Connectable interbody implant

In order to realize the coalescence between 椎骨, the implant between the bodies (1a, 1b) which holds bone transplantation material in the acceptance cave formed in the intervertebral disc is indicated. The implant (1a, 1b) contains two or more portions equipped with the means for connecting two continuous portions by a wearing part. An instrument (33) is used for connecting these implants (1a, 1b), and supports that a tool introduces these implants (1a, 1b) into the cave formed in the intervertebral disc.
