Powder compositions and methods of manufacturing articles therefrom

The method of forming an article from a powder constituent, an article, and a powder constituent is provided. A powder constituent contains at least one sort of polymer powder, and a fixed quantity of particles for strengthening which have about 5:1 aspect ratio at least preferably. In a suitable embodiment, a powder constituent can be formed in the three-dimensional article in which the machinery characteristic of one or more sorts of requests is shown according to hot environments by laser sintering processing.
