In the prior art belt buckles and connectors are known in numerous variants. In two-part plug and lock systems one speaks of a male and a female part, which should usually be easily nestable and detachable from each other, but in the connected state provide a firm connection. Plug connections are also known in the state of the art, in which the two closure parts are each mounted flat on the planar surface of the objects to be connected in each case and connect them to one another according to the principle of button and buttonhole. Connectors of this type are used for releasably attaching gun holster to a belt loop. In this case, a closure part with the gun holster and the counter-piece closure part with the belt loop is firmly connected. A disadvantage of the previous solutions is that either the gun holster of the belt loop easily, d. H. can be solved by few and simple handles, which affects the safety of carrying the pistol holster; or the connection of the corresponding closure parts is particularly difficult, which in turn is also disadvantageous, because then the everyday handling beyond security problematic events is too difficult.
The invention aims to provide a female and a male closure part, as mentioned at the outset, 3/23

• fen, which overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and which provide for easy and fast connection of gun holster and belt loop, as well as a permanent reliable connection, but which is neither intentionally nor unintentionally solvable by third parties. Furthermore, the solution should be affordable, light in weight and less susceptible to interference. The invention also aims to be able to offer at the same time to the function of closing other functions for practical handling.
The male closure part according to the invention achieves this by virtue of the fact that the latching edge has a ramp at a predefined angular position, which leveling the latching edge by at least one bevel. The female fastener according to the invention achieves this by having a movable locking lug which is displaceable in a direction pushed by a mechanical resistance to a neutral position and pushed counter to this direction against a mechanical resistance in the locking position, and wherein the effective edge of the locking lug essentially lies on a circle defined by the semicircular receptacle.
A preferred embodiment of the male closure part is characterized in that it has a receptacle, in
4/23 • · · · w ··························································································· · Which is mounted with a push-button functionally coherent sprocket between two positions movable and coaxial with the annular locking edge, and wherein the sprocket in a first position, in which the push button is in a starting position, protrudes beyond the locking edge, and in a second position, where the push button is pressed, lowered into the male closure part.
In one embodiment of the male closure part, the push button is held in the initial position by a prestressed spring.
To further embodiment of the invention, the push button on a recording, in which there is a safety clamp, which is held by a compression spring in a first position and is displaceable against the pressure of the compression spring in a neutral position, and wherein the safety clamp has a latching hook, which engages in the first position of the safety clamp and in the initial position of the push button in a correspondingly arranged locking edge in the male closure part.
In one embodiment of the male closure part, it is preferred that the toothed rim has twenty teeth.

A preferred embodiment of the female closure part is characterized in that it has a substantially round opening coaxial to the semicircular receptacle, which has a toothing on the inside.
In one embodiment of the invention, the toothing consists of twenty teeth.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 shows an exploded view of the male and female closure parts together with further components, FIG. 2 shows two female closure parts, FIG. 3 shows two male closure parts, FIG. 4 shows two pushbuttons, FIG. 5 shows two sprockets and FIG. 6 shows two security clamps ,
According to FIG. 1 For example, a male fastener 2 that can be screwed to a gun holster (not shown) is coupled to a female fastener 1 that can be screwed to a belt loop (also not shown) by telescoping. For this purpose, the male closure part 2 has a lateral pushbutton 3, which is connected to a toothed rim 4 pointing out to the front out of the housing of the male closure part 2, and this against the force of the compression spring 6 in the housing when the push button 3 is pressed
6/23 • ·· · w ················································································ · Is retracted. In the pressed state, the male closure part 2 can be inserted into the female closure part 1 for coupling the pistol holster with the belt loop, wherein both parts in the end position by means of locking lug 11 (Fig. 2) in the female closure part 2 and a locking edge 25 of the male closure part 2 are automatically locked together. By continuing holding down the push button 3, the male fastener 2 supporting the holster and rotatably coupled to the female fastener 1 can be rotated in each direction until reaching a desired pull angle. In principle, a rotatability of the closure parts to each other by 360 degrees is possible. After releasing the push button 3, the ring gear 4 moves out of the housing of the male closure part 2 and engages in the toothing 12 of the female closure part 1. In this way, on the one hand, a double locking of the closure parts is achieved: once with the locking lug 11 and secondly with the toothing 12. On the other hand, both closure parts 1, 2 can be aligned and locked in a desired and appropriately set angle to each other, the drawing angle.
In order to completely separate the holster with pistol (not shown) after use from the belt loop, once again the push button 3 must be pressed and held, and

