Abstract
Gripping means such as gripping loops (13, 14) has at least one hanging on the lower end, there is provided a device for use with the exercise device consisting of a length adjustment and dockable rope (10, 11). Is designed to impart vibrational motion to the holding means (13, 14) when the rope and thereby to be attached to a portion of the rope by the rope engaging member (8, 9); vibrating means (16, 12).
