Material and blank for dentures

Abstract

Process for the production of a piece for dental or parts denture prosthesis, with the steps of: a) - producing blanks (12) or gross bodies (8) by pressing a ceramic material powder at a pressing pressure isostatic or uniaxial, biaxial or triaxial of at least 1500 bar and not exceeding 4100 bar, equaling 1 bar to value 10 5 Pascals, to give a blank (12) or gross body (8), which is applied room temperature or a temperature below 200 under pressure maximum pressing or during the pressing process, presenting inorganic bodies (8) or the blanks (12) a flexural strengths in 3 points in the range of 20 MPa to 180 MPa, and wherein the gross bodies (8) are divided into several blanks (12), this being done preferably by separation along a plane that preferably is approximately perpendicular to a longitudinal axis (9) the gross body (8); or - providing a blank (12), being obtainable the blank (12) for isostatic or uniaxial pressing, biaxial or triaxial of a ceramic material to a pressing pressure of at least 1500 bar and not exceeding 4100 bar, in to room temperature or a lower temperature is applied at 200 to the pressure maximum pressing or during the pressing process, wherein the blank (12) after swaging one flexural strength by 3 points in the range of 20 MPa 180 MPa; or - providing a set of blanks from the same gross body (8), being able to obtain the crude body (8) by pressing of a ceramic material to a pressing pressure isostatic, uniaxial, biaxial or triaxial of at least 1500 bar and not exceeding 4100 bar, in which room temperature or a lower temperature is applied at 200 to the pressure maximum pressing or during the pressing process, wherein the raw body (8) after swaging a resistance to bending 3 points in the range of 20 MPa to 180 MPa; b) working the blank or blanks of the set of blanks to form a piece for dentures or more parts for dental prostheses, for example by milling, sintering at the maximum density part for dentures or parts for dental prostheses according to step b) and preferably sintering at a high density at a temperature of 1200 ° C to 1700 ° C over a period of 10 hours to 16 hours, preferably 14 hours, held all sintering at a high density or application of the maximum temperature preferably at ambient pressure or below 200 bar overpressure, wherein the ceramic material after sintering density at maximum flexural strength by 3 points of at least 1300 MPa to 2000 MPa up.