on the other hand, the holster are brought by rotation in a certain, preferably relative to the supporting person facing backward position. In this unusual, not unintentional, or unintentional position in normal use, the locking lug 11 of the female closure member 1 strikes an inclined ramp 23 of the male closure member 2, the ramp 23 running the R astkante 25 leveled, ie to zero. In this position, the male closure part 2 can be pulled out together with the holster of the belt loop together with the female closure part 1 to the rear and removed.
In the push button 3 is further a safety clamp 5 and an associated compression spring. 7
FIG. 2 shows two female closure parts 1 from two opposite perspectives. The female closure part 1 is formed by a one-piece plastic housing. Fixing screw holes 10 are provided peripherally, but a toothing 12 is provided centrally and a substantially semicircular receptacle 13 for mechanical elements of the male closure part 2 is provided coaxially therewith. The semicircular receptacle 13 is formed as a flange whose ends open into straight flange portions 14 which are substantially parallel

to each other. As a result, the annular latching edge 25 of the male closure part 2 (FIG. 3), which is designed as an annular flange, inserted into the opening of the receptacle 13 and rotated in the inserted state by 360 degrees. The toothing 12, which forms a circular inner ring gear is formed in this embodiment as an opening 15, a hole which passes through the female closure part 1 completely. This is not absolutely necessary, but leads to the fact that the ring gear 4 in the closed state in the female closure part 1 can be seen from the outside, which may be useful for orientation of the supporting position.
The locking lug 11 of the female closure member 1 is formed to have a slope and an operative edge 11 '. If the locking lug 11 in the direction Ά against a mechanical resistance, such as the locking edge 25 of the male closure part 2 (Fig. 3), it folds from the first locking position to a second neutral position. If, for example, a latching edge 25 is pressed counter to the direction A against the locking lug 11 and its active edge 11 ', the locking lug 11 remains in the locking first position and prevents movement of the latching edge 25 and thereby keeps the entire plug connection closed. The restoring force, the locking lug 11 in

holds the first position can be provided by a plastic lip (not shown), a compression spring or similar means be.
According to FIG. 3 Also, the male closure part 2 is a substantially one-piece plastic housing. It has a receptacle 21 for the push button 3 in the form of a compartment, which extends from the edge of the male closure part 2 to a central location, and in which the push button 3 is substantially slidably mounted between two positions. In the central area is a circular receptacle 24, which can accommodate parts of the push button 3 and a sprocket 4. About the receptacle 24 is coaxial with the locking edge 25, which also protrudes beyond the male closure member 2 such that it forms an annular flange. The locking edge 25 is interrupted at one point by a ramp 23, which in the case of this embodiment has a chamfer on two sides, and leveling the latching edge 25, such that a movable locking lug (such as locking lug 11 of the female closure part 1), which is moved along the latching edge 25 to the ramp 23, is lifted by the bevel on the locking edge 25, regardless of from which of the two possible sides the locking lug 11 drives on the ramp 23.
According to the embodiment in Fig. 3, the two male Ver10 / 23 * ······················································································· • · · · ··································································
Shows end parts 2 from two opposite perspectives, the ramp 23 is placed in a predetermined angular position along the circular locking edge 25. The exact location determines the angular position in which the female closure member 1 must be brought to the male closure member 2 in order to be detachable from the latter. The exact position is therefore a factory preset, which should mean that the holster can be brought into a releasable position, for example, not readily adjustable for an attacker position.
The male fastener 2 also has attachment holes 20 for rivets or screws; the receptacle 21 for the push button 3 also has a locking edge 22 for a further securing means.
The receptacle 24 for the sprocket 4 can also be used as a hole or as a closed chamber or Deepening be executed. In the embodiment according to FIG. 3 it is a chamber that protects parts of the push button 3 and the ring gear 4 at least one side from dirt or interfering mechanical elements. Furthermore, the receptacle 24 has latching edges 26 for fastening hooks of the toothed rim 4 (FIG. 5), which ensure a safe movement and can prevent twisting of the ring gear 4 in the male closure part 2.

