An assembly (20) of distribution cable fiber, comprising a cable (30) distribution comprising: a plurality of optical fibers (28) and having at least one location (22) media access extension positioned along the length of the cable (30) distribution, at least one of the plurality of optical fibers (28) accessed and terminated from the cable (30) distribution at the location (22) media access extension cable (26) tie comprising a first end attached to the cable (30) distribution at the location (22) media access extension and at least one optical fiber (24) optically connected to at least one optical fiber (28) terminated from the cable (30) distribution, and an overmolded body (52); the cable (26) being interconnected mooring ultimately a fiber optic connector or with one or more optical fibers of a optical connection terminal; the molded body (52) comprising a flexible material encapsulating the cable (30) and distribution cable portion (26) to form the clamping location (22) media access extension; location (22) media access with rounded ends or extension being formed tapered; characterized in that the overmolded location (22) media access extension is provided with a preferential fold; wherein said preferred fold is provided with at least one member (40) force that is positioned within the overmolded body (52) axially aligned with the cable (30) of distribution and said location (22) media access extension which is overmolded with a predetermined geometric configuration making both the location (22) media access extension is folded along an axis which is common to the cable (30) and distribution cable (26) clamping; and wherein the at least one optical fiber terminated from the distribution cable axis is lying inside the cable (26) substantially on the common axis mooring.
