Circumferential ablation device assembly with dual expandable members
Abstract
a [subject] -- the pulmonary vein -- from an atrium -- 延在する -- the excision equipment assembly for excising the peripheral region of the organization which exists in the position in space in the living body is offered. [Solution means] At least 遠 of excision equipment incorporates two good dilatability components allotted along the domain, and this assembly makes easy excision to the peripheral region of an organization in which engaging of clutch was carried out by the good dilatability component. This assembly contains a proximal end and the long and slender main part in which at least 遠 was equipped with the end and the major axis. At least 遠 of the long and slender main part is 配設 (ed) along the end, and fluid 連通 of the 1st good dilatability element is carried out at the 1st dilatability fluid source of supply. At least 遠 1st near the good dilatability element is 配設 (ed) along the end, and fluid 連通 of the 2nd good dilatability element that has a circumference wall is carried out at the 2nd dilatability fluid source of supply. The excision element which has an excision energy source is 配設 (ed) along the end at least in 遠 in the 2nd good dilatability element, and in cooperation with the 2nd good dilatability element, the above-mentioned excision element is constituted so that an excision energy source may emit energy with a circumferential directional pattern substantially through a circumference wall.
