to minimize the possibility interference with ground-based radio signals. In addition, the control signals exchanged between mobile, non-terrestrial and cell site controller centers are designed to avoid the possibility of interference with the land-based cell site transmitter-receiver pairs. The transmission energy of the cellular, mobile, non-terrestrial telecommunications center is also tightly controlled and of a size to be rejected by the mobile, land-based subscriber exchanges and cell site receiver-transmitter pairs.
