The invention relates to a panel element with a useful side, a counter-tension opposite the useful side, a first longitudinal side with a tongue, a second longitudinal side opposite the first longitudinal side with a groove formed in opposite directions to the tongue, the tongue having a useful side in a first direction that is parallel to the useful side and normal to the longitudinal direction of the spring, has superior first projection.
Known panel elements of this type are used in particular for floor elements, with translations normal to the longitudinal axis of the tongue in the connected state of the panel elements can be prevented by special designs of the tongue. A disadvantage of these known panel elements is that when the panel element is loaded, high stress peaks are often produced in the spring, which can lead to failure of the panel element.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a panel element of the type mentioned at the outset, in which these known disadvantages are avoided, in which loads on the panel element can be absorbed by the spring as evenly as possible and which can be laid easily and quickly without adhesive or the like .
According to the invention this is achieved in that the spring has a second projection extending in the first direction in the area of the counter-pull, a first flint cut being formed between the first projection and the second projection, and that at least a first area of the second projection is separated from the Edge of the useful side has a smaller distance than a second area of the first undercut.
This results in the advantage that, in addition to the first projection, the second projection can also transmit forces normal to the useful side, whereby the stress peaks of the tongue and the groove are kept low when the panel element according to the invention is loaded.
In a further development of the invention it can be provided that the first undercut has a narrowing in the area of its opening. The narrowing can improve the hold between tongue and groove.
According to another embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the spring in a second direction, which is normal to the useful side, at least one

Has an extension and / or a second undercut. The extension and / or the second undercut ensure that the tongue and the groove are held in the first direction.
In a further embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the first projection comprises the extension and / or the second undercut. As a result, the required thickness of the panel element can be kept small.
According to a further embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the first undercut and the second undercut are designed to merge into one another. This training enables a simple geometry of the spring.
In a further development of the invention it can be provided that the spring has at least five contact points for power transmission. Due to the large number of contact points, stress peaks in the groove and / or the tongue can be kept particularly low when a load is applied.
According to another embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the second projection of the tongue can be locked to the groove with an audible and perceptible click. As a result, the correct formation of the tongue and groove connection can be determined in a simple manner when laying the panel element according to the invention.
In a further embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the longitudinal sides and / or front sides are treated at least in some areas with a hydrophobic agent, in particular sprayed, coated or the like. As a result, the service life of the panel element according to the invention can be increased, the panel element according to the invention remaining dimensionally stable even when moisture penetrates.
In a further development of the invention it can be provided that glue channels are formed in the connected state of the tongue with the groove. By introducing an adhesive into at least one of the glue channels, the tongue and groove connection can, if necessary, be made particularly durable.
The invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which embodiments are shown. It shows:

3 shows the tongue and groove connection of the panel element according to the invention according to FIG. 2;
AT 005 922 U2
4 shows a cross section of a further embodiment of the panel element according to the invention;
5 shows the tongue and groove connection of the panel element according to the invention according to FIG. 4; and
6 shows an enlarged schematic illustration of detail A of the cross-sectional illustration according to FIG. 2 or 4.
In Fig. 1, a panel element according to the invention is shown schematically in an oblique view. The panel element according to the invention has a useful side 11, a counter-tension 12 opposite the useful side, a first longitudinal side 13 with a tongue 2, a second longitudinal side 14 opposite the first longitudinal side 13 with a groove 3 formed opposite the tongue 2 and two end sides 15, 16.
The panel element according to the invention according to FIG. 1 has an essentially rectangular shape. It can also be square or have another shape, such as rhombic, triangular, hexagonal, octagonal, oval, or the like.
2 shows the cross section of a first embodiment of the panel element according to the invention, the cross section being normal to the longitudinal direction of the tongue 2. The spring 2 has a first projection 21 protruding beyond the useful side 11 in a first direction which is parallel to the useful side and normal to the longitudinal direction of the spring 2. Furthermore, the spring 2 has a second projection 22 extending in the first direction in the area of the counter-pull 12, a first undercut 23 being formed between the first projection 21 and the second projection 22.
At least a first region 25 of the second projection 22 is less spaced from the edge 18 of the useful side 11 than a second region 26 of the first undercut 23. In FIG. 6, the detail A is the cross-sectional view according to FIG. 2 or FIG shown, namely an enlarged part of the second projection 22 and the first undercut 23. With k is a part of a circle whose center is the edge 18 of the useful side 11 and which has the radius r. From Fig. 6 it can be seen that the distance of the first area 25 of the second projection 22 from the edge 18 of the useful side 11 is less than r and the distance of the second area 26 of the first undercut 23 is greater than r. The first region 25 of the second projection 22 is therefore at a smaller distance from the edge 18 of the useful side 11 than the second region 26 of the first undercut 23.

