Mobility management within a wireless communications network

Abstract

The present invention discloses a plurality of mobility management aspects of a wireless communication network comprising a plurality of sectors. In one example, the wireless communication network comprising at least one target sector having a support and at least a first sector of a sector cluster. Multicast communication sessions within the target sector and supporting the sector both carrying. In another example, the second cluster may be contained within the support network for the same multicast communication session, the second cluster contains its own target sector and supporting the sector. In this example, the first cluster in the downlink broadcast channel (BCH) of the first cross - multiplexing (IM) on the transmitter multicast media, and the second cluster in the downlink transmit multicast media on BCH second IM pair. If the first cluster and the second cluster of at least an adjacent sector, then the network controlling said first and second cluster multicast media carry the load the way.