FIG. 4 shows two opposite perspectives of snaps 3. A push button 3 is a substantially integral plastic pin with various mechanical means to effect respective functions. Thus, it has at one end a receptacle 32 for the large compression spring 6, which presses against the male closure part 2, on, and an inclined plane 31, which can be legally binding with an inclined plane of the ring gear 4 in conjunction. The operation of the push button 3 may be caused by an additional security means. For this purpose, the push button 3 in turn has its own safety clamp (Fig. 6), which is in a compartment 34, that is a receptacle for the safety clamp 5, and in this compartment 34 against the pressure of a small compression spring 7 (Fig. 1) is held.
FIG. 5 shows two opposite perspectives of sprockets 4. First, the ring gear 4 has twenty teeth 42. As a result, the draw angle of the holster is adjustable in 18 degree increments. This value is small enough for an individual draw angle to be achievable, but at the same time large enough to make the mechanical elements that determine the draw angle sufficiently large and thus stable, and also large enough to make a noticeable difference between allow two adjacent positions of the holster. Another number of teeth 42,
12/23 · · · · · <W ♦ · • ·· _ '! "? _ · * · * · * ^« 4 · · · · · · · · · · · · · · • · · "· · · * · · · ·" 3 ··· ·· · · · · · · · · * which is close to twenty around, such as sixteen, eighteen, twenty-two or twenty-four, is also conceivable. It is also conceivable to dispense with the advantage of precisely set drawing angle and to allow only two, three or four basic positions of the holster by the mechanical element of the ring gear 4. For this purpose, the ring gear 4 can even be designed so that it no longer has teeth at the periphery, but has a different geometric shape, such as an isosceles triangle, a square, a pentagon and the like. Furthermore, the ring gear 4 has latching hooks 41, by which it is held in the male closure part 2 in such a way that it can no longer fall out of the male closure part 2, although it is movable between substantially two positions. Also, the ring gear 4 has an inclined plane 43 which is in contact with the inclined plane 31 of the push button 3, when the push button 3 and ring gear 4 are installed in the male closure part 2. In this way, a translation of the push button 3 in a translation of the ring gear 4, which is angled 90 degrees to the first translation, implemented.
The sprocket 4 may further comprise an optically effective device, such as a crossbar 44, which is visible on the connector regardless of its condition (whether closed or open), and the user
Position of the male closure member 2, or the sprocket 4, or the female closure member 1 together with attached elements relative to the male closure member 2 can display.
<img file="AT520082A4_D0006.tif" />
The safety clip 5 according to FIG. 6 is a substantially one-piece plastic molded part which fits into the compartment 34 of the pushbutton 3 and is held there in a substantially movable manner between two positions by simple finger pressure or other triggering action. For this purpose, the safety clamp 5 has a latching hook 51 which projects beyond the pushbutton 3 when the safety clamp 5 is not actuated and engages in the latching edge 22 of the male closure part 2.
According to FIG. 1 the male closure part 2 and the female closure part 1 have a comparable outer size and a same circumferential shape. This results in that the plug connection in the closed state almost forms a common body, on which mechanical external influences can hardly lead to the violent opening of the connector, since lever edges are missing. According to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 The male closure part 2 and the female closure part 1 each have three fastening bores 10, 20, which are in the form of ver14 / 23

are executed countersunk holes and can serve for the use of screws or rivets. The heads of these connecting means (screws or rivets) are then sunk therein, and protected on the one hand in the closed state of the connector against intentional or unwanted external mechanical influences, and also protected in the open state in each case on the male closure member 2 or the female closure member 1 by the sinking ,
It is advantageous to make the two closure parts 1, 2 of the connector in the same color in order to allow a uniform appearance of the closed connector, or to indicate in the open state to the user by the matching color that both parts belong together for a common connection. The push button 3 may also be made in the same color. However, it is advantageous to perform it in color contrast to the closure parts 1, 2, to help the user to intuition, which parts must be moved to close or open the connector.
