Tin oxide layer, deposition process and substrate so coated
Abstract
The invention relates to a thin layer of tin oxide having improved properties, deposited on a glass substrate. It proposes to deposit a thin layer of tin oxide by pyrolysis of tin compounds in liquid, powder or gas, after coating the substrate with a layer of a compound consisting of chlorides of elements of group IV , of the periodic table. The resulting layers have particularly improved conductivity.
