Drop dispenser for the delivery of uniform droplets of viscous liquids

A drop dispenser equips with a conical sleeve member a real target which has a narrow upper end part and a large lower end part. A drop dispenser may have an outside screw cutter part in a lower end part of a sleeve member, and this is engaged by a sealed state in an opening of a nozzle, when it engages with a cap which has the projection which exists in the center of an inner side upper end part and a cap engages with a sleeve member completely.
