Systems for removal of contaminants from fluid streams

A system contaminant removal (10) for selectively removing contaminants from fluid flow (16), the system contaminant removal (10) comprising: a catalytic reactor (14) containing a catalyst and a light source, the catalytic reactor (14) configured to remove contaminants from a fluid flow (16) being; a first adsorbent device (12) containing an adsorbent material adsorbent being the first device (12) upstream, with respect to a direction of fluid flow (16), the catalytic reactor (14); a second device adsorbent (12) containing an adsorbent material being the second device adsorbent (12) located downstream, with respect to the direction of fluid flow (16), the catalytic reactor (14) and the removal system being pollutant (10) wherein the first device is adsorbent configured to remove deactivating agents catalyst fluid flow (16), and chemically linking them to its surface, in which the deactivating agents catalyst is selected from the group consisting of siloxanes , silanes, other volatile compounds containing silicon and any combination or semi thereof; the second adsorbent device (12) is configured to remove unwanted which can be generated when the catalytic reactor (14) removes contaminants of fluid flow (16) side products.
