Laser endoscope

A laser endoscope has a distal end portion (3) detachably fitted with a holder (17) which can cover the distal end of a channel (7) extending through the laser endoscope body (1) in a liquid-tight state and whose distal end holds a glass cover (16). The detachable attachment of the holder (17 ) to the distal end portion of the laser endoscope enables a single channel (7) to be concurrently used not only as a laser guide channel but also as a forceps channel.
