Device biological protection against electromagnetic waves emitted by a mobile phone, comprising: a protection element (1) sealed in electromagnetic waves, made at least partially of metallic good conductor material and disposed so as to form a receptacle open globally concave, approximately the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with rounded corners, the base of which forms a screen (1a) of flat protection or slightly concave disposed between the mobile phone (2) and its user, and which contour thickness forms a frame (1b) protection curvilinear section, dimensions of length and width, respectively, higher than the dimensions of length and width of the mobile phone (2), being made of the screen (1a) and the frame (1b), at least in part on a good conductive material and arranged so that the part made of material good conductor screen (1a) is in contact conduction of electricity with the part made of material good conductor frame (1b) to form a watertight assembly in electromagnetic and globally concave and curved waves which constitutes the protection element (1), in part, with the frame (1b) protection thickness dimension, exceeding one third of the thickness contour mobile phone, being held mobile phone (2) within the concavity of the protection element (1), at least, by a body (1c) keeping characterized fixation because the body (1c) maintenance or fixation is formed in a non-conductive insulating material disposed in the container, so that keeps everywhere, between the mobile telephone and the metallic part of the protective element, an electrically insulating space with a minimum thickness of 2 mm.
