Glycosylated il-7, preparation and uses

Title of the invention as "glycosylated IL-7, Preparation and Application", which belongs to the field of bio-pharmaceuticals, and more specifically, is an application in the field of drug interleukin-7 variants. The present invention relates to new and improved interleukin-7 polypeptides, and compositions containing them, their preparation and application. More specifically, the present invention relates to having improved properties of ultra-glycosylated IL-7 polypeptides, and their production and therapeutic applications. The present invention also discloses a modified amino acid sequence, the new IL-7 polypeptide contains glycosylation sites artificially generated, as well as corresponding nucleic acid molecules, vectors and recombinant host cells. The present invention also relates to the use of such polypeptides, cells or nucleic acids for the therapeutic or prophylactic treatment of mammalian subjects, including human subjects.
