Carboline derivatives useful in the treatment of cancer

According to the present invention, the Calvo phosphorus compound controlled after transferring VEGF revelation and its use were clarified. A useful compound is offered when reducing a useful compound, a compound useful for the medical treatment of solid tumor cancer and plasma, and/or the VEGF level in a tumor by control of VEGF production in one mode of the present invention. Use of this invention compound for reducing plasma and/or the VEGF level in a tumor, in order to treat the cancer for controlling VEGF production in another mode of the present invention is offered.
