Device for attaching a stent structure to aaa graft material

An aneurysmal repair system (100) comprises at least one substantially cylindrical stent segment (117) and graft material (108) affixed, via attachment elements, to the at least one substantially cylindrical stent segment. The stent segment (117) has asubstantially zigzag shaped configuration with a modified apex, secured to the graft material with a suture material utilizing a stitching pattern forming a delta configuration. Relative movement between the graft material and the scaffold structure is avoided, thus reducing the wear on the graft material.