The groove 3 is designed opposite to the tongue 2 and has a third projection 31 protruding beyond the counter-tension 12 in the first direction, with a fourth area 36 of the third projection 31 with the second area 26 in the connected state of the tongue and groove connection the first undercut and a third area 35, which is adjacent to the third projection 31 and is not materialized in the groove 3, substantially coincide with the first region 25 of the second projection 22.
When producing the tongue and groove connection of the panel element according to the invention, one of the panel elements according to the invention with the tongue 2 is attached at an angle to the groove 3 of another of the panel elements according to the invention and the tongue and groove connection is established essentially by a rotary movement, the tongue 2 in the groove 3 engages. The first area 25 of the second projection 22 is moved over the fourth area 36 of the third projection 31 of the groove 3. This results in a semi-plastic deformation of the groove 3 and / or the tongue 2, with a latching resistance having to be overcome. In the end position of the tongue and groove connection, the semi-plastic deformation can at least partially recede, the tongue 2 snapping into the groove 3 with an audible click. The change in the tilting resistance when snapping into place is also noticeable. The audible and perceptible click provides a simple and safe control as to whether the tongue and groove connection is completely established, the tongue and groove connection of the panel element according to the invention being releasable, seamless and non-destructive.
Furthermore, a contact point 45 is formed between the first region 25 of the second projection 22 and the fourth region 36 of the third projection 31. This contact point 45 has the advantage that it can transmit forces in the direction of the useful side 11. As a result, in the connected state of the tongue and groove connection, at least one contact point 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 can be formed on the tongue 2 both on the first projection 21 and on the second projection 22, which contact point can transmit forces in the direction of the useful side 11 which press the tongue 2 up against the groove 3. The contact point 45 of the second projection 22 ensures that the tongue and groove connection can transmit loads on one of the panel elements according to the invention without high stress peaks being formed in the area of the tongue 2 and / or the groove 3.
The tongue and groove connection of the first embodiment of the panel element according to the invention is shown in FIG. 3. To the tongue and groove connection
AT 005 922 U2, the panel element shown on the right is swiveled up, the instantaneous axis of rotation when swiveling up from the position shown in Fig. 3 is essentially the edge 18 of the useful side 11, the panel element shown on the right in Fig. 3 is thus around the edge 18 of the useful side 11 rotated. During this movement from the position shown in FIG. 3, the first area 25 of the second projection 22 is guided over the fourth area 36 of the third projection 31. The force required for the semi-plastic deformation of the tongue 2 and / or the groove 3 in the area of the contact point 45 secures the tongue and groove connection from unintentional loosening of the connection.
According to FIG. 2, the spring 2 has at least one extension 27 and a second undercut 28 in the second direction. In yet another embodiment of the panel element according to the invention, only the extension 27 or only the second undercut 28 can be formed. Several extensions 27 and / or second undercuts 28 can also be provided. It has proven to be advantageous if the first projection 21 encompasses the extension 27 and / or the second undercut 28. As a result, the required overall height of the tongue and thus of the panel elements according to the invention can be kept low.
A particularly simple geometry of the tongue 2 and the groove 3 can be achieved if the first undercut 23 and the second undercut 28 merge into one another, i.e. essentially a single undercut is formed which extends both in the first direction and in the second direction extends. In this case, the first undercut 23 is to be regarded as a component in the first direction and the second undercut 28 as a component in the second direction.
In Fig. 3, in addition to the contact point 45, the further contact points 41, 42, 43, 44 are marked as points. The tongue and groove connection of the first embodiment of the panel element according to the invention has five contact points 41, 42, 43, 44, 45. Due to the large number and arrangement of the contact points 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, stresses on one of the panel elements according to the invention can be transferred to adjacent panel elements according to the invention via the tongue and groove connection, with excessive stress peaks neither in the tongue 2 nor in the groove 3 . It has proven to be advantageous that at the contact point 45 a force component can also be transmitted in the second direction between the panel elements according to the invention.
FIGS. 4 and 5 relate to a further embodiment of the panel element according to the invention according to FIGS. 2 and 3. The first undercut 23
AT 005 922 U2 has a constriction in the area of its opening 24, the first area 25 of the second projection 22 being formed adjacent to the constriction. This can also be seen in particular from detail A, which is shown enlarged in FIG. 6.
A long shelf life of the panel element according to the invention and its connection according to the invention can be achieved if the longitudinal sides 13, 14 and / or the end sides 15, 16 are at least partially treated with a hydrophobic agent, in particular sprayed, coated or the like.
When the tongue 2 is connected to the groove 3, glue channels 61, 62 are formed. In these areas, an adhesive can be introduced before joining, whereby the tongue 2 is glued to the groove 3 and a particularly durable and resilient tongue-and-groove connection is achieved.
