Reaming device comprising: a shaft (May 1 0) with a mounting portion (11), the mounting portion an outer surface (13); a layer of carbon fiber (30); wherein the layer of carbon fiber extending over the outer surface (13) of the mounting portion of the shaft and having an outer surface (33), wherein the outer surface of the layer of carbon fiber (33 ) has a surface structure (34), and characterized by an interconnect injection molding (20) for mechanical coupling of an external device, the interconnection element having a mounting portion (21); wherein the mounting portion of the interconnection element injection molding (21) is injection molded on the surface structure of the carbon fiber layer.
